Saturday, October 2ndIts not worth a single star. Ive been inspected for 10 years and Ive never felt so bad this time. Seeing a young man mocking me twice even though its not in his field, it was so bad to see him. People around me go here. I will tell you not to go again. It seems that the young man has lived his life wrong. I will never go here again.

My tire has a area embedded in it. Search google for a shop that could patch and plug it and reviews for Main Street Shell/ Va Tire & Auto seemed promising. I understood that it would be pretty easy and expected from other Tire vendors to say a plug would not work and both rear tires need to be replaced. VA tire and Auto reviewed my car, pulled the screw out, discussed with me that there was no air pressure loss and need to plug the tire. And all of this for NO CHARGE!!!!! Unreal honesty, and willingness to help a customer!!! Im impressed and will be coming back for thier honest approach to service. Thank you!!

Solid, straightforward service. They did exactly what they said theyd do at a reasonable price with quick turnaround. No b.s. or hidden fees like Ive seen elsewhere.
