Eric and Joe are great. Been going to them for years. They helped me research an issue with my Hyundai Sonata that ended up being an item covered under warranty. I highly recommend them.

I had 2 tires sent here from a third party retailer so they could be installed by W B Motors. I didnt realize how far out this shop books up so I definitely should have called sooner, but nonetheless, Joe worked with me and was able to get me in before I left town. The service was very fast and Joe was incredibly communicative and helpful. He even set me up with a new battery for my keyless remote. Thanks!

I have had a recurring but inconsistent glitch with my 2004 vehicle, a car that otherwise is in perfect condition. My regular mechanic could not diagnose the problem so I called WB for a second opinion. They researched the symptoms in a nationwide network of tradesmen and called me back with the possible and probable causes of the problem. I have not had it fixed yet, but when I do, I’m going to WB.Their professionalism and desire to serve the customer well (without pressure) has me convinced that this is a quality establishment.

If you are looking to have your vehicle in great hands, take your car to WB. Joe is not only a good dude, hell give you an honest answer and wont try and rip you off, unlike any other garage around here. Girlfriend had an issue with her EVAP system, which turned on her check engine light. Originally took her car to another garage and they could not figure out the issue. It took them a week and we finally just said forget it. Since they could not identify what was going on, they were going to charge us almost 3 grand! Was recommended by a co-worker to take her car here, and speak with Joe. He literally figured out the issue in a day and the price was only a little over 6 hundred! Much better. After he was done, the check engine light did not come back on and the car ended up passing emissions. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Needless to say, i will be taking our cars here from now on.

The only place Ill take my car to. Im a car guy and try to do things for myself, but for the things I cant do, I go here. I know that at this shop theyll take care of my car the way I would. Joe and his team are always extremely helpful, whether I schedule in advance or if I just drop in, and the work is always done well in a timely manner. Keep in mind that this is a small, well-regarded shop, so plan on making appointments early, they get busy sometimes. Might not be the absolute cheapest place out there, but I will happily pay more to know its in good hands.

Hi, heres an update, an important update. I took a beloved 2005 (family member) PT Cruiser into WB Motors with a question about a spot of oil that I noticed on the ground where I park.[They handle tires for all of my vehicles including my vintage diesel Benzs (picture in your mind a very big grizzly bear with cubs, oh yes...), they have a Hunter balancer ( do you want the best balanced tires you can get? WB Motors/Hunter.)]As it turns out, WB Motors caught the early stages of a sequence of events that could have taken this Daimler PT - its more Benz than Chrysler in the 2005 model, off the road, POOF! that quick! I had a head gasket leak, but WB Motors noted that at 82,000 miles, the timing belt was due for replacement.WB Motors FULLY explained that the head gasket leak was the type that could go on without repair for some time, so no overstatement about that issue. However, the timing belt? A firm recommendation that this be done. My review of the timing belt issue on the internet was frightening: a PT Cruiser can be cruising along, pop! goes the timing belt and takes the engine out with it, gone! WB Motors also explained that while the engine is being repaired for the timing belt, it would be a good time to replace the head gasket (nothing to sneeze at, they are hard work!)I looked over the repair proposal and decided the cost to repair everything was VERY reasonable compared to having to replace this vehicle. After the repair, they gave me break in advice regarding the new timing belt... dont hotrod your new timing belt... (ok.) I would trust WB Motors with this huge repair over any Chrysler dealer out there, oh, and not just price, but quality.This beloved PT Cruiser is like new. WB Motors can handle whatever you need in repairs and, they are smart and good people.

They say finding a good mechanic is like finding a good barber. Its very hard to find but once you do, you will stay forever. This is probably the best and most honest auto mechanic in Fairfax (maybe even the whole county). Joe is a great guy and very flexible and understanding to your needs. He never tries to upsell you or hoodwink you on service. If there is a service that he cant do, he will happily refer you to someone more qualified. I can personally attest that the two companies he referred me to (Hi-Tech Transmissions and McCoys Family Autoglass) are top notch and just as honest as WB Motors is. I think the prices may be slightly higher than most but it is worth it in my opinion. Dont take your car to any of the chain mechanics or even the dealerships. Take your car here! I promise you this aint a paid review or anything. I will only take my car here for any mechanic work.
