Ive gotten two vehicles from this dealership in 4 years. I put the maintenance agreements on both. Each time the service center says I dont have the maintenance plan and I would have to pay out of pocket. I had to call back and speak with finance dept to learn that they need to tell service center about maintenance plan.

Fantastic place to get your vehicle serviced. Andrew and Mark are professional and trustworthy. Will be coming back here for years to come.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service experience. Beware of this place.

2-3 hours for an oil change? Why even call it the express lane? Plus rude advisors- go elsewhere.
