Very professional, respectful, complimentary and caring staff. They made sure to make time for me, to understood my decisions and helped me see what my decisions looked like. Dr was awesome explaining the health of my eyes. Could not have experienced better service elsewhere. I walked out with a very nice fitted pair of frames and prescription lenses. Very satisfied. Thank You Destiny!! Just one word of advice. If you show up extra early for your appointment, you will be required to wait your turn to those who scheduled an appointment before you. No random exceptions or favorable approval here! π
The service I received at this location was spectacular! Im new to Sacramento and only came in to get my glasses adjusted. While they were being adjusted I saw the selection they had and found some frames that I loved & wanted to use as a spare. They were able to look up my insurance, found my prescription & the best part, they were able to make the lenses right on the spot! Melissa & Carmela were fantastic & their service was top notch. I definitely look forward to coming back & would absolutely recommend.

I had a very nice experience. Very friendly but professional people work here and the Dr was excellent! I had photos of the retina and she explained it very well and dialed in a prescription change. Thoroughly pleased!!! Possibly the best experience ever!!
Dr. Truong was amazing! Very patient and explained details. She did my 12 year old sons exam and we will be returning every year for his annual exam and for optos to check the health of his eyes. Thank you!

Thanks to Lens Crafters on Sunrise! I had a problem with what I considered defective lenses and SERIOUS scratching issues. The store manager immediately refunded the total cost of my previous purchase, and replaced the lenses with new ones. They are special order, and when they come in they will be installed in minutes. That is what we call SERVICE! Great job guys!

No eye exam, however I was fitted for lenses for 2 pairs of sunglasses. Maria is an asset to your company and deserves a raise and to be a Manager if she wants to be one! Ive used Lenscrafter for almost two decades. Ive tried Stanton Optical once, my local eye doctors boutique eyeglass selection and lab, but I always go back to Lenscrafters.
They have had the best Eye Doctors from this facility. I always get taken in right away. Pleasant people, excellent doctors. My exams never feel rushed, and they are exact on my prescriptions.

The employees here are very nice, the product is excellent, the big problem comes to their interface with their lab. If you have anything to get sent out or has to be ordered from afar it could be anywhere from two weeks to over a month. In my case it took over a month to get my glasses. I had to make all follow-up calls to get information. When you follow up with the employees and you ask them whats happening with your order, theyll tell you oh it shows as shipped to us but they dont have any ability to actually track it. And when they call their lab they are told yes its been shipped but they have no actual tracking information to check. Due to the lack of communication and unreasonable delays, I reached out to the district manager who never bothered to return my call. Like I told the assistant manager at the store you got a $1,000 sale out of me and I had two more pairs of glasses for two other family members on my plan which would have been another thousand bucks each. But the way they handle their tracking over there and their total lack of customer service at the district level means that they really dont need or want my business. Ill take my benefit elsewhere and spend the money elsewhere.

This specific location made the mistake of charging my wifes glasses under my insurance and now wont rectify the situation and will not help me with my vision problem.Please save your self the headache and find a much better business to take care of you.
I was pretty upset about my glasses. It was the third problem with them and I was tired of going in having them tighten to just come back again. Bruce helped me and by the time I left I was satisfied. I may or may not ever come back or recommend anyone but wanted you to know if I do I will ONLY be helped by Bruce!!!!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience here, I highly recommend this location!Dr. Cooperman, who is a new addition at this store, examined my boyfriends eyes. He made us feel comfortable right away, and he explained everything in detail. He even took time to show us the pictures he had taken of my bfs eyes, and discussed them with us, which was fascinating!Glenn was very friendly and helpful, he helped us pick frames and assisted us as we checked out.Overall we are very pleased with this Lenscrafters lovation... much better than Arden! Staff here go above and beyond in every aspect. Ask for Dr. Cooperman, hes A-mazing!
I was visiting from out of state and I had only brought one pair of contacts (brand new pair). One of my contacts was really bothering my eye. I could not start my vacation without being able to see! Called LensCrafters and after getting my prescription faxed (from the LensCrafters from my state), I was able to run in and get a whole new pair plus extra solution as well. I donβt remember her name that helped me out but she was great! Told her I shouldβve been on my way to San Diego at that time so she got me what I needed and got me out the door in less than 5 min! Thank you guys so much! You guys are lifesavers!!

I had an appointment the other day for an eye exam and was told the wait would be at least 45 minutes, with no apology or explanation. Clearly they do not honor their customers or appointment times. Dont waste your time! This place is terribly unorganized.

First and foremost 5 stars is well deserved.The staff was curtious and helpful from beginning to end, I do not believe I could have had a better experience.Background; I flew in to Sacramento and upon touching down realized I had forgot to bring my prescription sunglasses with me and since I was in town for work would not have the option to go home anytime soon. I called up and asked if they had any sunglasses in stock that could be completed in house, to my joy they had dozens.Facts; At the time of my call they booked be an appointment for that same day (within an hour). The team transitioned between each other seamlessly and hands off to Jesse, Sara, Lilliana and Dr. Truong for running a business that is both professional and customer centric.From beginning to end it took 5 hours to schedule an appointment, have my eye exam, choose my 2 pairs of glasses, have them made and fitted and me, a happy camper, out the door.To make this happen both Jesse and Sara stayed far past closing to help me and the 3 other separate guests get the glasses we needed.Bottom line, best LensCrafters experience I have had in 15 years. If you need glasses you should absolutely, without hesitation, use this location.Thank you all.
Good service. A lot of people but didnt have to wait too long. Glasses were done in a week instead of two weeks like they said. They text you when they are ready for pick up. Satisfied
I made an apt the other month and got a call the day before I had to wait till Oct for my insurance to start over for coverage of an exam. So I canceled and made a new apt for Oct 1st. Just today I showed up to my new apt only to be told I had to wait 16 more days until my insurance covered my annual eye exam and sorry no one called me yesterday. Complete waste of my time, very frustrating. Twice I made arrangements for an apt and nothing. Not going back.

Took almost a month to receive my glasses, which I paid over $500 for. The person who took care of my in the store was nice & pleasant, however; she told me that a finishing on my glasses (for like glares ect) was free. After reviewing my receipt at home, it ended up that I was charged over $60 for this. When my glasses first arrived, the lenses were yellow. They said they would fix it, but they did not offer an rush order on them and did not offer to refund me my money. They said they would text me when the glasses were ready, which never happened. I love my glasses, however; getting them was horrible. Will not be returning.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a complete joke. Lilliana and Lindsay shouldnt have a job after seeing how they treat customers. I have shopped at this location for over 10 years but over the last year all the amazing people have left and been replaced with the most unprofessional and rude people. I ordered to pair of glasses totaling $500, both were bought out of pocket due to being out of network. When my new prescription didnt work I requested they put my old prescription in both pair and then I was told I would need to have a new eye exam even though my prescription is only 10 months old. Terrible place, not only are these people rude they also are unprofessional. They left my patient chart on a table unattended, Wow.. Hipaa Violation? What kind of people is Lenscrafter hiring?
No communication. Went out of my way to get to my appointment which is hard to do and came there to find out that I wasnβt on their schedule books for today. No phone calls telling me that they couldnβt see me. Will never be doing business with them any longer. Wasted time, effort, and gas money. Also front desk lady is wearing sunglasses, not professional at all.
