Emile, Greta and team were absolutely fantastic!!!I had an extensive amount of work done on my SL500, and it is rare to be so happy to spend a few thousand dollars. But that is what it felt like because 1) their professionalism and courtesy cant be matched 2) the facilities are top notch 3) their work is meticulous 4) lastly and most importantly they are honest.If you are all about going to some fancy restaurant to be seen then go to a dealership and get your work done there. This is by far the best and most honest auto shop I have ever been to. I went in for a pre purchase inspection and I was walked through the entire inspection and all my questions were answered. Extremely helpful and the owner actually works there and interacts with the customers and does the work himself. Great team. I would not have bought a Mercedes from a local dealer if I didnt have the confidence that Benz Elite would be there for me if something went wrong.

My most recent visit included a pesky oil leak that I had known about for a while. The team diagnosed it, repaired it fully and what a difference the car feels while driving. Once again a terrific job resolving my issue.

Brought my car into benz elite unannounced after my service engine soon light came on suddenly...in less than 24 hours they had the diagnostics done and the required part ordered...less then 24 hours after that i picked up my car and it was running good as new, AND it had been throughly washed/cleaned at no extra charge...again, this is with no scheduled appointment!...gretta, emile, and the rest of the benz elite team are the most honest and professional mechanics/staff ive ever dealt with, and their pricing is transparent and extremely fair...i cant recommend them highly enough!

This shop is just excellent at what they do! Honest, Fair, and Informative. I am a customer for life. Its so rare to find a mechanic shop with this type of integrity, but they have it.

I have been bringing my cars (Porsche Panamera and Macan) to Benz Elite since I moved to VA over 3 years ago. The service has included oil & filter changes, hitch installation, new tires, new water pump and drive belts, etc. The work has been done promptly and perfectly and at 1/3-1/2 cost of the dealer. In addition, the advice provided on the new tires was excellent as my car handled much better after changing brands! They have my highest recommendation.

Generally, I do all of my own maintenance and repairs with few exceptions. Sadly, most shops take a negative view of a customer like me, knowing that I will more critical than the average customer.Emile and his shop impressed me. He is very friendly, honest, and patient. He is also very technical and able to communicate clearly. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said that he would do it, and for the price that he said he would do it for. Additionally, his staff is very polite and friendly. The shop is clean with a comfortable waiting room.For these reasons, I am very pleased with Benz Elite and will be back in the future.

My friend who owns Mercedes referred me to Benz Elite. I had service engine soon light on in my BMW. Turned out it was leaky engine gasket and had to be replaced. Eddie was the guy who was responsible for this and I must admit that he is amazing and highly courteous guy who has great knowledge about the machine. Benz Elite thoroughly investigates each issue and will prioritize repairs when finances are tight. If a repair needs to be performed immediately to prevent serious engine damage or could potentially compromise safety-they will be straight with you. I found Benz Elite after being told by The American Service Center in Arlington VA that my newly obtained Mercedes would require $8000 to pass inspection and fix an issue that should have been covered by warranty. When I told the Customer service rep that I could in no way come up with that kind of money, he told me I should donate the car. (I still owed $8,000)I was then recommended to Benz Elite in Alexandria, and I could not have been happier. The repair cost $500 (American Service Center was going to charge $5000! I still have the estimate as proof). The other repairs recommended by The American Service Center were either unnecessary or could wait another 3-4 years.The repair professionals at Benz Elite have caught serious issues on not only my car, but also those of friends and relatives that other service centers missed. Cost is reasonable and repairs can be trusted. Everyone in their waiting room have equally compelling stories and they have a loyal clientele with good reason.

Benz Elite Automotive is by far the best shop in the area. I drove all the way from Columbia, MD for them to diagnose and fix my Mercedes SL AMG. Tried three different local shops to include a Mercedes Dealer who could not fix my issue and suggested changing unrelated items to fix it. Emile and staff were able to pinpoint the issue right away as well as fix my Mercedes SL roof which had a hydraulic leak. This is truly a one stop shop for anything related to your vehicle. I brought my recently purchased Cayenne GTS to Benz Elite on the recommendation of a friend and Im glad I did. Emile was knowledgeable, honest and professional. Hes also a true Porsche enthusiast, which means a lot when working on a performance vehicle. He made honest recommendations and did not charge me for a few minor parts that were required. I will certainly come back and will not be seeing a Porsche dealer any time soon.

Took my Cayenne to Benz-Elite for a check-engine light which they diagnosed as a transmission related issue from some warranty work the dealer had completed for me. So rather than charge me up the ying yang they sent me back to the dealer. I really trust Eddy and Emil to keep my diesel running without bankrupting me in the process.

This place consistently saves me headache and money! Because they have master mechanics like Emil they are able to let me know exactly whats wrong with a car before I spend my hard earned money on it. Ive taken at least 4 Mercedes Benzs and 2 BMWs here for pre-purchase inspections. I wont buy unless they say it all looks good. I also let them service my Benz, Lexus and BMW because I know they do quality work and have good prices.

Ive been taking my Porsche to these guys for two years now. The dealers always seem dishonest to me and quotes are all over the place. This shop has always been honest and trustworthy. When my engine was stalling, the dealer had it for eight hours and couldnt figure it out. These guys found the bad sensor in ten minutes. One time I had a nail in my tire, they patched it and refused to take my money. Hard to find honesty like this anymore.

Ive been with them since they opened years ago. Always get honest evaluation and options. If you tired of paying high dollar dealer prices come here and get the same quality work for less.

I came here to get a new headlight bulb put in in my GLK 350 and my experience here was excellent.I had first called a Mercedes dealership and they told they would need to bring it into service, and there would be a charge for labor and the part... which I thought was too much in terms of how much they were charging to put in just a bulb (apparently because GLKs are made differently and harder to put in bulbs on the left headlight)I then researched and found out about Benz Elite. I called and spoke with Emile, and he was super friendly and gave me more than fair pricing. He said that he would only charge me for the bulb, which was only about $20. He said he knew GLKs very well being in the industry for a very long time and understood about it being different but would happily change the bulb for me.He also was accommodating to my schedule, I told him I wouldnt be able to get there till around 5:45 because I get out of work at 5:30, and he said No problem Ill be here - even though they close at 6pm.I went there, Emile greeted me and put in a new bulb within 20 minutes. I have another question regarding my car that Ill be calling Emile about and asking for his expertise.One of the best experiences, easily. Im happy that I found out about Benz Elite.

Took my wifes car in and told him the problem and he diagnosed it within 5 minutes. Car is running like new so far. Very clean shop, freindly atmosphere and closer to my house than the exensive dealership that these guys used to work for. Ill take my car back.

To be clear, I havent actually had my car serviced here, and will not, because of how rude their operator was to me when calling in for an estimate. I called earlier today asking if I could get an estimate an estimate on replacing a part (CCV / PCV valve, fairly common failure on BMW E39s and other models with M52 / M54 engines, unfortunately). When I asked if I could get an estimate, she immediately quipped, sarcastically well, I dont know then paused before asking which part. I took this as slightly odd, especially as I just spoken with German Auto Group who responded very professionally to my question, but just moved on thinking not much of it until later on. The operator then gave me a rough price estimate, saying that it depended a bit on what associate hoses needed replaced, so it may vary. To this I responded Ah, ok, that makes sense..., thanked her, and said goodbye. She then clearly meant to hang up the phone, but didnt end the call, and I heard her immediately repeat my statement ah, ok, that makes sense in a derogatory fashion, before proceeding to walk away from the phone while continuing in the same derogatory tone of voice to complain to her coworker about the call.Ive called dozens of shops over the years for rough estimates, and managed to get proper responses and real estimates, without being talked down to. If this is how Benz Elite treats their prospective customers, I dont want to even think how they might handle mitigating issues of service, pricing, etc. after services have been rendered.I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I am treated respectfully, maam.

1) I was referred to BENZ ELITE by a trusted friend. Ive personally owned many cars, from BMW to 911 Turbo, to Ferrari 512tr to CLK55 black and SL55. Ive been around the block and Ive dealt with all types from all walks of life. Although Ive only been to Benz Elite 2 times, I can tell from their immaculate work ethic and paragon service, theyre THE BEST in this area.2)Before I was lucky enough to find them, Id been going to ASC Arlington MB off Glebe previously was because Id purchased a few cars from them during the past 9 years.3)My last and final trip to ASC, I did a $4200 service, trans flush, front/back rotors/pads, spark plugs, engine mounts and thrust arm done. 1 week didnt go by before my brakes started squealing! YES! SQUEAKING at every intersection. I went back 4 times, complaining to service advisor, GM and all the way up the totem pole. 3 TRIPS later, not only they hadnt fixed the problem, but had the nerve to get saucy with me, as if Im the daft prig moron, saying, oh well those AMGs are like that!?4)EXCUSE ME, are you actually trying to imply to me MB a respected 130 year old company is building a $160K lemons? Maybe its the fact that your inferior dealership is SO absurdly pathetic and pusillanimously incompetent that you cant even provide a rotor/pad service for a car you sell? Ive complained to BBB and MB Corp, and hoping that I can recover some or all of the $2300 I paid for their shoddy poignant amateur work that Benz Elite was able to COMPETENTLY FIX in one 42 min session.
