I bought a really nice, clean used bike. The service was great and the bike to. Only thing I would do the next time is make sure what is agreed on verbally is put in writing. I will return there to buy parts and maybe another bike one day, due to my experience Enjoy your ride every one, I am mine..I previously wrote what is above. I may have over reacted just a touch. Everything I was told I was gonna get, I got and then some, Ben made sure of it. Davis walked me through every step and even answered every question I had months after the sale. So.... in summation, I over reacted and wrote something that I am going to have to eat like crow. I have been in dozens of Harley shops all up and down the east coast because I travel for work and love my Harleys and bar none, no competition whatsoever, Patriot Harley is the best by far and I am pretty sure it’s due the staff who makes old dude’s like me realize there shiny dreams

You will get some good deals here, they have all you need eaven training class. Parts department is great, service department is completely incompetent to a level that is seems impossible to achieve unless you are trying to deliver bad service. The level of unorganization and miscommunication is extremely frustrating. Tried to let the GM know but never got a call back. Would bring your bike elsewhere. Initial convenience is not wroth the headaches to come.

The staff at Patriot Harley-Davidson is amazing. Theyre very friendly and have a vast knowledge about their products. I worked with Ben and Dave and those two gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I drove from Michigan to make my purchase and I will be doing the same for my next. I generally dont write reviews, but Patriot Harley service team/department certainly deserves a 5 star. I called a couple weeks ago to see if I can bring my lowrider s in for some diagnostics as it wasnt running properly. They were busy so a woman from another department took my name/number down and said theyll give me a call back. At that point, I was skeptical that they would, but they called me back within a couple hours to schedule the service that following week. They asked me what I kind of trouble I was experiencing, and told me to bring the bike in.Brought my bike in at the appointment, and explained the issue to the service department agent. Later that day, I received a call with an update with an overview of the issue, and some options. We agreed on the best course of action, and the bike was finished later that evening.I picked up the bike the next morning and everything was good to go. This was the only Harley dealer in my area that had any appointments available that didnt extend beyond a month or two. Id highly recommend Patriot Fairfax and will be coming back soon. Keep up the great work fam.

My 3rd Harley but first one from this dealership. Recommended to me by some friends and it was a great overall experience. I shot down the first bike after going all the way through to approved financing and they still welcomed me back for another. Paid cash for that one. :) Based on what I have seen so far, I think they will take care of me for future needs. If they aint got it, they will find it. Friendly team as well. What else can I say. Five stars is not enough to describe the absolutely incredible experience I had in completing a Rider to Rider transfer with Patriot Harley Davidson. Kaitlin who handled the entire transaction between the seller and myself went above and beyond what I expected or could have hoped for.I felt like I was the only customer that they were dealing with and that leading up to a very busy Memorial day weekend.And here is what happened... I found the object of my desire, an early birthday present for my wife, online down in Georgia. With 2 weeks to go the challenge became to get everything organized and the bike transported up to Patriot Harley Davidson. Thankfully the seller was willing to deliver it within the timeframe expected. Going into the Memorial Day weekend we had several challenges to overcome. The bike arrived a little late on the day of the planned delivery and still needed to go into the shop to get inspected. Transfer of paperwork needed to be completed, the bike needed to be cleaned and staged on the showroom floor for a surprise delivery all of that with less then 3 hours to go before closing for the day....Kaitlin handled it all. She scheduled and rescheduled the service appointments as things got delayed, had a technician waiting to jump on the inspection as the bike arrived, had paperwork ready to go for a speedy transaction, arranged to have the bike cleaned ( I think she may have done that herself..), arranged the staging of the bike in a prime spot on the showroom floor, decorated it with a bow while keeping me updated with text messages and pictures while I was at dinner with my wife.20 minutes before closing everything was ready to go, I got a text and we proceeded to go to the dealership. Kaitlin and what looked like the majority of the staff were on the showroom floor. ( my wife still had no clue)And here comes the Wow. Kaitlin announced the birthday girl over the PA system, several bikes where started and horns started honking....My wife started crying, out of Joy - thats a good thing.... Mike is awesome. He greeted my wife and I as soon as we walked in. He found the perfect bike for me on his first try. He came on the test ride with me. He didnt act like a salesman, but rather someone that I already knew and was comfortable cracking jokes with. He answered all of my wifes millions of questions multiple times without any frustration. The finance team made sure the payments were within the budget I gave them. The parts department found the right parts for us. Even the merchandise department was extremely helpful in finding the right replacement helmet for my wife. While the process took longer than expected, I am happy with the outcome.I also found out that they buy bikes outright... no purchase necessary... so if you are just not wanting to ride anymore, they will buy your bike!

The worst service experience I have ever had.Failure to communicate, failure to order parts in a timely manner, failure to dedicate time to work on the bike, failure to inform the customer.Delay after delay with no desire to help. The dealership also doesnt work with any other dealer in the area and can not source parts to repair bikes. When they can not source parts they will tell you to pick them up yourself from other dealers.7 weeks for 10hours of labor. No discount, no Im Sorry. I missed a vacation of riding because this dealership is so incompetent. Tom and Duke in service just have empty words with no way to actually help. Axle in parts was no help either.They even returned my bike with an unplugged O2 sensor so who knows if the techs are any good either.I would steer clear from service work at this dealer at all costs.EDIT: In response to the owner - I had explicitly informed your staff I do not care about extra costs associated with getting parts, I will gladly pay it. I had even expressed that I would be ok with aftermarket all in the interest of getting the bike done.Your staff failed to inform me that other dealers even had the parts until I suggested it. They said it would cost extra, I said ok, just get them. Your employees then called me saying other dealers will not work with your team and that I have to source the parts. All your team had to do was inform me of this 7 weeks ago and I would gladly drive around and get the parts so my bike would be done and I would not miss my trip. Your employee Tom even told me when I picked my bike up, finally, that they have flyer to hand out talking about delays when bikes get dropped off but he and the other staff dont even pass that flyer out anymore.Information and communication are critical parts to success. Your team failed to do both. Communicate that parts are scarce or delayed, inform that some other dealers may have them and that I need to go get them. I would have. The bike also went unworked on for 3 weeks just to get to fully disassemble. The entirety of this delay is on Patriot Harley-Davidson. COVID is not an excuse in this instance.

I can not say enough about this dealership! First, the internet sales department is amazing at communicating! Chris was my fit specialist and sales rep when I arrived! He guided me on a quick test ride around Fairfax and helped me get situated in buying the 05 Deluxe! The staff there is incredible!! Its extremely clean in the store portion and Service department! This was my wife’s first bike ever. My wife initially went to Quantico H-D because we were in the area and when we walked in, everyone seemed annoyed with us and gave short answers to her questions. She was so angry that she almost didn’t want to buy a bike. We went to Patriot after that and she told the staff what she just went through. The guys at Patriot have always been good to me when i bought my bike there and they treated my wife with respect and patience as she asked all the questions in order to pick the right bike for her. Worst service I have ever seen in any dealerships. I brought my bike for a 10 k service it should been done for 3 to 4 hours.They didn’t call so i had to call them back they told that “the tech guy had to leave for an emergency !!?? We will call you tomorrow”.Next day Of course they didn’t call I had to call back they don’t fix any problems with their service at least give a discount or bring my bike to my house.

I used to have issues with Patriot Harley years ago and stayed away for a long time. Once they came under new ownership a few years ago, I started going back and have had no issues since. Weve purchased two bikes from them over the last 5 years and the sales staff are all straight shooters and willing to help you identify the best bike for YOU if you dont quite know where to start. Although Im a seasoned rider, they are great working with new riders like my wife and they are always welcoming for those still learning the ropes. Thats sometimes missing in other shops as they treat you like you are supposed to know some things.....not here. I enjoy chatting with the sales staff and parts associates and they always have great ideas to trick out your ride. This is the only place I go to for service now and they have pick up and drop off service for the locals. Stay safe and up on two wheels.

I first contacted Patriot HD via email to inquire about a used motorcycle that was “coming soon.” They promptly responded, answers my questions and invd me to an event the next day to take a test drive. I was welcomed immediately and introduced to Mike, the salesman I had been working with online. Mike showed me the bike, explained the features, answered more questions and then we went on a test rode. The route he chose was perfect for me to get to know the bike. I decided to make the purchase and Kaitlin took over for this part. Mike also took me for a tour of the dealership and helped me purchase a new helmet. I can’t explain how happy I was to ring the bell while they revved up the bikes in the showroom! Patriot HD made my purchase an fun experience that I will never forget. I love my bike! Minorities stay away of the classes offered here. Lack of communication, no emails, no information about change on schedules, but worse, final practical test make you disqualified on purpose to later steering you for another pay class. Be careful

I changed my review to five stars because as a business owner myself I know how much these reviews mean. I was not disappointed at the fact that my bike wasnt washed or that it took all day. I paid about $1,000 to change both (white wall) tires because the front was ten years old. The rear tire was about five years old but started turning brown and I couldnt get it off after trying everything possible. When I picked it up however, the new tires were covered in grease which I am hoping will come out. I have yet to wash it myself which I prefer and since I see the owner is actively responding to his customers, I hope he will take care of the situation if need be.

Friendly staff. I took my bike there for an inspection, and they showed me a couple of issues with my bike like shifter loose and air filter dirty. I didnt understand why I had those issues considering I just had a 10000 mile services 3 days ago from another Harley Dealership. I will have all my maintenance done at Patriot from this point forward.

I got disappointed and frustrated after my deposit was confiscated. In other words, the $1000 I deposited a week before purchasing this bike, was added without my knowledge to the already agreed price after a long negotiation. We agreed to an out the door price of $12,845 for this 2012 Ultra Limited which included the replacement of the very rusted pipes and the foggy front lights. Otherwise, I was going to walk away.The salesperson Craig was asking for $13,300 and I was asking for $12,500. So we agreed somewhere in the middle. Craig was very nice, he gave me a lot of information, he was also very knowledgeable, and took about one hour getting rid of the pitted and rusted chrome areas on the bike. No complains against him nor with the other departments.Randy, the sales manager, was also outside participating in the negotiations. Craig, Randy and I agreed to a price.After I handed my check to Randy for the full amount, I noticed he was writing something on his computer while I was on the phone with the insurance company.He prepared the documents with a different amount, adding the $1,000 deposit that I completely forgot about. It was late, I was tired, and excited about the new purchase. He didnt explain the contents of the documents, he just pointed to the areas to place my initials and signatures. I trusted him.It is my fault for signing the documents without checking all the details. I went to get my deposit back, but Randy said no. I already signed and there was no way out of it. I ended up paying $13,845; almost $14K. I could have bought, my second option, a 2014 Ultra Limited low mileage for $14,500, out the door, from another dealer.It is a shame this happened. Otherwise, it would have been one of my best experiences ever. And yes, Im enjoying my bike. Im not going to let the $1000 extra you took from me ruin the enjoyment of this bike

Be very careful dealing with this dealership. They sell extended warranties that are only usable at this exact dealership and no other. The warranty is not refundable or transferable. Basically, theyre screwing you if you happen to leave their area. I would recommend using a different dealer. If the other dealers are doing the same thing, Id recommend a different company. Can you imagine if a car dealership treated you like that? You could only use the extended warranty at the dealership where you bought the vehicle? Complete scam.

Deceitful tactics. I trusted the closer, but I felt cheated.I bought a 2012 Ultra Limited with 2540 miles which was, apparently, left outside or something, because it was showing signs of being abandoned. Pitted chrome and all other metal areas (handlebar, forks, frame), very rusted exhaust pipes and foggy front light. I was not going to buy a bike looking like this. So, the sales person, who was very nice, removed a few days later the pitted look from many of the chrome affected areas, but not everything. We negotiated a price out the door which included new pipes and new front lights. I was very happy. I gave the closer a check for the full amount that we agreed upon. I forgot that a few days before I placed a $1,000 deposit. It was late when signing the papers so I didnt pay attention to the final numbers, and I left the bike at the shop for the work to be completed. My fault for not paying attention to the final numbers. I never received the deposit back. That extra thousand on the price that we agreed put me over the budget and very close to the asking price of another bike, a 2014 (with Rushmore updates), that I saw from another dealer. Too late now.Everybody else is excellent from the service department to the parts department.

I have purchase many motorcycles however this was my very first HD purchase. I must say it will be the experience in which all others are judged. Upon my entrance my salesman (Dutch) made me feel welcomed and although not long before closing took the time to allow for a test ride (which I did not expect so late in business hours).I am hopeful that this will be the first of many more purchases.A job well done,Tony

Wonderful experience here at Patriot Harley Davidson. Went to a few local shops in search for my next motorcycle, had no intent to buy just wanted to testride and see what bike fit me best. Luckily I came to this dealership before I ended my day. The atmosphere was amazing, was greeted right away by Chris who encouraged me to try out every bike that he felt fit my need. He also willingly took out multiple bikes for me to ride as well as gave me the run down of each one. I bought two Harleys from Patriot HD since Nov 2020. A 2018 Fat Bob in Nov 2020 and a 2020 Fat Boy in Dec 2020. Both purchases were smooth, quick and at a great price. Chris Rosburg, the Assistant Sales Manager handled the closing of the 2018 Fat Bob and was the one who sold me the 2020 Fat Boy. I wanted the the 2020 Fat Boy to be painted before delivery and Chris Rosburg handled the 3rd party painter and met the promised delivery time of the complete bike just before Christmas, 2020. He did a great job on both sales, maintaining contact, updates and his promises came through. The GM, Ben, the ladies that handle the tag/title work also did a great job with their work. I can only say great things about the entire staff at Patriot Harley Davidson.

Excellent customer service 👍 I came in for the most random bolt assortment and left with exactly what I needed. The showroom is spectacular and full of beautiful bikes, not merch. The sales reps are down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I was afraid of pushy reps that would make me feel insignificant if I couldnt afford a new, premium bike. Not here, Patriot is a place for everyone.

They have switched it all around! Not a bad set up but once again the female motorcycle clothes sales people dont know what their doing. Its always a hit-or-miss for me, 1 girl was clueless and the other 1 was pretty knowledgeable.

Kiss Tom and Dan when you see them! Listen guys and gals, if you need your Harley fixed dont mess around by taking it anywhere else. I tried to install a Rockford Fosgate stereo on my bike and it didnt go so well. In attempts to fix it, I took it to a shop that WASNT Harley. I took my bike there and they said it was going to take a week or two to fix it. My bike was in complete disaray when I dropped it off at this other place, so I believed them. However, I never got a call or email. Well, I drove down and tried to see what the deal was...after a month of no contact. They basically yelled at me and said it would take all winter because the wiring was so messed up. I decided enough was enough so I trailered the bike and took it to Patriot Harley! Tom, in the service department, listened to me and calmed my nerves. Tom told me that they would be able to get me in the next week. Well guess what, a week and two days later my bike was done! Dan, the mechanic who worked on my bike, and Tom, who scheduled the whole thing and was basically my therapist, only had to spend two days fixing the bike. Now I am back in the wind and I am loving every minute of it. These guys are great and I reccomend nobody but Patriot Harley!

Great bikes at a good price

I had a really good buying experience with the guys at Patriot, especially with Chris R. No pressure, Chris is super-knowledgeable, he really listened and i ended up getting a great deal. It was great to be able to test-ride the bike; some dealerships here in the mid-Atlantic dont allow test-rides.

Extremely unprofessional service manager Duke, who hang up the phone. in my experience they were untrustworthy, they sold the tires that I had made an appointment for installation, then they installed wrong gasket and returned my bike with tons of oil leaking. I took the bike back for fixing the oil leakage, then again returned the bike with engine light on, battery light on and with “Bus Err” when I asked them to fixed the issues since they occurred due to their poor oil change work, Service Manger started being nasty to me instead of apologizing. He admitted that the sold the tires and installed wrong gasket but could not give good neither customer service nor mechanical service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Expect to be treated like family. From the general manager to all the staff on the floor, they are super friendly. I really enjoyed working with everyone here. They really do take care of you. As a customer... there isn’t much more you can ask for.

This is by far the best Harley-Davidson dealership I have ever been to! Last month I saw on their Facebook page a bike I was interested in. I called Julian, a salesmen I have gotten two other bikes with and scheduled an appointment to see the bike the following day. By far the best customer service in the entire state! When I came they greeted me and we chatted a bit and Julian even remembered details about what I had mentioned from previous visits! We looked at the bike and sat on it, testing for fit and comfort. Extremely knowledgeable, Julian talked about the Dyna Wide Glide and explained how it was different than my previous motorcycle, but he was never pushy and was 100% real about whether the bike suited me.After some discussion we decided to put in a credit application with the GM Ben--these guys (and gals) are no joke. They were very transparent about pricing and what my payments would be like with trading in my old bike. There was absolutely no run around or secret fees or costs. Katlyn Sue in Finance explained everything to me in detail and answered every one of my questions!Once we began the paperwork, Julian personally guided me over to Parts where I met Axel, Marcus, OG and Bob. They were all extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about parts and accessories helping me decided without pushing me to get anything they didnt think I needed or wanted. There I was able to figure out how to change the bike to what I needed, adding saddlebags and an engine guard, even the smaller details that I would never had known about that I needed to make the parts fit!Following Parts was General Merchandise: while Im normally not big into riding with a full set of gear on Petra, Desiree and Gloria worked with me to figure out the type of helmet and jacket best suited my style and needs letting me know as well that HD has armor that goes in riding jackets! The department has a huge variety of things and what i love most of all are all the different choices not only in HD but aftermarket too!While I left my bike at the dealership waiting for parts when the parts were all in I received a call and we were able to schedule the service within the week courtesy of Summer at the service desk. (They are often busy and were able to schedule the service for the next available day within the week) After the service was done Oscar called and let me know my bike was finished and I could come pick it up! My technician did an amazing job--I think his name was Tim, but I have had work done by Shawn and Eli before and absolutely love them! They do amazing work and really know their bikes! Donnie is equally awesome, though I have never had service done by him, I have come by and he has always been able to answer my technical questions.All and All I will 100% recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone! You will never find this kind of old school service anywhere else or for these prices! Shout outs to Chris, Mike and Andres in Sales to who I have talked to before and are great guys!

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The bike and retail sales departments are good however the parts department lack personality and basic customer service skills. I ordered a new set of keys through the parts rep and he only gets me the lock key without the fob. A set means both as long as I have been alive, there is an obvious mental breakdown in their department.

Service 5 stars. Sales 1 star. Service is so much better in recent years. In Service they listen and get the job done. Service makes effort to give good customer service. They convey and follow up with good customer service skills. Sales managers on the other hand only care about maximum profit. Its not about the sale. Its not about the Harley experience to them. The sales staff are great but the sales managers kill every deal. Back and forth like a car dealership. Squeezing out as much time out of the customer. Wearing the customer out. If you want a good sales experience go to Groves in Winchester or any dealer that isnt owned by or affiliated with a car dealer. Those types of Harley dealers dont have the passion for motorcycles let along the Harley Davidson brand.

A+ One of the best buying experiences with a no-pressure sales approach that listens to the customer and focuses on what they what. Andres was a fantastic salesman and Marcus was awesome at recommending the right parts to start customizing the bike. Chris shared some Harley specific recommendations and Hondo took care of professionally adding forward controls and risers. Patriot HD is a first-class team...thank you!
