Terrible experience. Dealership is in utter disrepair…carpets are ripped, paint coming off walls. Went there after making an appointment with Jennifer— were shifted over to a different salesman who basically told us everything Jennifer had told us was false—- they were not willing to trade in my Honda ( due to new Covid restrictions ), no cars available for Costco lease and salesman wasn’t even able to give an estimate of a lease price on a new Venza. Total bait and switch!!!!!Toyota should be ashamed of the condition of this store. They should use the extra 5000 they are tacking on for “ market adjustment” to buy new carpet.

We lost our fairly new car in the recent Hurricane at a time in our life where we have many major expenses coming our way, and replacing a car we planned to use for many years to come was not something we were prepared to use our savings on. Natale at Glen Toyota was empathetic and honest with us. It was reassuring to feel like we were in the hands of someone who cared and did the best for us he could, especially in the current circumstances of car shortages and high consumer demand. While we realized we couldnt be picky during this time, we left Glen Toyota with excitement over our new car and a great deal of appreciation for Natale and how he treated us during a vulnerable and distressful time for us. It was the first time my husband and I were able to smile since we endured the damages from the hurricane. Both Natale and the business manager were kind and patient; they took the time to explain everything we had questions about. They are both the kind of people you feel you could be friends with. We are so happy we ended up at Glen Toyota, and can move forward from the effects of the hurricane.

I spoke to a saleswoman several times looking to lease a corolla LE on 8/19and 8/20 for my daughter. The saleswoman said we have cars and an appointment was made which we promptly attended. A different salesman greets us and calls for saleswoman to meet us. Saleswoman never appears and attending salesman informs us we dont have any cars until sometime in September. Why am I even here??? Dont lie to me!!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

Need to updated my car and this was one of the places that had the model i wanted in stock. Unfortunately the trim sold before we got there so we went one above. The sales rep helped us with great compromise on both sides. Walked out with the car. Finance needs to be better appraised and upfront about the Service Warranties and what may void them. Luckily I knew that most of these Warranties DO NOT cover For Hire Vehicles.

I lost my car in the flood. I contacted Glen Toyota they told me to tow it to the dealer for an assessment failing to mention its almost $400 diagnostic fee. You guys are capitalizing off peoples misfortune. After I blew$100 on a tow truck for nothing bad phone customer service. This is relevant information to the poor and during Covid I may add. If you have any integrity youd give me back the $110 I wasted on that tow for nothing

I visited this dealer but the experience I had was terrible, in addition to having misleading advertising on their website and despite the fact that before coming to my appointment I made sure that they gave me the correct information when I visited the place everything that mw had They said it was lies, I felt cheated and I dont really know why they have to treat potential clients this way. The seller who assisted me at the first moment told me that the dealer would have to close because they only had about 50 cars for sale, but in reality I think they will have to close due to the poor quality of some of their sellers and the bad appearance of their locations. not even a TOYOTA dealer in a third world country looks like this. I would never come back again !!!

Purchased a used car. Discussed purchasing the additional all inclusive warrantee since the original covers for only 24 months. After being told that its risk free - cancel any time, I decided to sign up at least for a into or two while I do my research on it. After doing some research and doing coming in for maintenance, which unlike what I had been told, was NOT covered, I decided to cancel. Ive called several times. First I was told by my rep Neil that the insurance cost is incorporated into my loan and my monthly payments wont be reduced if I cancel. He wasnt able to further assist and transfered me to a Manger, who didnt answer the phone. Ive since called several times. My phone number and Info was taken and I NEVER received a return call. Not sure why they are on Costcos referral list, but I am extremely unhappy with their service at this point.

I have been to this service department five or six times to date....with a brand new Camry. For the most part, the employees are courteous and accommodating. Some of them in particular are just wonderful human beings, and it is always a pleasure when dealing with them.My main criticism of the service they provided this time is that they didnt remain in regular contact with me during my cars most recent visit to their shop. It was there for ten days. Yes, ten days. There was some serious diagnostic work that needed to be done to troubleshoot the problem. Though they did provide me with a loaner vehicle (but I had to wait two days for it), what made this experience unpleasant was that twice I asked one of their staff members (two different people on two separate occasions) to call me with an update on my car, even if the update was nothing more than Were still working on it. That never happened. During those ten days I was told by a staff member that he would call me the next day with an update. That never happened either. Its the not knowing that I despise, and its the lack of courtesy in not being proactively contacted that made this visit a not-so-pleasant one. They did better in the past, and I hope that they will strive to do better in the future. But for now, they get just an average rating.My previous visits to this shop were better.

Had a problem with my blinkers and hazard lights this morning, went to their service department only for them to tell me that my aftermarket hitch that was installed by uhaul is the problem. Went to my local auto shop, bought a new fuse and replaced it and everything started to work. Mind you my car is a 2019 leased RAV4 THATS STILL UNDER WARRANTY! They didn’t even check the fuse. They wanted to charge me $130 to go “into it” and check what the problem was. What a bunch of clowns, this place is a rip off. Avoid.Reply to owner’s response: I don’t need to rectify anything since I already did by myself. If YOU need to rectify this situation look into your files and find me instead. GB

Edit: Let me make one thing clear from the owners response, the point of my review is to not bash the price. Its to bash the unprofessionalism by the dealer as a whole. Just remember, this a dealer that thinks they got you because of the current market situation. They will make you feel that way. Their nonchalant and cocky attitude really showed that. Remember as consumers, always be ready to walk away, as we did.Their website DID NOT correctly display the miles on this particular car. They purposely hid that to get you inside the dealer, that is one of the reasons why we went.I have corrected the review, that was the experience at a different dealer. I do apologize for that. Though, $500 off a USED vehicle is kinda ridiculous dont you think?Visited Glen Toyota back in May when I was in the market for a new car. They had the car I wanted, a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited and I wanted to take a look. On their website, they very deceptively put the wrong milage on the car. Once we got to the dealer, we werent greeted by anyone, we had to walk up to a salesman, Richard Matos, who wasnt very personable, to show us this car. We come to find out that this was a Demo car that had over 2500 miles on it that is being sold as new. Are you kidding me? You see, car dealers think they have the upper hand right now due to the chip shortage, dont ever let them think they got you. Richard than points to the lot and says see this is why we sell it at that, we have no cars... Okay? Funny enough, we went to a different dealer, which was selling an actual brand new Toyota RAV4 Limited with all the packages I wanted for UNDER the sticker price. I bought that car. Wasted so much time, be upfront on the phone and dont try to make the customer feel like they have no options!

Be careful of their service department. Brought my car in a few weeks back for a recall and to get a tire replaced. When I picked it up the front had scratches all across both sides of the body. The dealership took zero responsibility but had one of their service guys come out and buff them out. I buffed out the rest when I got home.I now noticed today the rim of the tire that was replaced is missing the Toyota logo emblem (shame on me for not catching this sooner I was so hung up with the damage they did to the front of my car I failed to inspect the rims). Thankfully the manager, Jay, was kind enough to offer ordering me a new one at no charge and theyll put it back on for me. However, if you drop your car off do your own due diligence and take a video of the condition of your car before you leave that way you have proof. Most service departments do this anyway but this one fails to.

This review received 5 stars and I will tell you exactly why! I went to Glen Toyota and no one came out to greet or assist me, but one gentleman by the name of Jorge Prado did. He showed great professionalism and had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I was intending of purchasing. I told him I was still going to look around and explore my options and he took my information down and said he would be in touch and that’s exactly what he did. He reached out to me and ask me how the search was coming along and even ask if there was anything he could do to help. After visiting a few other dealerships I decided to return back to Glen Toyota but unfortunately the original car I looked at was sold. Jorge wasted no time to find me another car that would be suitable for me and once again he delivered. Now after driving the new car for a week I noticed the rpms started to drop down and the car started to vibrate, so I hit up Jorge and he hit me back right away, he suggested I contact service which I did on two occasions and didn’t receive a response back. I decided to let Jorge know this was unacceptable and he worked his magic because service contacted me back right away! This guy Jorge Prado is amazing! What an amazing asset to the team down at Glen Toyota! I’m pretty sure it’s something minor but I’m happy with my car purchase and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for Totoya! They will get the job done, my only issue seem to be the complimentary Car Wash. Its like they pour water, no soup or nothing and leave it out to dry which leaves stains and makes the car look dirty after a day. If you can just dont ask them to wash it other than that they are a great help and service.

Just went a couple days ago to check out a car, drove away with a gorgeous Rav4 2018. Extremely low milage. Javier Flores went above and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible. I honestly had a fair experience with Albert up on till i met the manager. They were very adamant about any price negotiation. Manager brought up how pandemic changed the market and the most he can give me a discount was literally 100.As a last resort i brought up any healthcare worker discount and jokingly said to show some appreciation. Then what manager told me was the turnaround. He arrogantly stated how he is also an essential worker and he worked just as hard as how I got through the pandemic.But really... excuse me????!! You think me working in the frontline during covid crisis in critical care units seeing people dying literally every day with no sufficient PPE was comparable???Dont get me wrong. I have a huge respect to every type of workers out there and every work should be respected and valuable. But he crossed the line.To any healthcare workers out there- the manager has no respect for the healthcare workers. Dont go here.

Very bad experience with karan (salesman). I had appointment and I was sent via Costco auto. They said not to honor costco price even after mentioning when scheduling appointment. Sales rep (Karan) was very rude. Worse experience. Will not recommend him nor will ever work with him.Reply to Toyota owners:I got appointments to see vehicle. I mentioned that I am sent thru costco. When I came in; your sales rep said they have vehicle and model I was looking for but color I wouldn’t like. Also, he clearly said he won’t honor costco price. He did mention about inventory and he said not to show me car, if I am not buying the car. He expected me to buy car without driving. We were greeted by our salesman Tom told him what we were interested in took us right to the lot and showed us the different models they had and then gave us time to mull it over without him lingering like a normal car salesman. I agreed with their price, my salesman said I had to wait a week coz they dont have the color that I like, I said fine . After a week he called and said you better hurry up and pick up your sienna 2020 coz the salesman had a baby shower to attend, went there and met with the finance guy while the other lady teaching my wife about the infotainment, done in two minutes. I asked my salesman why I have a temporary plate, he said Ill be sending you the real plate by Mail, so I said ok, on the way home, we picked up our kids, 2 were seated at the 3rd row and they asked me why their seat was bouncing too much, so stopped and checked, the latch wasnt attached to the base plate coz of the floor mat, Second, when I opened the hood, the fuse box cover was loose that too making a rattling noise. Third when my temporary plate a day before it expires, I called the dealer and asked why I havent received my plate yet . The woman that I spoke to, wasnt really helping me at all instead, she told me to stop by at the dealership to pick up the plate, otherwise if not, I cant use my van the next day, so I went there the very next day and I met with my salesman, my first question was, why you didnt send the plate, and didnt received any calls from the dealership, he said I called you many times, I said you did ? I tried to pulled out the calls from my phone, and he was shaking his head and said No, the salesman was full of empty promises, I hope this wont happen to anyone,

Rich is the man. I bought a pickup truck there recently and he made the entire process extremely easy and painless. No push sale. He showed me the truck, we test drove it, He then left me alone to look around make sure I was happy, told him I would be back later at night with my wife to finaliZe, left a small deposit and bought at night. TLDR: I drove 1.5 hours to a confirmed appointment only to find that the person with whom I had an appointment AND the car were not there. Neither were masks, apparently.I had a 2pm appointment with Jennifer A. I received an email from her at 10:55 am confirming the appointment and that I am able to make it because (quote from email) “I have sent some time aside to make sure that I can give you the attention you need”. When I arrived a man approached me with no mask on to try and help me. Once he put a mask on he told me that Jennifer was in fact not there, even though she set time aside for me, and he would go find out the info on the car I was there for. When he returned he told me that the car was in fact not on the lot anymore, as there was a problem with the transmission and they sent it off to a wholesaler which i assume means scrapped for parts. I wish they would have notified me when they found out the issue with the car and removed it, as I drove an hour and a half out of my way to see it. Overall pretty bad experience, as this was going to be my first car purchase and I was very excited.

I am always treated well and respectfully when I come here for service. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is just due to price points for services. Their customer service is great but compared to other service centers (not Toyota specific) they are definitely pricier. I also had paid a great deal for a full fuel injection service and cleaning on my last visit about 3 months ago but since that service my car was not getting any better gas mileage and I could hear and feel a weird “kick back” when I initially drove the car. I did not change anything in my driving distance or speed, etc. so I could tell something wasn’t right.During this last oil change service I did tell them there still seemed to be an issue and I was told they checked and took care of it. How am I to really know? I just have to trust that they are doing what they honestly say they have done. I would hope all the mechanics want to do the best job they can to ensure their job security! Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to actually watch the mechanic while he worked on your car? I would feel more secure knowing what they said would be done actual was done and I would know because I saw it with my own eyes! Food for thought.

Normally I hate car shopping. I expect to be pressured and listen to a lot of nonsense. Our salesman, Tom was great. Unkind service agent and rude manager. Difficult to find as Google shows only sales location. Explain to them but wont listen to. Receptionist was good though.Overall very unpleasant experience.

This dealership was a mess from beginning to end. Upon arriving I’d called and asked some questions about an XSE that I’d seen on their website for a certain price. I asked was it still available, were there any additional costs aside from taxes, dealer doc fees and registration and if there were any non factory parts on the car. Everything seemed to had checked out aside from the fact that Ashley, I believe her name was quoted me at a higher number assuming that I didn’t see the lower number on the site. Fast forward, I get to the dealership it look a mess. The cars are jam packed next to one another, the salesmen are chilling outside. It looks as if they’re at a bet together of some sort. I arrived with my mother and four year old daughter. As were exiting the car there are sales men outside smoking cigarettes, hookah and vape pens cursing up a storm during conversation with one another . I mean F bombs left and right. I had to ask my mother and daughter to wait inside of the car because of how disrespectful I felt they were being. they literally watched us exit the car and didn’t even attempt to stop. Anyway, I get inside where it’s not any better, the dealership looks rundown and old, the carpet looks super old, as well as the chairs. It just doesn’t look like a place I’d trust running my credit, handling my money, or anything of any importance. Still I met w a salesman who was okay. I didn’t allow him to run my credit, nor did I tell him how much I wanted to put down. I know salesmen use that as a way to gauge how much they think you should pay. Anyway, I asked for a breakdown of how much I would be paying if I put down three different amounts of money. They were all in the high fives, even though he used tier 1 credit score... and they literally negotiated NOTHING. Not on the base price, payments. Nothing. Upon sitting there speaking to the salesman there were other sales people walking past, being nosy a lady whom I’m not even sure worked there, or was just being nosy tried to explain the difference between leasing and financing to me as if 1 I didn’t know, 2. I was talking to her and 3. It was her business. SMH. Just overall a hot xxx mess. The workers there are way too lackadaisical, they don’t greet you upon entrance I’m not even sure they realize when a consumer enters because they’re all so caught up in their own conversation. Not to mention the fact that their showroom was nonexistent. I’m not sure who they’re paying for these ratings because NO. This is not it ! Upon leaving, the same sales people were outside having the same conversation as they stared at me walk back to the car. I ended up going to Hudson Toyota in Jersey City where I had a great experience from beginning to end. It gets busy, but it’s spacious, they have a lounge area, the salesmen are literally ALL personable they greet you. Their pricing wasn’t the best, but they’re willing to work with you, create budgets etc

My car was towed here for having a possibly broken axle on the rear end of my SUV. I was very impressed and surprised to see the actual manager himself go behind my SUV and put it on a jack to lift it & keep my back wheels off of the ground & push my car into the service area while the sales rep. Paul (who was exceptional, I may add) steered the drivers wheel in the drivers seat. To say that they really do care about the customers car is the least. They are courteous, professional and very careful with your vehicle. They even have a waiting area fully decked out with couches, dining tables, cable TV, coffee, cappuccino, bagels with cream cheese or butter, & They have a nice outdoor patio area with umbrellas if you prefer to sit outdoors & have a smoke. Wonderful service and definitely my NEW & permanent auto service spot!Bye-Bye Westchester Toyota!

Really poor customer service. I PAID for the down payment and they dont want refund me when the financial is denied. I need my money back!!! Please, stay way from this place, for take your money they are friendly and fast. But to refund take time and patience.

In the process of making my first big purchase and Ms.Ventura made the process very easy and helpful. I live extremely close to another Toyota dealership, but had only come to Glen for service because of the service. Will recommend to others, especially Ms.Ventura. I was very hesitant to make such a big purchase, but she helped me to be confident in my decision. Being informed was very important to me.
