Corey at the store was extremely helpful and polite. We need more places to have this excellent customer service. I will only go to this location because Corey is a ROCKSTAR!!!!
Shout-out to Ms. Tamika, Mr. Elvin, and Mr. Will for their excellent customer service and going the extra mile for their customers! They helped me with getting my girlfriends car back running and she couldnt be happier.
I came asking for help and a lady with braids was not helpful at all and very dismissive. I was told to google my code and then when i did and i was reading it in front of her I was cut off and told to go to a transmission shop and they could help me because she could do nothing. I would have appreciated if she would have at least acted like she cared.
This store used to be: key word USED TO BE...a very good store! Employees Now are rude and just want to ride the clock! The store was almost empty! Nothing was in stock that was useful to what I needed! Will never come back to this location! Two thumbs down 👎🏾 👎🏾
Always closed when they supposed to be open. If you catch them when they open good service. Hope they level up there staff.

I had a great experience! I walked in and asked if someone could look at my battery and within minutes Ricky was testing my battery. Hes friendly and knowledgeable, and he determined my battery needed replacing. So he let promptly quoted me the price of another battery and explained the benefits of purchasing one battery over another. It wasnt long before Ricky replaced my car battery and I was leaving to go to work. I was there 30-40 minutes. Ill definitely go to this Advanced Auto store again.
The customer service is pretty good. The prices on stuff can be a bit high though. Everytime I come here and need to inquire on something the workers are extremely helpful.

Do not deal with these people at Advance in Fairburn off of Highway 92 because they will give you the wrong part and when you open it to use it and see that its the wrong part they tell you that you cannot get your money back because you opened it. How much sense does that make

Called ahead to verify what I saw online was accurate and my specific battery size and type were in stock. The idiot behind the counter immediately said they had 2 in stock and assured me they were fresh (which is an important battery quality issue for me) After driving past 3 or 4 other advance stores that didnt have what I needed I arrived and of course they didnt have my battery in stock. What can I possibly do to assure a part is in stock better than calling and asking an employee, you would think for a premium battery with a price tag over $200 someone would at least check if they have no clue what you are asking for. Every time I give an advance another chance I am reminded how stupid their employees are, from arguing over the year of my vehicle and refusing to check the codes to not bothering to check if a high dollar item is in stock before I drive further. Ill never cheat on Orileys and Napa again
I visited today to pick up a starter. Kristie was very helpful with my purchase. Unfortunately the starter was defective. I called the store and spoke to Kristie. She kindly assisted in notifying me that her driver would have to pick another one up at the store and it would take 45 to 50 min. I just asked for my money back and said sure that wouldnt be a problem. So when I visited the store she stepped out but handed over to Zenny which helped me very quickly with no problem. I took one star off because it didnt work.Overall experience was great.
I had the best experience at this particular Advanced Auto Parts! The General Manager, Mr. Ragland was courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about what I needed. The store was bright and clean and it was easy to locate the product I needed.Thank you so much for the experience and I am so happy that this is my neighborhood Advanced Auto Parts store!

Im not sure why I was in this store for over 30 minutes. The lady assisting me wad extremely slow. I wad in a rush and had a lot to get but she wad having problems finding the items in the computer. Im not sure if she was new or slow. It was extremely frustrating.

I came in the middle of the night while it was raining to get new windshield wipers it was only two people working inside of the store however they were nice and friendly and it came outside and change my wipers in the rain
