This is the only place I will take my VW to. They did a fantastic job on the car and they were great about keeping me informed of the status. I can’t remember my service reps name but she was wonderful. To top it off they did a spectacular job of cleaning up the vehicle when finished. I’ll definitely do business with this company again.

I always have a positive service experience at Fairfield Volkswagen! I have been taking my cars there for years and have never had a bad experience. The service manager, Stacey, is always very professional and friendly and has always made an effort to check in with me while I’m getting my car serviced. I wave worked with Liz and Nick, the service advisors, many times and always get updates, pricing and friendly service. I would recommend taking your vehicle there for service, even if you don’t have a Volkswagen.

I went to Fairfield Volkswagen for oil change and I would like to say it actually was a pleasant visit. Charles handled getting my oil change completed in a timely manner. I must add that Charles was very professional, informative and very pleasant. I was very satisfied with my visit for service and strongly recommend.

Performed the 20K service on my 2018 Passat. The service rep was very personable and detailed the entire process. The inspection was more comprehensive and at a lower cost than oil changes that I had done at a local shop. I would recommend Fairfield Volkswagen and intend on returning for future service.

Had oil change used the express service, my service advisor (Liz) explained what the process was going to be, how long, and also do a check of service related items. Work was done on time and was very professional. Will purchase my next vw from Fairfield Volkswagen.

My 2013 VW Bug is my baby and Fairfield VW treated it great, knowing what it means to me! I took it in for a recall to the air bag system and to replace the diesel particulate filter system. Since it was going to take several days for the parts to come in, my Service Advisor, Nick, made sure I had a nice loaner car to drive. When it was finished up I went to pick it up. While I was there, Nick went out to the car and showed me how to start it in the winter due to it being a TDI ( diesel) model. He explained about the glow plugs. There probably isn’t a nicer Service Advisor around than Nick! When I picked up my car, it was shiny clean because they had washed it for me as well as fixed it!! It was truly a great experience at Fairfield VW.

The service department was about to close in a half hour when l arrived. My tire indicator light suggested low tire pressure. So the tech went out of his way to check and place air pressure in two low pressure tires on my car. Then he took it on a drive to get the light to turn off. The light stayed on. He stopped cleaning up to help me. That is great customer service! Also, he did it with a smile. VW should recognize his efforts. Btw, the light came on Monday. Thank you Fairfield VW. Denise.

I took my 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDI in for its first new battery exchange. Liz was the Service Tech. She was very professional and friendly and took her time with the vehicle services checklist, thoroughly explaining the status of all systems. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they got the service completed as well as explaining the status of my car and suggesting (no hard sell) any upcoming service items. I normally go to Kings VW (which I am also very impressed with) for all service because of proximity to work, however I will happily return to Fairfield VW in the future if I remain working from home. Great experience!

I love Fairfield volkswagon! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. Nick and Liz in the service department are 2 of the best service people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone I have ever met has always had a smile and a kind word. Customer service is important to me and they excell at it! Everytime I have brought my car in for anything they have explained what was going on and took care of it. Dropped off my car for TDI engine issue. They took a while to fix because of various issues kept popping up while eliminating other factors and also because of being short handed in technicians. My service advisor, Liz Dietrich, kept me updated throughout the process and I thank her for taking care of my car.

My car was in to address a recurring problem. Fairfield VW and Volkswagen of America stepped up to replace the engine compartment and body electrical harnesses under warranty. I was given a loaner car for the entire time my car was in the shop which was considerable. Thanks to Service Advisor Nick Moore for keeping me up to date on progress and to William Prows and all of the other Technicians that worked on my car.

Fantastic Service! Had an issue while traveling in Ohio from Canada. No problem getting an appointment and then recieved top notch service when I arrived. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Elizabeth D. was great and made sure I understood everything that was corrected in my vehicle. The extra touch of a wash on my car gave them a homerun in my books for service.
