Overdue Praise!It has been a year since I had my car repaired at Circle Collision. Several other Auto repair garages were ready to mark my car a total lost.I found Circle Collision because of AAA. They gave me a reasonable estimate, my car was far from a total lost.I walked away so pleased with the service and the friendly people involved. I would recommend Circle Collision anytime.

Very trustworthy. They want you happy. After they fixed our car we thought we heard a noise. They had me bring it in abbr found and fixed it at no additional cost. I would definitely use them again

Was towed back to their shop after a recent collision even though the driver was instructed to drop the car at a different location much closer to the scene of the accident. Went to retrieve my car the next day and clear up what must have a miscommunication, however, I found out not only were they aware of where the car should have been dropped but there were now added fees that more than doubled the price I was originally quoted, including a storage fee tacked on for holding the car where it should never have been brought in the first place! I talked with the owner Mark and calmly explained all the errors that had been made and he refused to adjust even a penny of the now hugely inflated bill . Avoid this place like the plague....

Super friendly, not only did they fix the damage caused by another car (insurance paid) but they repaired a dent I caused myself! Beautiful work!

I had a mint condition lexus that was involved in an accident that I had towed to them . During the period of while the adjustments were being made by the insurance company, the business left my car (which is covered by me every night to protect from weather damage) out in the mud and rain carelessly for 4 days straight; not to mention right next to the street on the sidewalk on a curved bend famous for slip out accidents and car break ins. When I phoned them to ask why my car was on the sidewalk they were very firm and got an attitude with me for being concerned about my own vehicle. They told me their curbs were “some of the strongest around and could stop anything in its path, not to be worrisome ”...like I’m a damn idiot to believe that. I immediately had my car moved (for that and insurance reasons) as I realized that if this business could care less on how my car was being treated..just imagine the type of work they could be providing... no business should be rude in regards to you just simply being concerned about your vehicle.

Im really having a hard time writing this review because of the fact they knew my husband well! I brought my car here because of my husbands recommendation and they did a horrible job! I had an insurance claim but I wanted other damage taken care of that I was paying for out-of-pocket! The staff assured me that my car would be better than new! They kept my car longer than they said and when I got it back it was horrible! The work wasnt done to what they had promised, the car was filthy, and there was additional damage that they had caused! When my husband brought it to their attention they took the car back in and promised it would be taken care of... And it wasnt! We were so disappointed we came and got the car immediately and never recommended the place again! Very disappointing considering my husband and his place of business had sent people there for years!

The nicest people you could ever meet.

They did great work on the car but quoted me a price and charged me way more on the bottom line with no notification. I had no choice to pay them since they had my car.

Horrible service. They have had my truck for eight weeks (and counting) for a front fender bender. Air bags did not go off, just so you know it wasnt that major. I drove the truck there to be repaired! Eight weeks later and they still cannot give straight answer. They tell me they are waiting on parts, but insurance adjuster says all parts needed are off the shelf. Two days max.I cant call them liers because I am not positive, but I certainly believe they are lying to me . At the very least, I can say that they run a very customer unfriendly business. They get paid by insurance company and could care less about customer service.Dont care if they read this review before I get my truck back. Its been so long I dont care anymore. They burned me and DONT CARE.Never even offered an apology. Lesson learned. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.
