Excellent clerks to take care of a person, and knowledgeable about all products. A really great guy works on the weekends, and hes really helpful in finding just the right items.

Bought a vape pen over the weekend, and when I got it home I noticed it didn’t work. Came back today and they let me exchange it for a working one. Owner was cool and helped me out.

Ive been to every smoke shop in Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, and Orangevale area and these guys for sure have the best prices on disposables, juices, glass.. you name it. And the best part is that the owner and manager are super chill and give discounts if you purchase with cash.I highly reccommend this shop if youre looking for honest ownership who cares about their customers. Heaven forbid you park in front of the store if you aren’t doing your shopping there immediately. After parking we intended to go next door to order some wings and then were headed back to shop glass while we waited for our food. Instead we were only feet from the store before some guy bolted outside and demanded that we move our car. I’ve always heard good things about this place but that interaction ruined it for me. Some bearded guy with an aggressive, narcissistic, and disrespectful attitude is the one to avoid if you shop here.

Too bad there isnt an option to give 0 stars because this place is a rip off. They jack up there prices promising top of the line products that end up being garbage and breaking after 1 week. They also dont keep their word when they say theyll fix, replace, refund their garbage products. The staff also tell you over and over to come back in and talk to the manager which is worthless because hes extremely rude and arrogant. Do yourself a favor and stay away from cloud city vapes.
