Ordered a new phone from here on a new plan, phone was out of stock, which is understandable. The girl that was in store when I ordered my phone was not even from that store, she was just covering a shift... Fast forward 2 weeks later I received a text telling me my new phone has been delivered to the store and is ready for pickup... Problem is, I have been by the store 3 separate time to try to pick it up, and no one is ever there. The first time, the sign on the door said gone for lunch till 2pm it was 12noon. The second time I stopped the sign on the door said gone for lunch till 5pm it was 3:24 pm... Now the 3rd the Ive stopped it was 10:30am with no employee In sight even though the store hours are posted as 10am-7pm... Im on hold with Verizon customer service going in 20min now... And Im pretty sure this is also going to lead to nowhere.... guess its time to switch. 😡

I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Fair Oaks. The service was friendly and professional. I was able to pick out a case for my phone and get a screen protector put on. My information was transferred to my new phone quickly and the employee explained the process of sending my old phone back in a way that was easy for me to understand. She also made sure I still had my state employee discount. It was overall a satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
Extremely pleasant staff. The employee received ZERO help from corporate. We were told our online order was canceled and we’d just have to come back next week and order again! After an hour and a half we finally called ourselves and our business was concluded in five to ten minutes.
We had an amazing experience with Sarah today. My daughter broke her phone and we upgraded and transfer the data so when we left the store, it was all ready to go with a new case, liquid armor, pop socket, the works! The store was clean and they took special care to sanitize the counters and anything that was touched by a prior customer. I highly recommend this location for all your phone needs!
We ordered a new iphone 12 online and were given some incorrect information from the person online. We went into the store to pick up the phone and encountered a mess. Malik was sooooo amazing and he helped us figure everything out. He was the only person working at the time and he handled 3 different customers with ease and he made us all feel like we were getting all of his attention. Every business needs a Malik!!!! We were very impressed and no I am not related to him:}

Manager with attitude, not exactly customer friendly, will not explain products when want to buy. That was JanuaryNext time there April 3 Friday late afternoon: Bought 10ft corded USB-C to USB-A, cost over $40, faulty as soon as took home, would not charge first time tried it, took it back 2.5 days later, Monday morning, April 6, in box, first time I could get back there, refused refund yet didnt have replacement wall charger. Said I had to get replacement through Pure Gear Warranty yet pure gear no longer taking warranty claims online I found out 3 weeks later after trying 4 times (first chance to deal with this -- since my daughter in hospital 17 days beginning April 6)Pure Gear also charges $11 shipping for same product I already paid this Victra Verizon store for, but have nothing to show for it. In other words, IF I can actually get a replacement through pure gear ever, it will cost me over 20% more....this Victra store cannot be trusted-- certainly not in business for the customer. I paid over $40 to them, still have no wall charger for what I paid for.
I showed up 30 minutes before closing to upgrade my phone and Chandler was more than happy to help me upgrade my phone and get everything set up and moved over correctly. Great customer service and knowledgeable about the different phones I was considering!
I went in with my almost 3 year old and it is not often I take my kids into a phone store and not get looks of apprehension. Ashlee was super nice to me as well as my daughter. It was quick and simple.
Their customer service wasnt bad. However, Verizon, itself, is a bad deal. I quit Verizon because I was fed up with paying exorbitant rates for phone and internet service. I switched to At&t because my overall costs for the same services were literally reduced 100%! Check out At&T and other services and compare before you sign a contract with Verizon. Also, I had a disagreement with Verizon over my phone bill and they charged heavy late fees and penalties. Verizon is corporate, indifferent, high-priced greed. My advice: Look elsewhere!
I guess it was my fault, really. I didnt understand that an authorized retailer means its not the same as an actual Verizon store. They can do some of the same things as an actual store but others are limited. All in all, the employee that I worked with was quite pleasant. I wish I could remember his name. Chance, Chad, Carter. Something like that. (Im sorry dude 😔)

But I refuse to believe that this store provided anyone with anything less than five star rated customer service while standing behind every product they sell and that Verizon carries. If You had a negative experience, I invite You to take a step back, calm down and speak respectfully and sincerely. Because these gentlemen will go far above and beyond any kind of service that can be provided from any carrier. I should know because they helped me out of a situation that made me a Loyal Customer, for Life.Example: I was a Verizon customer from another store and I could Not get the (other store or Verizon) to back a product. I came to this location and spoke to one of the employees who helped me word a statement directly to Verizon. What followed was truly unbelievable. I received over $1,000 in services and credits.Now, I May be Reckless in My Personal Life, (an inside joke) but I Trust These Gentlemen With My Wallet and My Life. I Support Them Without Reservation.

Waited a week for a phone to come in. Received a call saying it was in, came in and was told the employee needed to take a lunch and would be back in an hour. Came back to store and was told after waiting 10mins that it was not in because someone canceled the order and gave it to another store. Ridiculous! Horrible experience
