I have been to Pacific Stone Company numerous times over the last year and a half, and Ive had a great experience. As of today (20210708), the showroom is still mainly closed, but I have been able to find the pieces that I want, and the employees there always been very helpful.I brought my gloves and was able to dig around the bin of river rocks until I found exactly the right ones I wanted.My yard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis and over half of the materials are from Pacific Stone. Their prices are competitive too.

This place is amazing. Got everything for outdoor real stones. The owner is super friendly and gives advice on other shops if they don’t have what you want. Fantastic customer service, super organized yard, and reasonable prices!

First visit..... Just looking to see what was available and trying to visualize possibilities for an upcoming yard project. Staff was awesome! Made sure to ask if I needed assistance and were helpful in answering my questions. Got some ideas and some referrals for my project. We’ve now used Pacific Stone Company for a few retaining wall projects. They have a good selection of material and offer delivery service. They also called personally to issue a refund for returning the pallets when I didn’t have my card number handy at the time to remind us of the time. They also are extremely knowledgeable On retaining walls as well as recommending which type of blocks we could use to save our backs! Very much appreciated and our 2 projects really turned out amazing!

Best service in the industry! As a landscape contractor it is extremely important to have a solid supplier that you can rely on time after time. Although we are based in Seattle, we source a majority of our hardscape materials at Pacific Stone Company in Everett. We even send our clients there to view materials because the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, plus their yard is always clean and neat. Do not look any further, this is the place you need to go!

They have helped me with my rockscaping endeavors for many years.They sell cocoa mulch which I love spreading on my plants every year.. It smells like hot cocoa whenever I water my plants!They have good prices and the staff are so nice and helpful.

Sadly people are giving this business a bad review because of an employee that works there. Even if the owner agreed, he legally cant fire his employee for that reason. So you selfish people attacking a local business owner in my home town should be ashamed of themselves. Coming from a sub contractor in construction, this is a great location to get materials for your job site or personal project. I grew up in Everett, I passed this establishment hundreds of times from when I moved to Everett when I was seven, when I was going to Everett high school, even today when I revisit my home town. I used to hang out with my childhood friend that worked there. I have personally met the owner and he was a great guy. He doesnt deserve this to happen to him. You people should be ashamed for attacking an old mans business when that is his livelihood. Im reporting the latest reviews to Google and I will be calling you out on facebook too.

I wont be going here again and thats too bad. The first remark at the counter was, Im with another customer. I was the only one in the store..THe owner for some reason was put off by my being there at the time and sold me 1 foot of 15 ft wide pond liner when I asked for 12 ft. If he took the time to stop and listen to what I wanted He could of sold 11 additonal feet of the stuff. Too bad, I go there 4 or 5 times a year. Sometimes I tip the kids that help haul the rock into the truck. Ill go out of my way to someplace else from now on. Its all about service.

Well I just erased my five star review. While I was buying about 400 lb of Rock the owner or manager came out and told my wife sternly, you need to keep your daughter under control. My wife told me this after we left because she knew Id go off. My daughter is 2 years old and was laughing and skipping between the rock aisles with my wife right behind her the whole time. I understand if the owner has been sued before, but paranoia and rudeness will never earn repeat business. Looks like I have to find another place to redo my landscaping in the front yard. In summary, you should definitely come here if you dont have a family or enjoy having your wife belittled and scolded behind your back. Yes, Ill be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

Apparently, well as a matter of fact, I ordered some materials, they delivered them on pallets and did not take them back nor will they pick them up! Without even knowing it, I am now in the pallet business.
