Like New Automotive may be a body shop but they definitely not an auto repair shop. Please, please do not take your vehicle to them for repairs and/or mechanical problems. They simply do not have a clue. Worse, fiddling and fumbling with your vehicle while they do not know what they are doing, their technician/mechanic will make your vehicle worse than you brought it in. Line New Automotive may be a body shop, but they definitely not an auto repair outfit. Please stay away from them for auto repairs. Worse, they will waste your time and charge you for. They kept my car for 3 days without as much as calling me to at least let me know what was going on. Thy kept making up excuses each time I called until I got tired of paying for Uber and Lyft and picked up my car the 3rd day. And they charged me $130 for Diagnostics. even though I had already told them what the problem with the car was.Worse, they messed up my car keys to the point that the remote keys no longer work. When I brought the car to Like New Automotive, both my remote keys were working perfectly. Three days later, when I picked up my car, after paying $130 for diagnostics, neither of my key FOBs now works. Even the FOB key that I did not give to them. I will have to pay Toyota to reset the key.Now, in spite of myself, I have to take the car back to the Toyota Dealership. They are about the same price but at least they know what they are doing.Please, please, please stay away from Like New Automotive for your car repairs. A very, very, unprofessional outfit which may end up costing you way more than you bargained for. All in all, an extremely bad experience at Like New Automotive. Please, please, please, do no take your vehicle to them for repairs. You most likely will regret it.

Great service from start to finish. Brought the finish back to life on my 2016 VW eGolf; the color depth is gorgeous....possibly better than the day I bought it!! Call it what you wish, but, I choose to call it “Devine Good Fortune” that I connected with Daniel Nannucci, and, his team at Like New Automotive.My son has an aging car that has been well maintained and still has some useful life. Recently this car failed a safety inspection due to a rusted out sub frame bolt. At the recommendation of the inspecting station we took it to the Dealership for repair. To say that the Dealership was helpful would be generous, as they truly couldn’t be bothered with the repair or even completely inspecting the car. That said they were certainly willing to sell us a new vehicle. Shocker!!As it turns out my wife was at our neighborhood pool chatting with a friend and lamenting the fact that my son may need to invest in a new car.—Not exactly an optimum time to buy a car-- Daniel happened to be close by and shared that he was in the automotive repair business He volunteered that he would be happy to give the car a thorough inspection and determine what it would take to affect the right repairs.Cutting to the chase, the car has been repaired and has a new PASSED Inspection sticker. There are so many positive things I could say about my experience with Like New Automotive but I believe the most important element is that they did what they said they would do, they did it professionally and expertly and at what I believe to be a fair price. Candidly, beyond that I really enjoyed the interaction with Daniel and his team; it truly was a first class experience in every aspect. I can with great confidence recommend them for your automotive repair needs.

Got my civic’s fender replaced here after I put a huge dent in it by running into a pole in a parking garage. They were professional, did a great job, and offered a fair price. I especially appreciate the time one of their associates took to explain step by step what they were going to do—this sort of attention and transparency is rare.

Tad pricey, but they did a great job on detailing the inside of my car. I was very happy with the attention to detail.

Like New Automotive lives up to their name. Earlier in the week, my window was smashed in. I did my best to clean up all the glass but the car needed to be detailed. Like New made my car look better than it did when I bought it! They repaired the damaged fender, buffed out the scrapes and stains from the parking garage and did a totally superb job of detailing the interior. You could eat off the clean floors. It looked absolutely beautiful. The team who runs Like New is very personable, knowledgeable and considerate of the customer. They could not have made me feel more comfortable. Please take your car here--you will not believe the quality of the work!

On Friday the 13th I drove on a wet newly paved road. I got tar splattered all over my freshly waxed car.I tried first going to a car wash twice and nothing. I called several detail places Like New Automotive gave the best price and we’re open and available the next day.They were amazing dealing with a curios 6 year old too. It’s a family run business with everyone there extremely helpful.Most importantly they fixed my car then did a beautiful wax job while I waited and removed all the tar.They made a horrible end of the week amazing. I was in a tough position because the insurance company of the guy that hit me was refusing to pay to replace a quarter panel on my vehicle and the body shop my car was at said they could only replace it which would cost me $2k out of pocket. I was referred to Daniel at Like New Automotive and he saved the day. They were able to repair the quarter panel and agreed to perform all of the work for the quote provided by the insurance company. The work was completed six days faster than the original body shop had estimated and the work done was amazing. They went far above and beyond and returned my car to me looking as close to brand new as possible. I will look no further for my auto repairs!

I have a black, ten year old RAV-4 that was heavily scratched and had chips in paint on hood and front bumper. Like New repainted the hood and front bumper and removed all the scratches. They did a great job. Car looks like new. Definitely recommend them.

I also had a very good experience at Like New. Unfortunately, I did not take before pictures to show the wonderful results after Like New took my vehicle and worked their magic. YES, it is truly Like New and I was so happy today when I picked it up. Javier was very professional, explained what need to be done and gave me a reasonable time frame to do the work and deliver the car back to me. It was on schedule and I was even able to get my car the morning of the day it was promised back. I will go here again and refer friends and family to Like New!

Very easy to find. Applied Scotch guarding to all 3 rows of fabric seats front, back and sides, and all carpeted areas in my brand new mini van. Very thorough and efficient. Was able to take my car in for a 2-hour procedure without an appointment on a weekday. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and very reasonable.

Just talking with the owner Daniel made me want to take my business to his shop. His team and the quality of their work was outstanding, which more than lived up to the shop’s name and reputation. 10/10, I’ll be bringing more vehicles to Like New Automotive in the future.

The right side of my car was scratched all the way down the side and my fender was damaged beyond repair. Javier gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work.I was amazed at the quality of the painting and workmanship these guys put into the car.It actually looks better than new now and to top it off they actually were unhappy with the paint job originally and asked me if they could keep the car and actually match the color 100% instead of the 90% it was matched. They do a pretty darn good job. Be sure to read your estimate and talk it over with the company before they start to make sure youre both on the same page. The paint job seems to be very well done, with only mynute color variation that takes a careful eye to see. I would likely go back.

Let me say up front that Like New got my car fixed FAST and did a great job. Now the details if you are really that bored or curious. I made an appointment to drop off my Kia Soul for a body repair shortly before closing on a Monday. I didn’t hear from them on Tuesday, and I was busy at work so I didn’t call to check. I got a call Wednesday morning and I was mentally ready to put pressure on them to try to have the car ready by Friday. Well much to my surprise they were calling to tell me that my car was done and ready to pick up! Dropped off Monday evening, ready for pick-up Wednesday morning. Fast! The work they did was flawless and I can’t pick out where the damage was at all. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back again.

I had scraped/dented a section on my car. Like New repaired and repainted to match in 3 days. The paint is a pearlescent (sparkly) ivory, and the dent was fixed and new paint matches completely. Like New offered lifetime guarantee on the paint - which I find amazing. I had similar repairs elsewhere on a prior car and they offered 5 yr guarantee but the paint didnt make it even 18 months. On top of that, LN vacuumed my car - it was much cleaner than the way I gave it to them.I may get glass coating reapplied on top of this section - the exterior stays much cleaner with that glass coating. I had gone to ProShieldInc for the the coating originally. I wont review the coating part, except to say that it really works well.

I called to set up an appointment for a tint job for my brand new car. The manager said I could drop it off at 8:00AM and they would have the tint job done in about 3-4 hours. I took my car here that Saturday we set our appointment up for which was 8:00AM. I selected the type of tint I wanted and was told that I would be called if it was done early. I went out my way to make sure I could drop my car off at 8:00AM, and arranged someone to drive all the way to falls church to pick me up. about 3 hours later, I get a call from a lady at Like New and she tells me that they cannot do my tint job because the vendor they use to do tint had an emergency and they couldnt come out. This was horrible customer service and not how you handle business on many levels. To wait three hours to call me back to tell me the job cant be done because the person who does the tint couldnt come in is unacceptable. This is suppose to be a business. Secondly I scheduled this job for this day because I have limited time available so I waisted my time as well as someone elses time because of Like New Automotive. This is my first time attempting to use this place and I dont think thats the recipe for bringing in new business. I would never take my car here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone

Ive been coming here for the past few years. Love these guys! They have great pricing and can always get to me as soon as I arrive. The quality of the details is fantastic, they dont miss an inch, they use quality wax and polish and are very communicative. I can always drop by randomly for a wash and they get to it right away.After a full detail, Im always shown around the car with lighting to highlight any scratch removal. The wheels are always perfect, the interior work is excellent.Cant recommend them enough!

Took in my brand new car after someone keyed one side, scratch was visible but not too deep.Daniel looked at the damage and promised to be good as new when done. Sure enough couple hours goes by and the car is back brand new.

They did a fabulous job detailing a car that hadnt been cleaned for several years and for the last nine months had sat un-used in a driveway. After their service, the car looked and felt almost new. They didnt miss any of the hidden or hard to get to places on the car. Great service; I will use them again.

They took my beat up 2012 acura tsx and left it looking brand new after someone hit the passenger side of my vehicle in a parking lot. Their customer service is excellent considering their high volume of clientele. Would recommend this to anyone who loves their car and needs it to look as when they first laid eyes on it.

If half stars were options I wouldve gone with a 4.5. I dont want to take away from the OUTSTANDING job Like New Automotive did but I just had a some small communication issues of when I could pick up my car. The quote was exactly what I paid and they did an outstanding job on repainting the part of my car that was scratched up pretty bad. It was going to take 2-3 days to complete and then I shouldve received a call but after day 4, I called to confirm if it was ready to pick up or not. It took a few attempts of calling to get a sure answer. Overall though I am so happy with Like New Automotive and would recommend them to anyone!!!

My daughter washed the hood of my car with some snow on a stick, leaving behind some light scratches. Like New was able to wetsand and buff those out. They said it wouldnt be perfect, and I suppose its not, but it looks fine to me. They were able to start right away and were done in about an hour, like they said they would be. I would use them again.

Came here for scrapes on the side and the mirror replacement. It was a pretty bad scrape but they fixed it like a new. From time to time, I ask my friends to find the spot that was scraped, and they can never tell. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. In fact I already have. 5 stars!

He told me I m sorry I didnt look first time, I m gonna fix the problem and charge you just for brakes .(PROBLEM THEY FORGOT TO LOOK WAS BRAKES ).I told him I want to talk with owner then he propose to go to his home auto shop he will fix the problem this time for less money!!!!!!!!2. they DID NOT fixed problem.3. That first time when they fixed my problem they were late so I had to pay Uber to my work and back. So NOT on time.P.S. I didnt have money to tip mechanic first time, I put my bikes for sale on Craigslist, figure out my car is fixed i dont need them. As soon as I sold them I went to mechanic to give him his tip!!! I went back to give his tip!P.P.S. Its been already 14 days . Owner avoid to talk with me and wont return my calls.P.P.P.S Sorry for my English, I m still learning.

After a significant collision, I was looking for the only shop I was going to consider to make my vehicle just like new again. Unfortunately, to my dismay, when I went to the shop, Like New was closed. I figured I would need to use one of the provider shops, or worse yet... Trust a shop with few reviews and few workers, to do a big job on my Infinity M56 Sport.After I resigned to one of my next options, I learned that Like New was not gone. The just moved Closer to me, and into a much larger location. And sooo much easier to get in and out of (that was my only issue with them... That difficult parking situation on Broad Street).Im just going to say that I am so fortunate that Daniel got back to me after I left a message inquiring about their status. Once again, my car looks brand new, with real OEM parts, and all new lights and equipment recalibrated, etc.Theyre painting is second to none (to me, thats so much of the costumer experience. Quality paint makes a difference. If it matters to you, which is the important question here... IF IT MATTERS TO YOU... Dont waste your time or your money on a lesser paint, or on a lesser shop. Or one that might not necessarily have your interests first in their minds (think about it). Just get it done right and ultimately be happy with your decision. Instead of walking to your car and thinking to yourself how you read this review, and decided to there instead.Seriously, if this review seems a little over-cooked, just understand... IT MATTERS TO ME. And not a lot of services seem to live up to my hopes, or even expectations these days. Just my experience. Twice now. As long as they are here, I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.
