He treated me with kindness, respect, integrity, a sense of urgency and the utmost professionalism. I had a bit of a complicated situation and he was very solutions oriented. I am an AA woman of a certain age and I never felt that I was treated differently other than special. Maybe even a little indulged if I’m honest. Give this man a raise and a promotion. Bravo to Jon. I trust these people. On my first visit, they were unable to get the tire I wanted, so they suggested I buy it from Tire Rack and let them install them. No pressure to buy what they had!Drop shipped the tires and TPMS, and got everything installed. Been going for routine maintenence, and had pads & rotors replaced. Never any pressure, always good work.

They checked my tire for free when I brought it in for a possible puncture. When they found that the tire was not damaged, they were honest and told me so. I will look to them the next time I need to replace a tire because they didn’t try to sell me on something I did not need. I like the honesty!

Made an appointment a couple days ago and went to get my tires fixed today. The appointment was at 11 but I was 30 min. late and they told me to come back at 4. The guy looked very irritated while talking to me and the place is very unprofessional. I changed my tires not even a month ago and a sign popped up on my dashboard. They tried fixing it but they said that they didn’t have time to do it, so they gave me a piece of paper with the instructions and told me to do it by myself.

Fast ordering of new tires and they seem great so far. Good customer service at counter. Not a good place to wait for longer services, so plan for that.

In December I visited this store and they had a promotion going on. Open a line of credit and get a $300 rebate. I had no issues with the service - however I never got the credit card in the mail. I had to call and request it. My rebate check came with my name terribly misspelled and I could not use it. It is now 6 months later and I have called and pleaded with customer service as well as the manager Jonathan multiple times to help me resolve my issue and get my rebate as promised. He is hands up about the situation and no one returns my calls or email. He is shady about giving me anyone’s information other than the corporate basic number. Seems like a scam to me that a company sends a misspelled check and then NO ONE in the company can help me. Customer service calls have me on hold for over an hour and no one picks up. Jonathan doesn’t know what to do and he is the manager? Absolutely disappointing that in today’s world people get scammed by such a large company.

This is the first true customer experience Ive had in a long time. The store manager Mr. Price should teach a class on customer service. I went there on a Sunday when they had only two employees working. They didnt have the tire size I required on hand but another store did. Mr. Price sent the technician to pick up the tires while he stayed behind to run the store BY HIMSELF. He changed the oil on one vehicle, answered phones, took care of walk in customers and took the tires off of my vehicle. When the technician came back with my tires all he had to do was put the new tires on my rims and the rims back on my car. With all of that going on I was in and out in a little over two hours. I called Mr. Price district manager to let him know how he went above and beyond for his customer. This happened on a Sunday if not for Mr. Price I would have had to take off work that Monday just to get this taken care of. He saved me sometime more important than money, he saved me time. Thank you again, Mr. Price.

I had a bad experience with Mr. Tire and recommend you do not go there. I went there for two new tires and an alignment and the NEXT DAY had serious trouble with my car. The lug nuts on one of the tires they replaced were loose, the boot was leaking grease, and there was some damage to the axel. I took the car back to them and they refused to take responsibility, offered no refund, and instead, offered further services at twice the rate of another mechanic.

Right before we moved, I got an alert that my air pressure in my tires were low (probably due to the cold). The pump at Safeway was out of service (of course!) but the guys at this Mr. Tire took care of me super quick, no wait. Everyone was very friendly, including Jonathan who had an excellent intro on the phone when I called in, and made me feel reassured that I would be taken care of. I was! Great experience.

Great experience at Mr. Tire. I had a flat tire and also needed TPMS service. After inspecting my tire, the store manager advised that my tire did not need repair, but only had a loose connection in the tire stem thus saving me the $54 tire repair cost. I had one TPMS sensor replaced and will return to have back pads and rotors replaced. Honest and great service!

Super fast service! Got my tires changed and realigned same day!

I called looking for a specific tire, they werent in stock but could get them next day. They beat tire racks price. Had them install without issue. The alignment machine was too short for my truck, but he was able to tell me another Mr. Tire to take it to. Honest and straightforward, we will be back!

Excellent quick service on Christmas Eve of all days. John was extremely professional and helped the time pass discussing military/football talk as we’re both Veterans. I called to see if they could take me in for an alignment and sure enough in less than an hour I was in and out and was told to bring the vehicle back in if I noticed anything still pulling while driving. Highly recommended and again thank you John and your team! I’ll be back for more work.

I went there for the first time for service (oil change, alignment, balancing and rotation) and the store manager was more than accommodating and very patient. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and the team got my car done a lot sooner than expected. I highly recommend the Fairfax Cir location.

Went for an oil change appointment, which he couldnt find in system and then when I asked I would like to use coupon which is available on their website, he gave a cunning laugh to his partner. Coupon says $19.99 for conventional oil change but I was charged $33.50 saying $13.50 are extra charge for recycle and taxes???I have been doing oil changes at different places, maximum it is $3-4 extra, but who charges $14 extra?? Multi point inspection details are not given, Next oil change reminder sticker is not provided in car. All tire shows different pressure level? 32,33,35 and 36.. Last day to Mr.Tire..

Erica at Mr. Tire is a life saver. My husband was commuting to work this morning and ruined his tire on a pothole in the snow. So I called Mr. Tire because they were super helpful before when we blew a tire on vacation, and this location is no different. Erica was able to get us a tire that fits and the earliest possible time to get it put on. And I’m so glad she did! The tire was absolutely destroyed! Erica and the technician were friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The coffee was wonderful, especially on a cold day like this. We got a replacement tire and were on our way after the alignment. I would definitely recommend this Mr. Tire location to anyone needing tire or a quick tire fix. These guys have been a life saver TWICE now.

This is my second five star review for these guys. I am not sure how a business that repairs and mounts tires can be this impressive but they exceeded expectations. I have an old jacked up Ford Excursion that weighs a lot and has big trims and tires. They had the big lift I needed, found my odd ball tires for me, let me drop it off at my convenience, mounted and balanced them a day early under the estimate. They legit knew thier stuff and had a great attitude. I love these guys and recommend them for any job!

The staffs know what they were doing and spent a lot of time to explain what were potentially the issues were and made recommendations as to what to do going forward. I did not regret going to this shop to get my car fix. Forgot to mention that the steering wheel shakes when driving the highway.

I brought my car to Mr. Tire in Fairfax because I was told by a different Mr. Tire branch that I needed new rear brakes. The staff at Mr. Tire in Fairfax quickly realized that I was given incorrect information, since my brakes were relatively brand new. Despite not needing any service done to my car that day, they went ahead and topped off my fluids and filled my tires with air, free of charge. I always have great experiences at this store and Ill continue to bring my car in for future services.

I needed a set of new tires urgently before a road trip. I called several shops and Mr. Tire was able to get them in stock in a matter of hours when nobody else could. Took my 2004 Ford Explorer in for a standard oil change and discovered I need new tires. Jonathon and staff were extremely helpful and gave me plenty of options since Im on a tight budget. I will definitely return to have more work done! Highly recommend paying them a visit for all your repairs!

What started out as a quick and seemingly easy process... became a frustration storm of incompotency, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism. Came in to get 4 new tires, was told that it would actually be done the same day which was great to hear. I told the gentlemen I would be able to pick up at 8am the next day and he told me great no problem. When I arrived the next morning, I was told they did NOT finish the job and still needed to balance the wheels. I was not even called to be informed it was not complete and wasted an Uber ride. Dissapointed.edit- I returned and the person was apologetic. They fixed the issue free of charge. 3 stars

It took a very long time to examine my tires and fix one of them (bead was poor...took a little over an hour to diagnose and repair), but it was done correctly and at a very fair price.The reason for the 3 star review vs a 5 star review would be the service. Front desk person was on his phone constantly and when it was just me in the lobby area he and his boss just bad mouthed previous/current customers.Ill honestly use them again for my tire needs, as it was my first time and maybe they were both having an off day.

I stop by here at noon and they told me that all the tech are having lunch. So he wanted me to come back an hour later. I went back at 1pm and he told me that I need to make an appointment. Otherwise, I have to wait until 5pm. He should’ve tole me that when I was there earlier. Also he looked very irritated. I ended up going Shell near fairfax circle and they fixed it in 10 min. Also they are very friendly.

Have been going to them for years - always fast and friendly service. The manager will walk you through each item to ensure you both are aware and understand what is being worked on and why. No pressure friendly atmosphere you dont feel like you are being shafted like with some other repair / service shops. Definitely a cut above the rest!

Mr. Tire at Fairfax Circle is just great. I trust them, theyve never tried to upsale me and honestly always give me choices in what I spend when possible. This shop does more than just tires. The staff is very nice, fast and they dont dismiss me because Im female. Oh yes and they have fresh coffee, seating and a television for your wait. I keep going back.

Fantastic, friendly, informative, and timely service. New tires on 2 cars (Priuses), and overall check for anything needing attention. Glenn helped me select the tires, which I ordered on TireRack and had shipped to the shop. The day after they arrived, Jonathan worked both cars into their schedule. Fantastic job on the tire installations, and pointed out a couple things needing attention at some point over the coming year. Also gave a great recommendation for a nearby lunch spot while I waited! Couldn’t be happier, and definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

Update: Ive been told that Tom is no longer working there and they no longer install customer parts or even use customer motor oil. I dont think Ill be back. Reading some of the newer reviews, some people seem to care about bedside manner more than mechanical skills. I get that both are important but Ill take mechanical skills and honesty every time.I have 3 European cars that are serviced here.Tom is very careful when working on my cars. He likes to use hand tools instead of pneumatic air tools for something as simple as an oil change. This ensures that he does not over tighten. I had a complicated oil change that required 2 drain plugs to be removed, new crush washers installed. He was patient throughout.This shop is the only one I have ever seen use a torque wrench to check the tightness of tire lug nuts. If you have ever tried to change out a spare tire, you know how important this is. Tom did install asymmetric tired outside in (the sidewall is marked inside and outside). I found out after skidding on the highway. He did correct the error but didnt seem happy about it.Tom is a good mechanic who seems to enjoy his work. Mr Tire has an idiotic corporate policy of rotating managers and staff at their locations. The customers hate it because the mechanics they trust are gone, and the staff hate it because it messes with their commutes. Stop transferring your staff for no reason and buy these guys a road force balance machine so I dont have to go to your competitors for my tires.

I have had Tom service my car twice in the past six months. Tom takes the time to explain things clearly and while he may make service suggestions based on the vehicle/situation, he will not provide additional services unless you give him permission. I absolutely value Tom’s honesty and lack of ulterior motives - he just wants to help his customers. I plan to return to this Mr. Tire location for future vehicle service needs.

I had an emergency this Sunday and I called beforehand.The man with locks in his hair, I wish I knew his name was super friendly, respectful and cute!!! I will definitely be going back there. It was just amazing, quick and friendly service.

These guys are clueless about winter tires. I asked about winter tires and he tried to sell me all seasons. Its common practice to get separate wheels for your winter tires that are narrower and have a smaller radius. These guys had never even heard of this and actually recommended against it. Little do they know, narrower tires do much better in the snow, and you can get bigger tires to compensate for the radius while saving money overall. I would steer clear of these guys since they dont seem to actually know anything other than the bare minimum necessary to make a sale to a layperson.

I went in to get a flat tire repaired and potentially mounted. There was a bit of a mix-up with the online appointment request, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and got me in anyway. I ended up leaving the tire with them to inspect and pick-up later; shortly after, I get a call stating the problems with the tire. I go back in and they show me not only was the flat tire a probable issue with the shop that mounted it, but that same shop also put one of them on THE WRONG WAY. The staff was so incredibly generous and honest. They showed/explained everything behind their reasoning and were very patient as well. I will DEFINITELY be returning here next time I need anything tire related done!

Ive been a customer of this Mr. Tire location for 10 years. Beyond excellent quality at competitive prices - I really like the fact that the longevity of their technicians and mechanics is so long. When I bring my Buick in for service the mechanic remembers me and knows my vehicle and what was done. Ive sent many friends to this location and all of them are now regular customers as well.PS. I have them do all of my automotive work - theyre not just a tire shop.

I would like the owner and corporate to know how this location manager and employees went above and beyond fantastic service. Unfortunately in the past I have had some poor results with other Mr. Tire locations. The manager retrieved a new tire for me faster than you can imagine and had me out the door very quickly as I was in a bind for time. He took his time to explain to me the damage to my tire what happened and explain the needed repairs. Once again I have never had service like this at any other tire store. And I will be returning.

This was a terrible experience, one of the employees, Glenn, was standing behind me and I noticed him flailing his arms and what I assume is making rude gestures towards me. Then the guy at the counter said you’re an idiot to him, to which he replied I’m just having fun at work, just making baseball signs. Also took over half an hour to replace one single tire without alignment.

Mr. Tire is a great place for anything you car may need. The people are friendly and Tom the manager is great to work with. Rest assured you and your car are in great hands.

Disappointed in the service after having been numerous times in the past. Mechanic didnt know Honda Accord was front wheel drive when asked about tire rotation. Sales person overly selling tires. Mechanic stated tire had hole perfectly in the middle of tread so plug would be just fine. Sales came back and said tire had to go. Both people unaware how to turn off TPMS light. Was told to drive around for a while and it would go away. Quick Google search revealed tire pressure switch under steering wheel could turn off the light.

I originally wet to AAA to get my car repaired because my check battery/ check engine light came on. I ended up being lied to, overcharged, and inconvenienced by AAA. I was told that my alternator was not working and my belts were worn, tried to charge me an astronomical amount for simple labor, and kept my car overnight in order to work on it. I instead went to Mr Tire on a recommendation and I am glad I did. Tom checked my car and verified that my alternator was in fact working normally and it was just my belts that needed to be replaced. I appreciate how Tom did not try to nickel and dime me, and clearly explained to me what was going on in my car. I also cannot forget that the repairs only took a few hours! overall, Mr. tire proved to me that they actually care about their customers and I recommend that you take your business here if you have any automotive issues.

Completely dishonest service!!! I was there back in Third week of june to repair my car with a noise issue.They gave me an estimate of around $1700 saying all my cars calipers had to be changed along with break pads and break oil and so many stuffs.But in reality when i went to other repair shop, only my break pad and fluids needed change and everything was good as new.Trying to sweep off peoples money with unnecessary thing!!!All their so called good reviews is just from the $10 off they offer per review!!!!!#SHAME_ON_YOU
