Went to Ace Vacuum to purchase a Miehle vacuum, but ended up purchasing a Riccar for my mother. Kevin (store manager) was excellent and very accommodating. This review is regarding my purchase with Ace Vacuums in Fairfax. I bought a Miele Complete C3 Homecare vacuum cleaner from them a couple weeks ago, and have not been happier with the purchase. This is one of the most powerful and durable vacuums I have owned so far. It is easy to carry up and down the stairs. With two cats and a golden retriever, pet hair accumulation on my carpet and furniture is no longer a problem. The Miele vacuum picks up all the hair seamlessly. He did not try to push his inventory, and wanted to make sure I made the choice that was right for me and my needs. I took my Bissell vacuum to this shop because it was smoking on the bottom and making weird noises/not functioning properly. They were able to repair it by replacing the belt, and for less money than a new vacuum. I was also offered the chance to exchange it for a new vacuum if it couldn’t be repaired. They were very quick- only a few days, and very nice to work with. I’m happy that my vacuum is working properly now and I will definitely return to this shop if I have other vacuum needs.

Ive been in the market for a buy it for life caliber of vacuum for a while. I did a ton of research and had mostly what I wanted in my head, however seeing it in person is way different than whatever is on the internet. When I talked to the sales rep we went over why I was looking at a particular model, and they went over all the differences between everything else available and they actually showed me some direct comparisons between various brands. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a particular model or anything. They answered all my questions and showed me all the differences between the specific models. They were extremely friendly and all covid precautions were respected.Great experience and now Im at home with a vacuum that seriously seriously sucks and I couldnt be happier (sorry but I had to include the required vacuum pun). For what its worth I chose a Miele C3 for those curious and I love it.

Recently visited Ace Vacuums and purchased a Miele canister package. You can only learn so much on the Internet. And when the Internet tells you to go to your local store and talk to someone, listen. The associates at Ace Vacuums walked me through my purchase and made personal recommendations. Even one star is too much for Ace Vacuum. Ave vacuum was one of my suppliers for my retail business. I ordered 100x Dyson Absolute Vacuum cleaners they shipped a totally different version of it, Animal. The owner named Prem, agreed to give me credit for whatever difference amount between absolute and animal so I could use it for the next purchase. Ever since then, Ive been unable to talk to him as hes trying to get away never answers the phone or email. also other clerks always say they will to check with Prem but never get back to me.This business is terrible to do business with. When something happens with your order, they will not take it seriously, I hopefully wish there would be no more victim like me.

A wonderful full service shop. I visit several shops looking for a new vacuum. Khalid listened to how I use my current unit and advised me on newer models available. Walking me through the pros and cons between upright and canister models. Ultimately, I returned to his shop to make my purchase because of his customer service.

After researching what I needed in a vacuum cleaner and taking a printout of it, I took it and a square of my carpeting and went to Ace Vacuums in Fairfax. I love the vacuum cleaner I bought here! Im always extremely wary of salespeople, but there is no pressure to buy anything here. That was one of the things I enjoyed most when I was looking for a vacuum. Salesperson was very patient, explained what models they had, let us test out all kinds of vacuums, and didnt bat an eye when we walked out of there without purchasing anything. I went home, did my research, then returned to the store and bought a vacuum cleaner.

I have purchased two quality machines here in the past 7 years, at the Fairfax location. Khaled is awesome! He stocks quality products made in USA and Germany. If you want a great vacuum that has a real warranty and actually works, go here. It wont be cheap, but Khaleds machines are real and come with a real warranty plus expert service. If you want some cheap hunk of plastic that will die an hour after the 90-day warranty ends, get thee to Mal*Wart.
