This is my favorite place for car service. The mechanics are very professional and provide a very honest assessment of what needs to be done vs what can wait... saved me a ton of money over the dealership advice. I trust them with all the family vehicles. After about a dozen visits over the last several years with four cars in the family, i couldnt be happier with their service. I highly recommend them to get the repairs you need done correctly and with the right parts.

Gas is usually competitive at this location and not overpriced. There are drinks and snacks etc inside.

Got an emissions and inspection done here today that I had been dreading doing for weeks. They made the experience great as they were fast, nice, and answered my questions. 100% recommend. Receptionist was also very friendly!!

Hello, I went there for a State Safety Inspection and they were very speedy and noticed a problem with my exhaust/gas line. Which they fixed for me for a very nominal charge and passed my car. Very helpful and I felt they were honest. The lady at the service area also was very courteous and helpful. Many thanks.

I highly recommend this to anyone in need of an auto repair and/or scheduled maintenance. I have utilized this establishment for both vehicle alignments and oil changes. Being new to the area and not really knowing what auto repair business are legit, I can honestly say that the customer service here has been unmatched. Peggy & Diane have done right in the customer service aspect of this business and will continue to go here for service. I have also been very pleased with the repair/service that has been done on both of my vehicles by the mechanics.

Their gas prices used to be among the most expensive in the Fairfax Station area, however, that seems to have changed lately. They also have a Virginia Inspection Station on site.

I like this gas station for 2 big reasons:First off, Ive gotten my wifes and my car inspected here several times now and have never been failed for some BS reason. Get inspected here.Second, they dont have the stupid $5 credit card minimums here. So you can go in, grab a soda and chips and pay for it with a credit card if you want.Big thumbs up to the owners here.

Ive been coming here for years. They do a great job on inspections, though I miss the older gentleman who used to conduct them. While I am a decent shade tree mechanic, I always have them take on any jobs I cant handle myself.You can tell that the owners have a real passion for cars and providing outstanding customer service. The manager has always been very attentive and responsive to my needs. A real gentleman as well.They do great work at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for?

A little pricey for gas. Customer service, inspection/emissions, and auto repair is great. I have been going there for years and I have always been treated respectfully. They honor coupons for other auto shops and stores.

Needed a full up

They have the slowest pumps Ive ever been to. The maintenance crew doesnt know the minimum break pad width and will fail perfectly legal vehicles. I go out of my way to avoid this place.

Convenient location. Perform many small to medium repairs as well as inspections. Gas is priced in the mid range: not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Has a small market with snacks, drinks, and other small items. Has an air and vacuum station.

I moved back to this area and need to get my state/emissions. I called in advance and spoke with a pleasant lady named Peggy who was friendly and gave me good information. The day I arrived, there were a few cars ahead of me but it went by smoothly and in a timely manner. My car was done by Monjay and the lady at the waiting area was Diane. Both were very professional and friendly which made me feel like I could trust this place. Not fussy, friendly and moved in a timely manner. Monjay was kind enough to offer to put my plates on my car, which I thought was a nice gesture and passing the time chatting with Diane made the wait go by fast (not that it was a long wait). Thank you to this team!

Great place to get your car worked on. Theyve always been honest and professional with me even referring me to other shops when they didnt have the expertise to do the work themselves. Case in point, they referred me to an excellent shop in Manassas to get the transmission on my car done even though they advertise that they do that sort of work. On other occasions, theyve been proactive in telling me what i need to get done out of the recommended service prescriptions for the codes my car throws at service intervals. Also, note, their prices for a full synthetic oil change are very competitive with the easily accessible coupon thats always available on their website. I would be skeptical of some of the negative reviews as Ive never known them to be anything other than as I describe.

I came in with a leaking gas line-the metal part had rusted through. Most places would have milked me for more than I needed and thrown in a few more things since the truck is 15 years old. I got a ride back to my house and my total bill was around $200. I couldnt believe it. Highly recommend.

Good decent place for all your car problems. Mechanics are honest and friendly. Cant ask more than being fair from a shop and this place is it. Make sure to talk to the mechanics and not others as they have the most authority in the shop as well as give the best service.

If your looking for a honest shop look no further. They have always been honest and upfront about what was needed on my car and cost. They even recommended me to other shops they trusted when I needed an alignment.

I rarely see something worth writing a review about, but watching how the garage deals with customers, I had to post how awesome this place is.I stopped by for a state inspection at the end of the month and they were slammed. Despite the long waits the technicians were remarkably pleasant and respectful.This place is head and shoulders above the University Mall Sunoco. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Terrible customer service. Barely a word spoken during a transaction. However, given how bizarrely lacking fairfax County is in easily accessible gas stations - stop here if needed, as there probably won’t be another place to stop for gas for a while.

Gene, one of the techs here, is a great guy. I got my safety and emission inspection done one night and was picking up the truck near closing time. Gene was working to get another customers car done as I showed up to pick up my truck. As I was walking out of the shop, I saw through the window a tool that Ive had my eye on but havent bought yet due to not having a chance to see it in person. I went back and poked my head in to ask Gene about it. He very graciously invited me back into the shop and let me get my hands on it and look it over. Totally nice and inviting of him.Just talking to him and looking at their bays, you can tell this is a shop where quality, professionals, work. They are are organized, have quality tools, and their techs are good at talking to customers. These are all very good indicators of a shop that does good work and takes pride in it.

I had a business before. If I could, I want to give zero star for them because I had bad experience over there. I have a car which was broken the water pump. At first they asked me about $1200 to fix it. And two days later, they said they would charge me for $1800 and also they even didnt start working on my car. On that day they asked $400 more to fix it. I didnt want to have business with them. I checked several dealership. They just asked about $1200. Finally I spent about $660 to have my car fixed.

Spent 20 minutes in line for emissions testing after a guy in the garage said they were still open, then a 600 year old man in shorts came out, put an orange cone in front of my car, and told me they were closing. This made me too late to go to any of the other stations in the area. Went inside to get the managers name and the pair of clowns behind the counter refused to give me a name. It used to be my regular fill-up place. Now, theyll be lucky if I stop to mess up their bathroom. For an added bonus, stop by in the early morning so you can re-smoke the cigarettes the old guy puffs behind the counter.

Deepak did an excellent job on my vehicle. I love taking my cars here- the staff is communicative and dont try to recommend unnecessary add-ons. VERY pleased!

I go to this gas station often as its on my way home from work. Pump #7 had something attached to the inside of the credit card slot - tried to tell the station attendant that there might be a credit card skimmer on one of his pumps. Station attendant didnt care, and said it wasnt his problem.
