Im going to give this gas station 5 stars, because the evening cashier Patricia was extremely courteous to not only me but a elderly gentleman. When I came in I overheard her speaking to him about his card not working. She went above and beyond showed him the problem, and to my surprise she escorted him outside and pumped his gas. This certainly goes a long way in customer service. Oh and the reason I remember her name is her tag was upside down I asked her why, she stated so ppl remember me. All cashiers could learn from her

I use this station because A. We shop at Raleys, so get .10 to .50 off each gallon when I fill up and B. They have a touchless carwash. Unfortunately, half the time I go there, (not an exaggeration), the new carwash theyve installed is out of service. They never put any printer paper at the pumps, so I always have to go inside to get a receipt, and management doest post anything at the pumps notifying you of the carwash being down. Ive heard others being told, as well as myself, that they dont offer refunds on CW bought at the pump since the codes never expire. I went a week ago, filled up and CW was down. Kept my reciept, went back again today.....CW down again. Theyve raised the price on the CW, which is understandable considering the new equipment, but if we cant use it, whats the point. Looking for a new location now, and since the discount no longer matters, will most like shop elsewhere as well

Pumps are always out of order, they never give the Raley’s discount and you can never get a receipt at the pump.

Extremely rude evening service closes an half an hour early! Do t appreciate being yelled at through a door! Never again

This was my first time visiting this gas station. In a hurry, I quickly placed my card in the receipt slot, as it was lite blue and my assumption was it was how to pay. Obviously, my card got stuck and I had to ask the young lady at the desk for help. As she pulled my card out, she could tell I was embarrassed and said, “it happens to a lot of customers; I’m glad we got it out for you.” Wonderful response for an awkward situation. Because of this empathetic, service oriented employee, I will be frequenting this station. Thank you 🙏

No pumps working at 7pm, no one inside.

Customer service behind the counter is always rude. Will not be getting gas here anymore.

A clean Raley’s supermarket gas station and convenience store with a car wash. With Raley’s shopping discounts in hand, their gas prices are unbeatable.
