Update 7/9/21: I am upgrading this to 5 stars now as Norco did follow through and worked out an alternate solution. Thank you for following up and finding a solution.Updated from 1 to 3 * 6/21: I did receive a call back with an apology and a better description. I do understand that they are receiving a lot of calls about this issue recently and I believe they will be improving their script.Original:What made me finally write a review is that a medical device I have through Norco, and regularly restock supplies for through Norco, has been recalled. My specific unit is on the recall list, yet Norco did not notify me. I had to find out by chance through other means. When I called Norco they just sent me to the manufacturer website and Norco considers the device to be working properly and they will not do anything even though it is still under warranty. They will not allow me to return it for a different model that is safe to use. The recall says that the device is unsafe and to stop using it, however Norco doesnt care and told me the device is working properly.Ive had a medical device through them for a few years. I regularly order replacement supplies and even though every time I get a bill I ask to be put on auto-pay, and they say they do, it never happens.

Kudos going to Gerald and Rick for very timely return calls and explicit instructions.Employee/owner of the month goes to Kendra who also returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Often checks in on welfare of clients/patients. I had Lincare for 10 years; very little interaction and phone calls not returned, so I changed companies last month after a recommendation I received from someone in the medical field. I am quite satisfied with the professionalism being shown.

I didnt pay attention to my high insurance deductible so I was unable to afford my new machine. I reached out to Kendra who helped me previously and she responded quickly. She explained my options and even let me know some alternatives.I met Christie at the counter at the store and returned everything promptly. She mentioned dont pay for anything yet, since insurance will reitemized and credit. She also gave me a line by line pages showing what I returned to make sure. Normally, I would have questions but she already answered all of them beforehand.Deanna, the branch manager is lucky to have this crew. I dont normally write reviews, unless people but these folks just made me feel better about my situation. They have authentic empathy. Thank you.

My Dr. sent my prescription to them on 7/30. Today is 8/30 and Ive called several times to get an appointment. They wont make me an appt until they check with my insurance. Just a simple call. Should take 5 minutes. The last time I reached someone they said they would put in an urgent request for someone to call me. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing. Today I call the number and the phone recording transfers me to the attendant and then disconnects me. Making me wait a month then cant reach anybody is unacceptable. Switching to a different provider. Ridiculous. Unacceptable.

Yes I would like to express my appreciation for Norco Medical Im 70 years old I have COPD and Ive been using them for a couple years now through the VA and they are awesome Ive been dealing with the gal named Wendy who was very courteous and efficient with her help and then serviceman they send out his name is Michael he is Eastern European I believe and is really a good upstanding person it seems and very helpful and knowledgeable he explains things to me about the machines and how to use them Norco is highly recommended by this Vietnam veteran Im pleased to have them helping me with my breathing problems theyre real fast on getting to me when I have a problem Im totally happy with their service! This was my 1st time using Norco.I am so glad I used their services.A gal named Christie H has been handling my need for a walker from day 1. She kept in touch with me every step of the way, happily answering my questions in such a way that I understood.She tried so hard on Friday to get everything done before the weekend, but my Dr hadnt sent the order as we had hoped.First thing this morning, Monday, Christie H sent me an email telling me the order was there and she was going to try as hard as she could to be sure I could have my husband pick up the walker. I had to wait a very long time once just to make an exchange, but notice please that I still gave the business 5 stars! Kendra is the quintessential representative for starting a C-PAP routine. I am a true diva, so this process was not easy. Kendra was nothing but positive and encouraging. She is always willing to go the extra mile even if it could be passed on to someone else. Communication is her forte. She always responds and she is always above and beyond. If not for her support and tips, I would have given this up long ago. I went to the Norco Store in Everett and had the most wonderful experience. Katy was extremely helpful, understanding, and was able to help get the missing piece. I purchased 6 dreamwear under nose nasal pads for my sleep apnea machine through norco. I did not see any prices but I did see prices on Amazon and they are $8 a piece. I figured they would be around the same price. Norco sent me a bill for $195.42. This is outrageous. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

I am a new CPAP client who was referred to NORCO in Everett by my Physician. Kentra is the employee who initially set me up with my equipment and coaching on it’s use. My experience with Kendra and NORCO has been very positive. I’ve had reason to contact Kendra a number of times with questions and to order equipment. She has always responded in a most professional and efficient manner, regardless if in person, by phone or email. I’ve also had occasion to be helped by others in the office and have received similar care. In addition I am very well satisfied with the quality of the equipment which they recommended for my purchase. I give Kendra and the NORCO company the highest recommendation.

Last Oct/Nov they sent supplies to my old address (updated insurance and address on their automated system on the phone but it didnt take) and the MANAGER said she would remove the charges off the bill since I never received them. Placed a order in Jan when I actually called them to change address and insurance and spoke to a person. Did not even receive order and it was not even placed! Placed an order in June received it in July just fine but to my surprise my bill said I owed $307! Did not take charges off for the previous fall. I would suggest to anyone looking for cpap supplies to look and purchase elsewhere, i can buy cheaper without insurance than what they charge with insurance, very inconsistent, phone rings and rings and rings. Wait on phone for 20-30 min before someone answers.UPDATE: PLEASE RETURN CALLS AS YOU HAD SAID YOU WOULD DO!Since I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone when I call, they are either too busy with inventory or nobody picks up the phone after 20-30 minutes and I do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours. I was told Deanna would call back (which I have not received a call and it has been over a week). Please call me and not a robot call...

The Everett Norco office has excellent customer service. I spoke with Michelle on the phone, and she was extremely helpful. She made an appointment for me the next day, and gave me additional phone numbers to re-order equipment in the future. My appointment was with Debbie, and she was very helpful as well. She listened to my problem, then offered a different product that works a lot better, and took time to explain everything about it. I am very happy with the service at Norco in Everett.

Today I had a class to learn how to use a cpap machine. I’m in my 40’s and was really not wanting to to use this machine due to the stigma around it and skepticism if I really needed it and if it would do any good. I was also doubtful of my ability to tolerate it. I am happy to say that all the staff I encountered at Norco were not only kind but extremely prepared and knowledgeable. The training left me feeling positive toward using the cpap and equipped in how to use it/what to expect. I’m also quite hopeful and determined I will be able to make this machine part of my life successfully, and by doing so feel better, prevent illness and be able to live a longer and healthier life. Thank you to all the staff at the Everett Norco office. What a great experience today. So impressed!

Plenty of associates, all sitting in cubicles. The only one at the front that was helping customers was nice but had a line of people waiting and had to answer phones as well. There were 7 of us waiting and not one employee sitting in a cubicle came over to help. Very frustrating, especially when some were not on phones and were looking right at us waiting...My aunt had a low air loss mattress delivered from here and the delivery person told her to look on YouTube to figure out how to set it up. Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get a CPAP replacement for my husband from a prescription the doctor wrote as his is broken. I have been contacting them for almost two months and they keep messing up the paperwork. They are incompetent on processing medical requests. Have spoken with the manager who tried saying he needed a new sleep study although he just had one recently, and medicare will not pay for another one in that short of time frame. Finally spoke to a person in Portland who corrected the mistakes made on the request they had submitted.

Bad at listening bad at repeating what they thought they heard. Phones always ring and ring until you get transferred to the manager.....who never answers their phone. Constantly getting sent items I don’t orders or need leaving the burden on me to make sure they get returned and credited. There is nothing closer to use and it’s just trash. I decided to just go in and get my prescription and insurance settled.Then there was Terri and Deanna. I queued up and met Terri when it was my turn. She understood my frustration and promised to find someone to help. That person was Deanna, the branch manager. She couldnt have been nicer. She even suggested I get new headgear for my new CPAP.Then it was back to Terri to get the machine and get all the paperwork finished. So ladies, thank you. I recently got my CPAP from Norco and had a great experience. I assumed that the class that is now required when you get a CPAP machine would be a waste of my time, since Ive had a CPAP in the past. I was wrong, it was very helpful and informative and far better than reading a manual about all the features these new machines have. Kendra was very helpful with showing how to use the machine and improve my chances of success with it, as well as helping me understand what my insurance will cover. The way insurance companies now cover this type of equipment can be a bit confusing.

I forgot my cpap machine in CA when I went on vacation to Washington. I cant sleep without the cpap machine so I was up a creek without it. I called Deana at Norco Medical in Everett. She totally hooked me - she called my dr.s office for the prescription and hooked up with a travel cpap for a great price. I really got some top notch service from them. Many thanks to Terri, Kendra, Debbie, Deanna, and many others who all worked as a team to correct many errors made by other entities like the insurance company, the sleep study hospital, the referring doctors office, et cetera. They consistently stayed on top of what needed to happen next, and helped me figure out what I could do to help the process along. They fit me into already busy schedules and they made it happen! I have slept with my CPap for two nights now and feel utterly thankful for their help. Without their persistence, it would be at least 1-2 more months -- minimum -- before I had a CPap. I was a day out of surgery with a non functional ResMed and these guys saved the day. I had a bad experience at a Norco in Eastern Washington but these guys more than made up for it. Thank you!

Poor communication skills means I know one supposedly $530 on something I thought I owned (thanks to my insurance company telling me I did), but was apparently renting it.. even though I wasnt using it because its use gives me astham..hmm not to breathe while I sleep or not to get to sleep because I cant breathe...And now I somehow have to absorb a $500 bill over a miscommunication
