Very attentive and helpful staff! The store displays looked beautiful.

Excellent Customer service and wipe down of all counters and credit card machines as Covid precautions. The candles when they go on sale are a great buy and smell great around the house. Pink watermelon has a distinct sweet smell if you like sweet scents.

Good quality products at reasonable prices plus you get big discounts coupons by mail.

Staff is very helpful, they will make sure you have whatever you need.

This place seems to always be busy, but it is not hard to understand why. Products are always sorted very neatly, and displayed in a pleasing way. Scents are very nice. They have a great candle selection, and prices are fair. Employees are friendly are always willing to assist.

They have lot of candles and so many customers buying candle, some of selection item are 50-70% off, the staffs are here great service.

A little crowded in the store but they have the best smelling soaps and they do sanitizer.

I stopped by to get the Night Blooming Jasmine body mist, only to learn that it was discontinued. The ladies there were very nice and know their products very well. Ill catch them again at the semiannual sales event later this year

It was very busy but very clean when I visited. They have a queue set up outside to allow for a socially distanced shopping experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have staff managing the queue in front of the store to keep things orderly.

Sale today for lotion was fantastic 4.95 $ any lotion, but the customer service and the service for the virus was extremely good, taking counts being distant and wearing mask. We were pleased.

Great soaps and lotions

Very disappointed at the customers service I received here. I used to work at Bath & Body Work back in high school and I remembered that the #1 priority of the floor associates and cashiers excellent customer service. Apparently, this isnt the case anymore. The floor associates were rude and unhelpful. The cashiers looked annoyed and irritated while I was checking out. And one would think that one would get a Have Good Day after spending over $300, that isnt the case here either. Very disappointed indeed. Never shopping here again.

Very helpful and not pushy staff!! Jeremy was so nice and asked me what kind of scents I like so he was able to recommend 2 of the newest summer scented candles and I loved them enough to buy them.

The Fair Oaks store doesnt honor rewards

I want to change my signature scent, so I decided to look for something Lavender. I am a little disappointed to say that I did not find anything here.I had really high hopes for finding something affordable, and finding a full set of a body lotion, shower gel, and a mist here. Sadly that was not what happened. They dont have anything only Lavander scented. Its always Lavender mixed with something. And if you do want a plain lavender, you have to buy a lavender scented items from the aromatherapy collection items which are severely expensive, and dont even smell like lavender. That was disappointing to me but I still love Bath & Body Works so I dont want to leave them a bad review

This store smells like heaven Everytime I step in. They offer free samples to a lot of the products to ensure that you like the smell and quality. The prices are actually very affordable, and the staffs are very helpful. Definitely a good place to buy candles/loton/skin care products.

I have always loved this place

In 12 minute visit, the sales person asked me five times if I needed help. It was a little aggressive when I wanted to browse and just pick up a couple of things. I ended up leaving with just an air freshener refill because she was so relentlessly intrusive...with the extraneous maam thrown in each time! Oof!

Mostly we go in search of liquid soap, since the sales offers are attractive and also have a remarkable amount of different pleasant scents in those liquid soaps that are very pleasant to me when I wash my hands and face. We always go out with something else than we planned, because as I said, prices are attractive. I would only recommend to the owners, to install two or three air extractors on the ceiling, since both perfume together creates a charged atmosphere at times. Access to the Mall as well as its parking is very easy, as in every Mall here in Virginia
