They had the car for three months it needed a battery a oil change. And the heat fixed. When it went in no engine light. Came out had engine light on. They broke a tire sensor. Then told my daughter in law it was going to 2k more to fix it. If you take it to them your nuts. Their lowlifes

This local small business has and continues to provide good service and maintenance on our array of vehicles foreign and domestic. We’ve also had them perform big and small repair jobs at this shop. I truly appreciate the no nonsense approach.

I own a 2007 Eclipse GS sports car that l love and are very reluctant to have someone new work on it. Sadly this summer the A.C. system died on me.There are no Mitsubishi garages within a 60 mile radius, fortunately my husband found on line Eastern States Auto Repair, located in Epping, NH. Mike Kiernan the owner and his staff work on foreign as well as US vehicles. A small garage, very well equipped and tidy! Subsequently the A.C. Compressor had to be replaced. He also noticed the timing belt replacement was overdue and the sway bar and rear brakes needed to be done, especially as my inspection was due shortly. It was all worth every penny it took and the pricing was very competitive. I was impressed with his concern of the maintenance and safety of my vehicle and l would highly recommend Eastern States Auto Repair to others. Maureen Hadwen

Went in for an inspection sticker and have the legal medical tint on my truck, guy took it out back and said truck passed but Im failing it because of the tint after he came back 25 minutes later. I didnt have the document on me so he said he cant honor it(understandable). My reason for the issue is, if u were gonna fail it due to the tint you can easily tell me prior to labor and just say the tint is an issue come back when the paperwork is in hand and I wouldve looked in the truck for the paperwork and found it was actually at my house and not in my truck currently. Instead, I paid him for basically nothing and had to come back to show the paperwork... Felt like a shady place and situation to put me in a position of oweing him money for the labor and I will not going back or recommending this place to anyone. Something so easy loses customers and shows your character. Thanks for letting me weed you out of the bunch of options on hand near by. Shouldve checked your rating before I stopped in but figured itd be nice to help a local shop on the way by, hahaha wrong.

Mike, the owner of this business is a scam artist at best or the most expensive tiny shop in America at worst. I told him to look over my truck before I drove cross country and he said the oil cooler hose and power steering hose could use changing, but gave no estimate for the work. I dropped the truck off for an hour and a half and got a bill for $629 along with an admission that he damaged my aftermarket Fuel wheel on the lift, but would replace it. I researched the avg dealer cost for this work and it was $300. After multiple trips back he was unable to change out the wheel and had no good reason for why it was more than double the going rate for the work. Never again... take notice the only positive reviews are anonymous or just initials. buyer beware!

My first issue with the folks at this auto shop was when they failed my fathers vehicle for inspection for a component that was recently replaced. Then tried talking us into having them do the service for $250. My father is a [home] mechanic so we said no, replaced said component and the vehicle was then inspected no problem. My big gripe with these people was I brought my car in to see if it was going to be worth fixing up or if I should scrap it. I was told what it needed was very minor and was work I could easily do at home.I decided to have a big ticket item done in my car first, the timing belt, and I took it to another mechanic in Raymond. They ended up showing me the vehicle has practically rotted out on the back half and there were components in my engine that wouldnt be worth replacing. Needless to say the car got scrapped afterwards. It feels to me that the just arent that thorough and when you get a car inspected there, they will try and find a reason to fail it.

Its a very small shop, but a very expensive one. Before you visit here, please visit other place and compare the costs. You might get a bill 1.5 times more expensive than anywhere else.
