A great store to get souvenirs and interesting gifts for reasonable prices! The owner is very sweet and and gives a free keychain gift with every purchase. He also checks in and is willing to pull things from the back if needed. You can find some really cool items here that you wont find at basic gift shops. Would highly recommend if you are in Fairbanks!

Shop owner was super friendly and helpful. Purchased some Caribou Antler, and Mammoth Ivory jewelry as well as some raw mammoth ivory to play with at home. The owner even took the time to show my boyfriend the best tools and ways to sculpt the ivory. It definitely has something for everyone if your willing to take the time and really look. 10/10

A couple of places sell interesting artsy items. The rest of of it is quick food, t-shirts and tchochkis made in China that say Alaska. Could have passed on this stop.

This rather unique store in my opinion is a hidden gem offering handmade crafts made by local artists, they use bone, antler and fossil materials. For those wishing to comb thru these treasures and perhaps obtain some of this type of art i would make this shop a must!

A lot of animal stuff, like fur, hides, bones, antlers etc. if you’re into that. The place had a weird smell and looked very dirty and unorganized. Not much to choose from and was very small.

This place is about 1/3 souvenir shop and 2/3 craft and jewelry supply house. Tim, the owner, has almost anything you could ever need - from tools to supplies. Antlers, mammoth ivory, soapstone, bone... Its all here. I spent an hour just looking at the tools, and could have spent a full day combing through the beads! Definitely worth a stop.

I spent over an hour here perusing through all the hundreds of items + memorabilia. Took care of all my souvenir shopping here. Definitely stop by. Its part souvenir shop + part antique shop w/ lots of items from decades ago. And its run by a guy whos had the shop for 50+ years. His friend was working when I went, nice elderly guy who was super friendly. Dont miss it!

Authentic native Alaskan antiques and some of the same tourist items from China everyone else sells. The owner is a bit eccentric, but so are most Alaskans. He has a nice collection of native artifacts he will part with if the price is right. But its his price or not at all, he doesnt bargain. Neat place if you want something real, but be prepared to pay for it.

The best in place in town to get Alaskan gifts, PERIOD. Full of character and vintage toys, postcards, ivory carvings, animal parts and Knick knacks. Definitely a step above the rest of the stores in town offering mostly the same kitchy tourist souvenirs. Also, it’s supporting a local owned, 36 year old business.

This place is a quirky train wreck of a store that somehow works. Its the type of place where you have no idea what youll find. There are rocks, ivory, skins, knick-knacks, post cards, touristy trinkets, jewelry, tshirts faded and dusty from years of waiting to find a home, and dream catchers which obviously had themselves fallen on hard times. There are definitely interesting things to be found here, but youre going to have to work through the disorganization to find them. The shopkeeper was nice. This place is at least worth a stop to look around.

There are some very unique items to be found here. The trick is selecting something that is for sale because not all things in the shop after for sale, nor is everything priced.

Large variety of items, however very unorganized. Found myself having to step around things that were on the floor. A nice young girl asked if I was looking for something in particular. I told her I wanted something very small and under $20 to give my mother. The girl was very helpful and did her best. After a bit, the store owner came out. He was unnecessarily rude and barked at me that no one can handmake anything for under $20. As I was looking at pendents they claimed were made in Alaska, I found one that had a Made in India sticker on the back.Rude, and dishonest. I will not go back.
