10/5!! Last year I got my phone screen fixed at a place in Springfield where they did an absolutely horrible job. The screen lifted a month after repair and LED spilled out the sides. It cracked into bits last week even with a tempered glass screen protector. So I took my phone to iTechRepairs, and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced my screen and battery in half an hour, and I knew the quality of work was perfect because I havent had a good, responsive phone in over a year. Unbeatable price and quality of work! ITech Repairs replaced the front screen of my iPhone X after I dropped it on the sidewalk. He was incredibly fast fixing the phone and readily available to schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their phone fixed. The repair is top quality as well.

Between myself, my husband and teenagers, I’ve used iTech probably a dozen times in the past few years for screen replacements. Every time, service has been faster, less expensive and with better screens than the storefront repair shops. And a much better deal than my insurance deductible. Lately, I also purchased a refurbished 6 from iTech and he completely rebuilt my husband’s phone after a bike crash shattered the screen and smashed the plastic that makes up the top of the phone. Unfortunately, we know we’ll have to use iTech again because of our clumsiness, but are grateful for great service at a good price.

Last night, I went to an establishment Id used before, with appointment, only to find they didnt have the iphone6 screen in stock. This guy, after phone call contact, confirmed he had them in stock, and after dropoff, gave me 40 minutes to come pick it up, and less than two hours after initial contact, my phone is all fixed, for less. Didnt get the result I wanted, but was provided with an answer to move forward with. David did his best to resolve my boot loop on my iPhone 7. He ran a full diagnostics on the phone and unfortunately it turned out to be a hardware issue. Other than that friendly customer service oriented mentality. Thanks for meeting on short notice!

My phone was broke really bad, like the screen was basically in crumbles and this man literally took the time to do the job above and beyond what I expected. He definitely went the extra mile to get the job done right. I would highly recommend him! Oh and all in a timely manor. By the way, his location is a home address so don’t let that steer you away to going to anyone else, this guy knows what he’s doing.

The guy is fast, affordable and convenient. The store doesnt really look like a store - Im guessing he does a lot of on-sight support. But he works in like 15-30 min at a 10th of what youd pay at an Apple store. Guy is awesome and Im sure Ill go back to him when I break something else.

I had cracked my screen and the touch sensitivity was messed up. I called to see if there was any availability, and within 25 minutes my screen was replaced at a better quality and price than manufacturers service. Great costumer service and would highly recommend.

My wife accidentally left her IPhone 6 on the roof of our car. We didnt realize it until we couldnt find it when we got home. Returned to the scene of the supected fall 20 minutes later and it was confirmed to be run over. What a crappy start to her Friday night. I contacted David and he hooked me up with a super generous same day repair at Midnight. Took him about 25-30 minutes to repair the Screen (Layer 1) and LCD (Layer 2). Got it working good as new. I tipped him very generously to say the least. Worth every penny for my 22 year old wife to have her social life back on track for Friday night & the weekend. Soooo.....my iphone 6 screen was cracked and as I was looking up places for repair, I found iTechRepairs LLC with great reviews, and somehow my thumb put in a one star Google review when I was reading everything. Two days later, I called for an appointment to get my phone fixed, and imagine my surprise when the technician asked me to update my review if I liked his service! Yes, absolutely! We dropped off my phone and were told it would be about 20 minutes, so we took our time coming back, and when I saw my phone, the screen was like new! I am very happy with the result. The repairs are done at a private residence, but you just drop off and pick up later. You can pay with a credit card. The transaction was very quick and even my husband was happy.

Made an appointment with David for 730… Texted him about 615 saying that I could make it earlier...He immediately said “come on over...” Handed him my phone at about 650 and he told me to give him a half an hour… iPhone 6 needing a new screen and a new battery… Went to the Giant and did some grocery shopping...Came back, phone was done and on my way back home in 35 minutes! Phone looks and works great… fair pricing....Could not be happier… So much better than dealing with the Apple Store! No fuss, no muss. Terrific all around!

David is awesome! My Macbook Pro had a crack in it (from inadvertently stepping on it) which spread in multiple directions all throughout the screen. David got the part needed quickly and when I called earlier today, he said I could bring it by today which I did and he had it completely like new in under two hours! Thank you again!!!

Do not go to this company for your iPhone screen repair. They claim to use genuine Apple parts but they definitely do not. Ive had my phone repaired by David and all 3 screens broke on me from less than a 3 foot drop all the while the phone was in a case. The last time, the phone was dropped on to an area rug from my sofa in the living room!!!I was stupid to think that any company other than Apple would provide actual real Apple parts. I shouldve known he was shady when the first screen he replaced had a dead spot on the top left corner. Then the third screen was not bright and had shadows.I finally took my phone to Apple to get it repaired and all is good. DO NOT THINK YOURE SAVING MONEY BY GOING TO THIS GUY. I have spent over $400 for 3 screens and they all cracked within a month or two.

I went to David for repair of a cracked iPad screen. There were some unforeseen problems, but in the end, I have a working iPad that Im extremely happy with. David answered my texts immediately and kept me in the loop the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I can, with confidence, highly recommend his services!

We thought our son’s iPhone was irreparable after a dumbbell dropped on it. We stopped by Staples who gave us a higher quote and explained that they had to ship to a different place so it would take a while. Thanks to Google, I found this place. The owner was responsive and gave a much lower quote. On top of that, he said it would be fixed in 30 mins. And it’s true. The phone is good as new. I highly recommend!

I usually dont give out paragraph-length reviews, but iTech Repairs deserves a big one. The business is run by a man named David. Friendly service, very reasonable price, and this man is superb at what he does. I was referred to iTech through a friend and already Ive went to iTech three separate occasions (because I would constantly crack my screen). Each time I went, I came out satisfied because David is like a magician at this. Not a single flaw was there. Why waste time and spend much more money elsewhere? This is the place to go to whenever if you have phone troubles.

Well to start with, i should have reviewed this a year ago when i broke my phone screen for the first time but somehow i couldnt. The owner charged me at least 40 bucks less than the other places and that too with the original parts and fixed it in minutes.I was tremendously impressed. I broke my phone screen again few months back and had to go to him and surprisingly i got the same kinda service and the same price when the other places were charging me even more this time with the excuse that my phone is kinda outdated and that the parts are not easily available. I went to to him and waited there for may be 20 minutes and my phone was ready. He even called me a day or two later to check if my phone was working fine or not? My advice to you all, hope nothing happens to our cell phones as we live off of them but just in case of any trouble DO NOT hesitate and just see this place. Also just to MENTION, he is very prompt in picking up his phone and in honoring his commitments. I hope he still remembers me - I am the one with blue Samsung Galaxy S3, you just fixed my phone few months back. JUST KEEP UP THE HARD AND HONEST WORK. THANKS.

***UPDATE*** (a month later)So I noticed a slight tear in the upper corner of my phone screen (the white covering on the front of the iphone) when he returned my phone back to me but I didnt really care that much because the phone was now working well. However, as days went by I noticed that the tear would get bigger, and now the whole right corner of the screen (where the tear is) is loose so that the screen corner pops up and you can see the entire inside of the phone. The screen turns white every once in a while. My phone still works and I prefer a somewhat working screen to a completely black one but just an update that the fix wasnt perfect.I have an Iphone and my screen broke and I needed a new battery bc of water damage. iTechRepairs gave me very fast service and definitely the cheapest price in the area. It only took him about 20 min to fix everything compared to the 1-2 hours apple offered. It has been about a week since he fixed my phone and it is in great condition. It is a one-man, at-home, run business so I was hesitant to trust him at first but he turned out to be a super chill, nice guy.

I have contacted David three times over the last month. Twice, it was because of a cracked screen on two different phones, and another time, it was due to an obscure problem with my iPhones wifi and gps. The cracked screened were done in an hour and the obscure problem was promptly dealt with as well. I recommend him to anyone with an iPhone issue and will continue to use him as long as I am in the area.
