One star is being generous. The golden rule is not practiced by the auto shop employees. My car broke down in front of Giant, just around the corner. The radiator hose came off and I just needed the clip to be opened. I walked to sunoco, thinking they would lend me a pair of pliers to open the clip so I could reset the hose. The worker did not even give me the time of day. I am not going to stop my work to help you with yours. All I needed was a pair of pliers. No sympathy.

The NICEST Sunoco gas station Ive ever been too.Just a very great crew of people who work hard here to make the place clean, nice and well stocked and who try to get you on the road nicely as quick as possible.TOP NOTCH PEOPLE MATTER.You want some gas,a great coffee a Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuit served up with a smile,heres the place.I cannot say enough goodness about the crew.Come on by.

I was driving to a morning Networking program in Dulles coming from Alexandria when I realized I had a flat tire! I pulled over at this Sunoco to see I can just put air in the tire and be on my way. However, much to my chagrin, air was escaping from a hole in my tire!I walk over to the auto shop at the Sunoco and find Jeff getting ready before they opened. I asked if I could possibly borrow a tire iron as the one I had was too small for my lug nuts. Without hesitation Jeff asked me to pull my car in so he could take a look at it! In no time, Jeff repaired the small hole in my tire and I was back on my way!Its great to know that there are still good people in the world like Jeff at Sunoco! Definitely a life saver!

Hi, I went to there to fix the car on Saturday morning with safety inspection there was a person Mr.Nabil he is awesome and cooperative. He checked my car and found everything good.The same things the others auto repair center hassled me last week saying fix this and that which they want to cheat me but I reviewed carefully and I went to sunoco repair center university mall Braddock Rd to verify and fix the car the person who is alone in the shop Mr. Nabil checked thoroughly my car for safety inspection and say yours car is fine nothings need to repair then I realized that I could loose lot of money if i do not go there. So like their service which was awesome and faithful,

I use this station for all my service, repairs and inspections. They are great. The prices are always reasonable and discussed ahead of time. I highly recommend this station. By the way, their gas prices are great too.

The food store and the gas station are ok, I don’t have any problem about them during past years. But DO NOT repair your car there. I asked for a inspection there, and they said it could not pass until I replaced brake and rotor (400 dollars, not include pad?). I was not sure how much for a brake replacement and what parts should be included, but I still said yes.However, after I got my car back, something didn’t work well and made me almost in danger while I was driving. The noise at rear was creepy, so I went to dealer service to check what happened. The technicians in dealer service said the people who replaced my brake system did not install something, like calibrator and it was very dangerous to drive. I am not know well about all the parts of a car, but I feel lucky now i didn’t had any trouble when I drove my car to the dealer service.Now I have asked dealer service to do the brake replacement again, and yes, I have to pay more money.I won’t repair my car at this store again, and also inspection. If you still want to do inspection here, it is ok. But think carefully if you want or they ask you to repair your car here. Or talk to a professional technician that you trust.Safety is always the highest priority.

I hate this gas station, and by looking at the reviews, I am not alone. Im done going here. Every time I come here, there is a problem at the pumps. Today was no different. It rejected my card a few times so finally had to go inside. I used my card inside, went back out, only to be told the pump is broken and I have to switch pumps. I move to another pump and once again, it wont accept my card. I go inside YET again and run my card. FINALLY Im able to get gas and leave. What a ridiculous experience.

Your typical gas station, I suppose. The convenience store carries what you would expect. The gas pumps work, so I cant complain.

The two guys who call themselves mechanics were rude from the very start. As Im waiting in line for inspection, one of the guys points at me with two fingers and tells me to come as if I was his pet so I could fill out my information. So after waiting about 40 minutes as one of the employees looks at every single detail of the car an moving everything around as the other is on his phone the whole time, he decides to fail it for the marker light being out on the side of the car which is the same thing as that red brake thing you see on the back of a bicycle. As soon as he did that I read the Google reviews and noticed how he failed everybody on something very small to try and charge them an enormous amount to fix it. So then he asked me if I would like for him to fix it and I immediately said no and left. I dont recommend anybody going there for anything unless you want to lose your money.

I frequent here for inspection, tire mount and balance and other issues. They always have steered me right. You would be wise to bring your parts there. Napa Certified parts are often WAY over priced.

Attempted to get my annual inspection at this location. Worst automotive experience of my life! My truck failed for a burned out licence plate light and emergency brake not holding. Once asked the cost to fix these deficiencies, i was quoted (with a straight face) that the labor for adjusting the emergency brake would be $380 AND the cost to fix the light will be $13! Thats extortion in my book! Had the brake adjusted at a reputable shop for 1/5th that price and replaced the light myself in 45 seconds for $1 from NAPA. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! I would give this place zero stars if possible.

This auto shop sucks. The guy failed my inspection (breaks didnt meet requirements, no problem with that) and tried to charge me $700 to fix, which include rotors with 40000miles due, seriously???I done this at another shop for $300, totally rip off.

This gas station has about the average priced gas in the area. Not the place for the cheapest but its okay. There are plenty of pumps so getting in and out is easy. The store is average. They have plenty of drinks, dip, cigs and snacks. I just bought oil for my car here and they have plenty of options incase you need to change your oil. They have jumper cables for about $14 incase anyone needs a jump start for their car. This place has just about everything you need incase of an emergency.

High gas prices, but close to work, and I was on fumes. Location is everything for this one.
