I’ve been coming to this store since it opened in December 2018. I can’t say enough good things about the store, the customer service, and the products. It’s great not having to pay Sundance’s shipping fees. Also, my dog is always welcome and that makes it a wonderful destination and even better place to shop!

The customer service is incredible! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. I needed to return or exchange some blouses I had ordered online; what we couldnt exchange, they found some wonderful substitutes. Ill be back!

I have been a customer of Sundance for years. Recently, I ordered 2 items for a birthday gift. I though I had ordered in plenty of time. When I went to track my package, I realized that they shipped the items USPS!! It has been 3 weeks. This is a high end retailer, and cannot understand why they would not be using Fed Ex or UPS. I am so very disappointed in Sundance. Part of excellent customer service is shipping and that includes free shipping for orders over 100.00 and using a high quality shipping service that ensure the customer receives the package in a timely matter. There are many other companies that I will use in the future that offer these common place perks!!

Store was clean, neat and appropriately spaced merchandise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hi, Ive been a Sundance Catalog shopper for many years. Ive always received beautiful merchandise of excellent quality. What I enjoy is not seeing others with whatever I get from Sundance. Ive never been to the store in Northern VA as it is 2 hrs away from my home. But as soon as this quarantine is over, I look forward to going there. Yesterday I placed an order and I can hardly wait for it to be delivered to my home!!! If you are an online shopper, have confidence that you will receive quality merchandise and itll be prettier than it looked on line or in the catalog :).

This is my go to store and I go every week! All the girls are so sweet and helpful. I feel like family. The clothes are always fresh and beautiful. The atmosphere is always light and breezy. I always feel happy to go in and see smiling faces!!! This is now my favorite place to go :))) LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!

What a breath of fresh air this store is for the Mosaic District! Fantastic customer service!! From the moment you walk in, the staff is attentive, friendly and treats you like royalty. They are always willing to help you with selections and sizing:) Top notch employees and merchandise at Sundance....not to be missed on any visit to the Mosaic District.

Did not help and two women ignored us. felt discriminatory. i buy from the catalog online and thought it would be great to visit while in town. wont ever shop there again. will spend elsewhere like anthropologie or garnet hill.

Love this store! It is beautiful, clean and the staff is amazing. My mom and I travel from the Virginia Beach area just to holiday shop here together.

Sundance Mosaic District: A Heavenly HavenAs a university professor, I have been looking for a new look that speaks directly to me. A look that makes me feel alive and relevant in and outside the classroom. A Bohemian chic free-spirited flare, great quality, and touch of class that moves me. I found it not only in the Sundance clothing style but also at the Mosaic District location under the direction of Sharon! The staff is exceptional -- friendly, knowledgable, professional, considerate and up-to-date in fashion trends. Each time I come to this location I am in awe and I never leave without buying a new feeling of self-affirmation and joy in my little new heavenly haven. Well done Sundance -- 5 stars all the way!!!
