Friendly people. The lady in the reception, Beatrice was so accommodating. Doctor Choe is very professional and knowledgeable. He checked me up thoroughly and he so patient and honest. We should have known him before. Now we will not be looking for a better one. With regards to ordering glasses and contact lenses, Joseph, the manager helped us a lot. Thank you.

This was my first time visiting a Walmart Vision Center. Dr. Cho and the receptionist were extremely courteous and professional. I will be returning for future eye exams.

This review is for service what I have received from Juan. Ridiculous service. He was very rude at my first visit and also when I went for pickup. He was yelling on me and reacted like he forcefully working there. Not explaining price properly. If you want to visit there then try to go other eye specialist who working there dont go to Juan. Very very rude

The Walmart Vision Center, Fair Lakes location lead by Manager, Joseph Ferguson and team did a phenomenal job during my recent visit/purchase of new eyewear. Also Dr. Cho’s office did an excellent job. I go out of my way to have my eye care done at this location. Always pleasant and keep you well informed. Definitely worth the drive.

Have to wait for a long time till someone decided to help me. If you are going there, Consider an hour for purchasing a glasses and have a lot of patience to see they’re with no costumer and playing around and don’t want to take care of you. Their prices are good though.

I came by on a weekday and there was one employee working at that time so she was only able to assist one customer at a time. I had to wait a bit but when it came to my turn, she was very attentive and provided superb customer care. I will return for future services!

Sept 20, 5:04 pm. Whoever answers the phone just says please hold and hangs up. You retry and does it again, does not gives you time yo say anything. Zero customer service.

Worst customer service. Associate refused to help me because they were closed when it was 6:55 and their website says they close at 8pm. Called this Walmarts customer service desk and they confirmed their hours are from 9-8. Then they redirected me to another department and they refuse to answer my calls!
