Earlier this year my 2014 Ford Explorer had water pooling in the spare tire well - like more than an inch. As is typical, once I hit 100,000 miles and the warranty expired, things started going wrong. Well, I went to the dealer first, and what was needed was beyond their capability, so they sent my car over to Metro Collision of Fairfax. The team at Metro Collision went completely above and beyond to find the source of the leak and get it repaired to where its like it never happened. Fast forward 6 months, I developed new leaks on the sides of the car. My very first call was to Metro Collision, as Id been so impressed with their workmanship and courtesy. They had a full schedule, but when I explained I had upcoming surgery and needed to drop it somewhere while I could still drive, they said not a problem. They were so pleasant to deal with yet again, and found the problem to be rusted out holes under the roof rack. They took care of the redrilling and repair work quickly, and Im looking forward to FINALLY having a dry car again! Suffice to say, while they may not be closest to me in location (I live in DC), service like theirs is COMPLETELY worth the few extra miles. This will be my go-to body shop for life! Helpful and fun staff. I had body work along with a light enclosure fix done and they did quality work. I cant even tell that they touched up the paint, the color match is so good that it looks as if it was brand new. Workers there did honest, quick work and even answered unrelated questions about my insurance claim (where a shop that didnt care would just tell me to google it). This body shop rocks.

I had to get the front bumper of my car replaced after scraping a parking deck column. Metro Collision was professional and prompt from the first call all the way to receiving my car. Every step of the process was clear and painless. They completed my repair in a timely manner and were very forthright with updates during the process. Absolutely the best experience I have had at a repair shop!! The guys working on my car are the nicest and they really took great care of me and my car. My car was unrecognizable when it first got there due to my accident. I was shocked when I came back a week later to see my car almost done and it looked newer than before!! Take your car here!!! It is worth every penny you are paying!!!!

Got in a wreck last week, and took my car to Metro Collision Center. Jeannette at the front desk was amazingly friendly, both Mike and Mark were very professional and made the whole process so easy for the me! Mark and Courtney (and the whole team) took such amazing care of me and my minivan. I had a collision that probably would’ve taken other shops two weeks or more to repair and Metro Collision got it done in a week. Enterprise (Luigi) came and got me all set up with a rental car and I didn’t have to do any extra traveling to and from their location. Mark helped me move over all of my car seats and personal belongings and processed the return for Enterprise. I’m not going anywhere else to have my car repaired!!! Ever!
