I have been shopping here for a long time and really like the products. It used to be a good shopping experience. There was a guy working there who was awesome and always made sure I got what I needed. Now there is woman that works there now seems like its a huge ordeal to stop and find something. Imagine getting paid to work not screw around. I have noticed a big change in the quality of customer service at this location the last few times I have be there. I was told they don’t sell a particular bolt but I found out today I can order them from Fastenal’s website directly to my house. So I doubt I will shop in store again. Its worth the wait to not have to deal with such a vile person. I can’t recommend this location

I have always had normal shopping experiences at Fastenals in the lower 48. Now I own a business less than a mile from this location and wont be back with orders because every time I go in the customer service gets worse!

Weird hours. Tried them on the hours they are supposed to be open but everything was locked up.

Helpful staff. Answer questions quickly.
