The reason why I only come to Best American Tire &auto Center for my car needs is for it’s excellent service fast reliable service and friendly staff. The prices on the tires beat all other tire places in town. As a single mom I rely on my car to get me to where I need and they are so helpful and explain details of what is being worked on. I give them 5 stars victor the manager is always greets with a smile and so does his team!

I love these guys. They have now replaced all 4 of my tires. They are reasonably priced. I went in today because I had a nail in my tire. I asked them to just replace it with a used tire. They said no, they would just plug it. I told them I was worried about that because I drive a lot. They said not to worry, it would be OK. So instead of charging me for a tire, they just plugged it. I really appreciate that they dont try and take advantage of people. This is the only place I will go for my tires.

If you want lowest prices, first come first served, excellent service this is the place to go. Do not go here if you want a fancy place to sit while you wait and coffee. These guys do their jobs fast and well which allows them to offer the best prices. I highly Rey them.

My husband came to this tire store to get his flat tire fixed on his work vehicle. The staff patched his tire, which didnt even last 30 miles. After a few miles, he pulled off to the side road and heard the air leaving the same repaired tire that was just fixed. Rather then doing a quick free fix (which maybe should have been a paid repair/replacement instead?), so you can get off work, your team should ensure the safety of the customers who come in.

I BOUGHT 4 TIRES THERE AND I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIRE SIDE WALL DAMAGE AND HAVE TO EVALUATE THE TIRE AND I Was Told to replace it and got 80% tread left they will not pro rate the tire. So I WILL NOT COME BACK THERE.

This place has come through for me twice in 2 years even though Im a loyal Les Schwab customer. Fairfield Les Schwab has a 5 hour wait for a screw in a tire! Dont waste your time with them.I will always and forever support this business as they have always accommodated me as I drive 3 hours home through Fairfield! They always have good customer service and are really FAST! These guys are the best!

I like the owner but I bought custom rims and tires and Ive been back 4 times because the workers dont know how to balance tires now my new rims are scratched and weights are falling off and they left the tape from the weights all over the rims not a custom look at all😞😞😞

Best American Tire has the best prices, best service, no upsell gimmicks, and No Nonsense. The price they say is the price you pay, with no hidden fees like almost every other tire shop. The only drawback is everybody knows how great they are and theyre usually pretty busy but its worth the wait.

My husband ran over a huge nails few blocks away and we got there just a few min before they closed. They were all super friendly and helped us immediately. Had the new tire put on within 10 min. Definitely would go back.

The workers didnt make a fuss about me being picky about my tires. They were happy to show me their stock and it seemed like they always pick out the best (used) tires for you. Also James went above and beyond and helped me trouble shoot and fix my suspension problem without fishing for money. This is my 3rd visit to this tire shop and ive always left happy.

This is a great place for tires....they fixed my leaking tire in just a few minutes....very polite, got me on my way in no time....They sell new and used tires reasonably priced, too.

I bought 35 inch tires for my truck here. Balance is included in the price. Everytime I go there they dont want to do it. I hear the same phrase every time, We dont do that here. It ends up in my yelling at them, about how I watched them do it last time, and having to bring my grandfather down. (hes a good customer to them) Then they listen and we watch them do it. I will never buy tires from here again and I recommend if you have a truck to not buy any.

While they were great on being able to work me in they sold me a bad tire which had a bubble in the sidewall. My tire was flat in the morning with a hole in the sidewall where the bubble had been. They wouldnt make it right so Ill just say buyer beware.

My tire blew out on I-80 in Fairfield, AAA towed me here and they hooked me up with a very good used tire for $40 out the door (it was a large SUV tire too), plus they got rid of the blown out tire and busted rim for me at no extra charge. Very helpful people.
