We always work with Farrish Auto Body when one of our cars needs to be fixed. Chris and Kyle are always very personable and clearly care about our cars, wanting them to be like new. Updates on work are frequent and questions readily answered. Repairs have always been finished on time and sometimes earlier than the date given. Were very happy theyre one of the choices for USAA.

One of our cars was involved in a fender bender and of course, other cars had minimal damage if none at all, while ours had some fairly extensive work needed.Farrish Auto Body shop was great to work with and got us in quickly, a comprehensive inspection was completed and estimated repairs needed/costs were ready within a day and a half or so. As Im sure most people know, there are part shortages for just about anything. What should have taken 2.5 weeks for repairs, took 7 (100% NOT their fault). The thing that really set them apart from other body shops Ive worked with, they kept me updated, regularly. They proactively reached out to me, even if it was to tell me there were no updates on the part we were waiting for. I didnt once have to once reach out and ask for a status update. Although its a small thing and had they not done so, I would have still been very happy with them, its things like that, that set great businesses apart from good businesses.As another side note, they also put some tires on for us for free (maybe they felt bad about having to wait so long, but either way it was much appreciated) AND cleaned the car out for us.I would definitely reccomend Farrish auto body shop if you need repair work done as a result of an accident and insurance is involved and for other auto related issues.

The passenger side of my new SUV was destroyed after being hit by a negligent driver. Of course I was upset and nervous that it would never be the same. Farrish Auto Body made sure my ride was better than new. They were in constant contact and make sure I was pleased with their work. Top quality.

Farrish just finished doing work on my sons 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Luckily it wasnt a major collision, but you cant even tell that any damage was done! The manager Kyle was very nice from our initial phone call, and was consistently nice. He was also very personable, professional, and updated us throughout the process!!! I would highly recommend Farrish Fairfax Auto Body, and Id also let them work on our Jeep again if need be. Hopefully we wont :-). Great job Farrish and much appreciated.

I started the year out by hitting my neighbor’s car and damaging both of our vehicles! Thankfully, Farrish Auto Body fixed my car and set everything right. About a month ago I came in to get an estimate on removing some paint from the bumper that I had put on with a paint pen.I had a leased Audi, who quoted me $455.00 to replace the entire bumper- no thank you. I first went next door to the other body shop, and the guy quoted me $550 just to remove the paint- I was sure to tell him thanks for trying to rip me off but the dealer actually quoted me less for more work.Then I literally went right next door to Farrish Auto Body. The gentleman who helped me walked out of the office to greet me, took a look at the paint pen disaster, and said “let me try something.” He came back out with a little paint thinner, rubbed it on my car, and 3 mins later told me I was good to go. No charge. I thanked him and in my mind took note to write a good review.Well, of course I forgot to write a review that day, but I went back again today because Audi wanted a write up of what they did. I asked now a different gentleman if he could somehow write me a note of what was done and mention there was no charge. This man also graciously said “no problem,” went to the back, typed out an email to Audi, printed me a copy, wished me a good day and that was that.I am honestly blown away by this place. I wish everywhere was as helpful as they are, and if/when I have issues with my car, I will take it to them first. They are honest, trustworthy, and helpful. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

I took my brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma to have it debadged ( having the decals and emblems removed) on the exterior of the vehicle. I examined the work that was completed and noticed that their were paint chips and a paint touch up on one area were the removal took place.When asked to speak to the manager I was informed he was at another location and another associate helped me with the issue I found. His response to me was they touched up the area as best as possible with matching paint, sometimes this happens and that the technician are used to just having to remove the emblems and repaint afterwards. He offered to schedule another appointment to have the damaged doors repainted at no additional costs. This is an inconvenience and I refused to have my brand new vehicle repainted after the poor quality of work that was done on my vehicle. I would expect a reimbursement for the damages and not an appointment for a new paint job.I would like to get a response back from management on how they can resolve this issue with me.

Did a very exquisite job fixing my cars bumper after an accident. Their follow up game is A+ as I knew what was going on with my car after drop off. Bonus points for getting me back my vehicle before it was due back to me. Theyre a great, well run machine.Would definitely go back

No one likes having to take their care to an auto body shop and I am sad to say I have been a too-frequent customer. I would, however, not take my car to any other auto body shop. Every experience, every interaction has been excellent. How many places, let alone auto body shops can you say that about? They understand customer service the old fashioned way.

I took my Jeep to Farrish to repair damage from a failed theft. They were incredible, very considerate of my time, and kept me informed of the repairs and the timing. Best of all, they finished early!The rental car company I needed for a few days is co-locates with them, and they had another Jeep ready for me when I dropped off my Wrangler. I picked my Jeep up in the early morning, and Farrish took my keys for the rental and made sure it was returned without me even having to return it.All in all, they made a bad situation easy and my Jeep looks good as new!

My 2016 Subaru Outback was involved with an accident back in October that caused severe rear end damage, so I took it to Farrish Fairfax Auto Body for repairs. All aspects of the repair went smoothly from the initial estimate, scheduling, onsite rental car and repair, which was completed by the date they provided me. Chris kept me up to date with regular contact through out. I picked up the car and then drove it on 500+ mile road trip the same day. It has been just over 3 weeks since I picked up my vehicle and no issues. I would definitely recommend Farrish Fairfax Auto Body.

We have had the unfortunate experience of having several accidents over the past few years - and Farrish Fairfax Auto Body handled both my sons cars (not his fault, one total loss and one fixable!) and my own vehicle when it was hit by tree branches in a wind storm last year. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and maintain excellent communication during the whole process. They were able to get the car back sooner that originally thought, and it looks beautiful. On Thanksgiving 2019 my wife was surprised to find a large tree limb had damaged her brand new 2020 Subaru Ascent only 18 days after buying the new car. Bad luck. This limb damaged the roof above the Subaru EyeSight system, broke the windshield, dented the A-pillar, front quarter panel and scratched the hood, door, and multiple trim pieces. Our insurance adjuster recommended a shop near our house but after reading reviews I looked for other options. I was excited to read Farrish Fairfax Auto Body reviews finding very very happy customers. In addition we knew this shop was also affiliated with the Farrish Subaru dealer so getting the Subaru mechanics and EyeSight calibration would be well coordinated. Working with Farrish Fairfax Auto Body was a pleasure and they answered all my questions even as I was asking them. Weekly updates were provided during the repairs and over the holiday season. The car was even completed ahead of schedule.We had to return the following week to have some body side moldings installed but that was done quickly while we waited.Highly recommend this body shop if you too are unlucky and need repairs. What a find.

Between high school drivers, LOTS of driving miles, and crazy drivers in Northern Virginia, we have had multiple experiences with Farrish Fairfax Auto Body. And IT WAS ALL GOOD. When we get cars back they look brand new. We never need a follow-up visit to complete something. They always finished our cars on time. They gave good updates while doing repairs, too--not too many, not too few. Just right.And thats my bottom line with Farrish: JUST RIGHT.Maybe our frequent experience will slow down a bit, so their super work is just a nice, old memory. We hope. But were glad to know where to go.

Honestly, I NEVER leave any online reviews as I value my online anonymity greatly, but this is an example of where I had to break my own rule.My car has a few arguments over the past few months with my undersized garage (I wont say who was behind the wheel during these arguments) culminating with my passenger side window getting severely damaged. While researching body shops in the are that were USAA approved, I came across Farrish of Fairfax. I decided to try them out based on their outstanding online review (the irony). I have to say, they absolutely deserve every ounce of their 4.9 star rating.Excellent communication, courteous, friendly staff, impeccable work on returning the exterior damage my car to like new condition with expediency, and very fairly priced in my humble opinion. I decided to throw in a car detail (Platinum Package) and that was the cherry on top.It was a great experience overall, Chris and co. have earned a repeat customer for any future needs, and I know where I will be having my car detailed moving forward. I dont know about other makes, but I have driven Jeeps (Wrangler, Grand Cherokees and Commander) and my wife now drives a Subaru Forester. As Farrish is a local distributor of these makes, I felt it was only natural to take my cars there for service, whether for regular service or to Farrish Fairfax Auto Body for repairs after accidents. There is a certain peace of mind when the repair shop is actually affiliated with the makes they are repairing. You get real parts from the manufacturers, or what they evaluate as the best after-market parts if your car has reached an age where original parts are no longer in stock. And of course you cant beat service by people who specialize in working on the make of your car. I have had no problems with the quality of the work or parts, not just from my experience but also from the fact that Farrish Fairfax Auto Body guarantees their work for the life thereafter of the car. If you can be that confident in your work, then most customers should be satisfied with the work. That is why I can unreservedly give Farrish Fairfax Auto Body a five star rating -- if the scale ran higher, I would still give them the top rating.

Outside of the car looks great but I had some issues with the inside such as the door made a rattling sound every time it closed which when I took the panel off turned out that the window regulator did not have a single tight screw and two were even missing, along with my door handle being held on by bolts I had in the car labeled dirt bike bolts which I now have to find online and buy because the rest of them went missing. Another issue I’ve had since I picked it up is the window makes a cluck sound every time it goes up and down and is really slow while moving.

Great and friendly staff, kept me updated on a daily basis on the status of repairs, and even completed work earlier than expected. Exceptional level of service and were honest about expectations. Ill admit that I was hesitate at first with typically only going to dealerships for service, but happily proved me wrong and took away my stereotypes. I would definitely recommend to others.

My experience from the front office reception (Valerie) to the man that fixed my vehicle and Jim that kept me up to date with everything throughout my vehicles journey of getting fixed after a car accident was terrific. Valerie was so sweet over the phone and made sure to know I understood how things would work or be done prior to me even choosing them as the body shop (because of my initial conversation with Valerie, I chose them). They were all absolutely so kind and sweet, but I was still nervous on how my vehicle would be fixed and the final outcome because of previous experiences. Let me just say, not only did it exceed my expectations but they took extra steps to ensure that my car was returned to me BETTER than it was prior to the accident. It definitely looks newer! I will definitely be coming here for any issues I have with the car and I will highly recommend others to come here. I understand that people are very upset and on edge when they have no choice but to take their car to a body shop but stop releasing all the anger on the people there. They are very hard workers, genuinely kind and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Jim asked my preferred communication method and I gave my email address and he emailed me through every step my car went through from taking it apart to the paint department and putting it back together. I myself worked in customer service for years and customers need to understand that there are hundreds of other vehicles waiting to be fixed with all kinds of problems and everyone that comes in is usually in a foul mood that they have to deal with. Let them do what they do best, fix whatever happened to your car.

FFAB did a super job repairing our Toyota Corolla, which had substantial damage to the front of the vehicle. The repairs were done sooner than they estimated and they did a perfect paint match - you cant tell the front was repaired. The staff are friendly, too. Overall I highly recommend FFAB.

Great service experience with them. Seemed reasonably priced, worked with my insurance even though they were not affiliated, kept me informed through out the process.

My 13 year old sports car was in need of some bodywork and a new paint job after two hit-and-run accidents in the space of a few weeks.The good: they did excellent work. The car looks like it is brand new. The final bill was exactly the same as their estimate when I dropped the car off, which is a difficult thing to do with a job as complex as this one. They fixed some incipient rust that had gone undetected without any extra charge. The guy working on my car was enthusiastic, and really seemed to care about the results. They are apparently trusted by insurance companies, because their estimate was accepted without question.The bad: Their initial estimated time of completion was 3 weeks. I have a second vehicle, and this was a complex job ($9000 and change), so that came as no surprise. I was prepared for a month, or even 6 weeks. The job ended up taking 11 weeks. Phone call inquiries went unanswered, so I took to stopping by periodically to check on progress. But week after week I was told it would be another week or two. Communications and time management are just not their forte.Bottom line: If you want it done quick, there might be a better choice out there. If you want it done right, and you are not under a tight time constraint, this is the place.

The staff was professional and friendly. My car was repaired on time. The repairs were excellent!

Everyone was Fantastic and service was the BOMB! The crew was knowledgeable, respectful and made me feel welcome.
