Im so sad to hear that the store has closed. However, I would really like to retrieve the items that I left with you for customization. I called and left several messages and even emails before the announcement that the store was closing and received no response!!!

I e-mailed this company about a month ago to get a quote for about 80 custom t-shirts. Received a call the following day for some follow up questions and was told Id get a quote that week. No quote received. Sent a follow-up e-mail that Monday, no response. Went to the store to follow up on receiving a quote, was told that once I e-mailed the logo (which I had attached to every e-mail I had sent) I would get a quote. Once again I e-mailed the logo, with the colors and sizes I needed. No response. If you are on a deadline to get a product for an event or your company, your time is better served looking elsewhere. E-mailed a different company yesterday, already received a quote and an invoice and should have shirts in about a week.

I can honestly say I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful as a customer. If only zero stars was an option. I emailed the company asking if they would be able to fulfill an embroidery order by Christmas and they said it would not be a problem. I attempted to drop the items to be embroidered off and the lady told me they could not fulfill orders by Christmas. I explained that I had been talking with Don via email and he said to drop them off and they would be done. She was huffy and puffy but asked what I would like embroidered. I had 10 names to give, she allowed me to make it to number 3 before rudely asking how many of these do you have?. I said 10 and she rolled her eyes and sighed. I said if its an issue, I can take them elsewhere and she told me to do that. I said wow, she replied with Yeah, wow. I truly am convinced I found the worst option for embroidery in our area. To not be able to fulfill an order during a busy season is one thing, but to say you can and then mistreat the customer when they have proof that they were told to drop the items off is mind-blowing. Id pay twice as much elsewhere to never be treated this way again.

We used Thread Works for an order for my husbands company. Yes they got the job done, but it was not finished by the date they had promised. It took a lot of phone calls and email reminders that it was needed by a specific time before we finally got the finished product.I decided to give them another shot when I needed another bulk order for my church. I feel that locally owned businesses should support each other and despite the delay, they still finished our order.I made about 4 phone calls that were never answered and went straight to voicemail before I spoke with a man (Don??) first about the order. He was courteous and said it wasnt his area of expertise and to speak with Toni, who wasnt in the store at the time. I needed to call back, which I did. I did eventually manage to reach Toni and explain how we were previous customers and that we would like an estimate for another order and to see if it was possible to get it done by a certain date. She said it would be possible to finish, but to email her the images I needed for her to give me an estimate.I emailed her immediately on September 10. September 11 went by. I left a message in the middle of the day to see if she would confirm that she had received my email. I called again in the 12th.Today is the 18th. I have not received any call backs or a reply from my email. Needless to say, it is too late to put in my church order now and we ended up going to elsewhere.Will not be using their services again. They lack basic business conduct. Prices are fair but who needs the headache of playing phone tag for days on end with a business owner who doesnt care enough to call back or try to grow their clientele.

Thread works is a terrible company. Will never recommend them do anything! Delivered hats to them over a month ago came in today they are still not done. All they do is give you the run around and create dates for when they will be done and don’t oblige by them. I have spoken with the owner multiple times and he always act like he doesn’t know what’s going on. Will be taken my money elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars for a rating. I ordered one Greek stitch letter shirt as a gift 3 weeks ago. When I put in the order I was told it would be ready in a week and that they would call me when it was ready. After 2 1/2 weeks went by with no call I decided to stop in to pick up my order. The shirt wasn’t ready and hadn’t been touched. She told me it would definitely be done in the next two days. I showed up today and it was still not done and the guy I spoke with told me he had no idea why my order wasn’t completed yet because they have finished other orders that were put in after mine. I was offered no explanation, no discount, no refund, nothing. He then quoted me a 40 minute wait time for the shirt which ended up taking 2 hours to complete (again this was one Greek stitch letter shirt). When I returned for the second time today the lady at the counter spent another 10 mins looking for the shirt and was very rude. Overall, terrible service and very disappointed with their lack of communication skills. They need to have a better system to keep track of orders and provide refunds for those who they have screwed over.

I have been getting work shirts printed at this store for years and I have no negative problems to report. The staff is very professional and friendly, including their two furry friends. All of my orders have been on time as promised and correct. I look forward to many more years of business with this store

I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service!!! This business makes promises they can not keep, commits to things they gave no intentions of following through with, and produces below average products.I dropped a jacket off to have the Dayton Children’s logo embroidered on the left chest. This was a very small, but detailed piece. The cost for the embroidery was $10. I thought it was an amazing deal, and I couldn’t wait to get my jacket back, and sport it all around the hospital. I dropped the jacket off about 10 days before Christmas, and I was guaranteed that the job would be complete before Christmas.Well....the job was finished Dec 21st, but it was done with the incorrect colors, and the stitching was very sloppy. I showed them the error, and they said they could fix it with no problem.Long story short, many lies later.....it is now Feb 6th, and I still do not have my jacket back. I have been waiting for “the right jacket” to come from the supplier. This is a basic micro fleece jacket, and they can’t seem to get it in stock?? They have a HUGE catelog that they are so proud of, yet this jacket seems to be MIA. This business doesn’t return phone calls, will not answer my calls if they see my number on the caller ID, and says things will be done at a specific date and time, but they do not deliver. The female working here is rude, sarcastic, and likes to pass the buck to anyone else so that she doesn’t have to take responsibility for any mistakes. The worst employee at this place is Don. He has strung me along on this deal for months. I have heard every excuse in the book from him.....to the point now that it is comical.AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! You will be disappointed and frustrated. If I could give this company zero stars I would!

The workers were very nice and friendly how ever I am very dissapointed with the results I ordered stitch letters with a silver glitter back and a fabric that I provided. I was not given my fabric back even though I know there must have been something left over because I brought in a lot! Also the sliver back was grey. The A didnt look like it matched since it was not opened like the other letters. I do not like to complain so I just took my product and left. I have had a rough week and a long day at work so I didnt want to take my anger out of them. It took about 3 weeks for me to receive my stuff and about 1 week after placing my order I got a call saying oh sorry no one wrote down the type of shirt you need can you tell me what it is. I tell her I think it was this type but I wasnt sure because he showed me them and I just pointed not saying a type. This is a gift so I dont have time to go get it remade nor do I have my fabric anymore! This was my first and most likely my last experience here !

If I could I would rate this business a 0 star!! Was very disappointed with their service. Don took our T-shirts orders Never got proofs I called he said everything was Fine that he was going to send them to me, and never got anything on my e mail. Send him an e mail and called again never got an email back and a lady answered when I called and said that she was going to give him a message and never got the phone call back. Very disappointing and dont recommend it to no one. Especially if DON is working there👎👎👎👎

I have ordered soooooo many shirts through this business its crazy and I, and friends of mine included have always had a great experience. They have a quick turn around rate and searched through orders from over a year ago so I could re-order a specific style of shirt. Don sifted through catalog after catalog quoting me a price for any and every tshirt I asked him about and walked through the design and order process with me at length. I even left with a copy of one if the tshirt logs. From orders of over 300 tshirts, to bulk orders consisting of 5 different shirts for 17 people, to my own individual orders, theyve always gone above and beyond. Which has made my life as a student, president and executive member of several organizations, and teacher much easier. I cant thank them enough for all they do!

Itll say theyre open on saturdays but theyre not. Gave false opening times therefore not letting me receive my product in time. They will say it takes a week to get you the shirt but its more like 5
