First time shopping here about a month ago, I was compiling some toys, lingerie, and adult games for a Valentines weekend trip. I cant remember the name of the girl that helped me but she was a blonde girl and it was early Monday morning (if that helps figure who to give credit to)...she was friendly, helpful, and very informative! She helped me view a number of items and had all the answers for me. I spent maybe close to $200 and will not hesitate to come back and do it again. Hopefully I catch the same girl working because I couldnt have asked for a better shopping experience thanks to her!

Used to come here. Not anymore. They need to stop targeting their customers. And be careful to check what your buying since they don’t return. They can sell you a different size then what the box says and won’t return an item. That’s illegal practice (I’m guessing) for a Buisness to do this. I understand you can’t resell an item but you can’t provide false advertising.

I hope the owner sees this. We were coming in trying to return an item that was not listed correctly. The size inside the box was different. But we later realized that we couldnt return it. Then we started to look around and the lady with the tattoos started laughing at us and then started saying we looked underage and that we have to leave. Even though we have been here several times and Im 25 and my girlfriend is 20 and our friend was 30. What seems to grind my gears is that that only did this because we wanted to return something and the lady in the tattoos didnt like us. Shes seen us serval times and has never said anything. As a Buisness person you should remain respectful and not target your customers when you are having a bad day. I for one will not be coming back. Yes it will not have any impact on your Buisness. But I hope that the other people who see this review will at least go in and try to be very respectful because they asked me to leave even though I was 25 and she didnt even ask for my ID. Learn from me.

The best customer service Ive had in a long while. Staff members are always helpful and seem to know nearly everything about all items. I took my shy friend in to this store whos new to the adult store scene. Not only did she leave with some awesome products, but they helped her crack open her shell a little without feeling uncomfortable. I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone. 💯🎉🎉👍👍

What a awesome store. Im Scotty with Easy Clean carpet Care in Sacramento. We had the opportunity to clean the carpet and work with Sabrina. I never had so much fun cleaning carpet ever! LOL. Lots of great gifts for that special occasion and great selection of fun toys for that someone special. Thank you Sabrina and will see you in six months for a touch up clean.

Went to buy a corset today had a wonderful experience. Really nice girls, then i got home and noticed a clip missing and seen the whole attachment was gone. I called the store right away just 20 min later and the later told me they wont return or exchange it i should have checked it. :( she was the management and she was horrible at customers service. I will never again spend my money at your store.

The staff is always super friendly, and its great to be able to wander through the store and not feel pressured or creeped out like in other stores in the area. They also have a fantastic selection of plus size lingerie, which is super helpful being a curvy girl.

The lady with the tattoos is very disrespectful and her and the lady at the front counter at the time are very sarcastic when they talk to you. They are friendly sarcastic in an arrogant way when you go in trying to return things and then make you leave without checking your ID because you look underage.

While the customer service was good, I couldnt help but notice the lack of consideration for sanitary practices, specifically when handling the products to test before sale, as they do not have a return policy. I understand that this is customary, but I think safer and more hygenic handling practices should be implemented. There is something unshakable about watching someone handle a product after touching tester toys, store merchandise, money, cash register, etc. - the list goes on. When I called to relay this information in hopes to gain some clarity on whether or not I could use antibacterial soap to disinfect the product, I was met with a less than comforting, snarky response; it was something along the lines of well you wouldnt put antibacterial soap inside of yourself. I quickly understood that her response was defensive, and while I didnt say it but thought it, all that came to mind was Yeah, but Im sure people dont want the bacteria of the entire store inside of them either. I really hope the business can adopt a more sanitary way of operating.
