My visit to Jackson Eye was one of the best. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The offices were nice and clean and they made sure Covid procedures were in place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, cleanly and orderly environment, and, icing on the cake--modern equipment. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Jackson Eye. From our arrival to the time we left, the staff were very kind and patient. Dr. Jackson is an amazing Optometrist. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her approach with regards to your eye care. If you live on the south side of Atlanta she is the Optometrist for you… and if you live on the north side, come down to see Dr Jackson, she is worth the trip.

Money hungry doctor with a rude female receptionist! I will never recommend anyone to her office. Forces unnecessary exams for extra money. The exams always come back fine as I advise prior to the test. Also they refused to provide my son’s contact prescription that he needed since he plays sports. The worst eye doctor have ever experienced. I wish I could give no stars. Proceed with caution. I tried to support a black business but that was the wrong black business to support! Just sad!

Went to see them in June, everything went fine. Wanted to simply pay for and order my glasses, they don’t answer the phone, texts, or emails. You can’t leave a voicemail either. Their communication is just terrible. First time going and the last time. Please do your best to get this service elsewhere. Hopefully when I discuss this with my insurance they’ll understand as well.

The office was very clean and well decorated. The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming, the tech taking my eye images was so accommodating and personable and Dr. Jackson took her time to explain my eyes to me, what she looks for in the pictures and how to keep my eyes healthy. She also explained the results from my vision test and asked if I had any further questions. I did not feel rushed while being serviced. I actually go back next week to pick out frames. Totally excited and looking forward to being a long time patient.

I always have the best experience at Jackson Eye. Everyone is so courteous and they answer all of your questions. I like that they know which type of lens is best for your prescription. I had a bad experience with another eye doctors office in which they put my prescription into a lens they knew would not work. So it was very refreshing to have an office that knew what they were doing.I visited the office a couple days ago. I called late one evening and they scheduled me for the next day. They knew I was concerned about an issue I was currently having with one of my eyes. I woke up to a burst blood vessel in my left eye. It was completely blood red so of course after researching online I felt it best to go in and have it checked out. The doctor calm my fears and my worries about my eye. And she gave me a heads up on how my eye would heal itself. So if I saw any changes in the color of the bruise, Im not to freak out. I like that she goes into great details during your visits. I would definitely recommend her.

This was the most pleasant eye doctor appointment I have ever experienced. Staff was professional from setting up the appointment through to the end. The establishment is COVID environment safe and does not allow walk-ins. You are asked to wash your hands upon entry and glasses are sanitized after try on. I appreciate having an online portal to see my RX and receipts as well. I’ll be following up with them in two years.Oh, how can I forget! They have an awesome selection of frames to choose from and I can’t wait to rock my new frames!

I came to this place just to get glass (I already had prescription). I went here on December 12, 2020 and was told it would take about 10 days. It wasn’t done until January 12 (a month later).2. The tint in the glass wasn’t done as we as it could have been.My experience may not necessary reflect the quality & professionalism of these people. That’s why I give an honest 1 star.

I always enjoy coming here getting my eyes checked. Dr. Jackson is great and very knowledgeable in what she does, and her staff compliments that as well. She always has the dopest frames to choose from. I recommend her often to my friends and coworkers.

Very unpleasant experience as of late. Lack of communication and accountability. I have been waiting to receive the correct contacts since my appt on April 5th. I have been a customer here for three years and had never had a bad experience prior to this one. However, this experience has been so bad that I will most likely take my business elsewhere.
