Excellent team! I worked with Matt and Annie, sure thats not how she spells it, at the Everett location and they were both amazing. I felt absolutely no pressure and they had such patience as I had changed my mind quite a few times. As the designer I sometime needed to speak with my client right in he middle of deciding to see what they think, the staff s was gracious and showed no signs of frustration. It truly was a great experience.
So I had a appointment for the installation Mike the installer was great.But the order I received was wrong all the blinds for the bedroom were all cut to long we checked the measurements and they were correct.We havent been able to use the bedroom for privacy issues after we were told prior to the installation to remove the old blinds otherwise there would be a charge to remove them.I left a message for the Everett, MA store to call me back waited 48hrs. They never called.I called again on the 3rd day and stoke to a sale representative.Who I was trying to get my appoint across about not able to use the bedrooms since the windows were not covered for anyone to look in.No manager was available.It seems you cant fix any issues with the blinds over the phone, you have to call the corporate office.
Nice product. Some irritations along the way but as with any business its to be expected. Ultimately the product was installed beautifully.
We met with Matt at the Everett, MA location last Saturday, and it was a great experience. We had what seemed like a daunting task of figuring out 11 different windows for three different rooms, but it was very easy and efficient. We were out of the store in about 40 minutes even though they were very busy. Matt honed in on exactly what would work best for us. We are looking forward to our new blinds!

Consistently attentive, good service at this location of Blinds To Go. Also, their lifetime guarantee is a real thing and they make no bones when you bring in a 15-year-old cellular shade to restring the guides.
We purchased shades for our entire unit the weekend before the COVID shutdown in 2020. As soon as it was allowed, the installer safely came and installed our shades. Recently the cord on one broke. I called and was told it was under a lifetime warranty, bring it in and it would be sent out for repair. I brought it in Friday and by Sunday afternoon I received a call that it had been returned. The shade is as good as new, repaired at no cost. Excellent service/excellent value. Would definitely buy there again.
The staff and the installer Steve at Blinds to Go in Everett were excellent. Steve was respectful in our home and lighting fast installing over a dozen blinds, he’s a true pro!!!! We had a minor issue that the store manager Delilah fixed quickly and with ease. I appreciated her quick responses and the willingness to help. In the end she exceeded my expectations. The blinds are beautiful and a perfect addition to our new home! Bravo!!!!!!

I recently shopped at Blinds To Go. I spoke with drapery expert Manita, and she was excellent. I told here exactly what I needed and what the measurements I had for my windows. She was very insightful and explained everything fully. Definitely a great place to go.
I found everyone who worked at BTG to be very helpful, competent, and pleasant. All the associates in the store, especially Anies, were fantastic. She knew the products, made an effort to save us money, and walked us through multiple options. The experience was super easy. Jeff, who both measured our windows and installed our blinds was efficient, precise, and super friendly. He was also very respectful of COVID protocols and just adaptable with the order of rooms since we had a 3 week old baby and a brand new house with unpacked boxes in front of every window.My only frustration was that it took about 3 weeks to get the blinds made because one single special order (skylight with room darkening for the babys room) took much longer at the factory. That was very different from the estimate we were given which was more like 10 -14 days. If I had known that one blind would hold everything up so much, I would have ordered it separately at a later date. By the time the blinds were done, it took an additional 18 days for an installation date to be open. I had asked at the time of ordering to schedule installation in advance but that isnt how they do things. The result was living in our new home for multiple weeks with no window coverings with a newborn while breastfeeding. It was definitely a time when we would have valued some privacy and light-blocking. They look great now that theyre in but if youre on a tight schedule, I would consider looking elsewhere or making sure you have no special items in your order.

At the store location in Everett everything ok but the installation day only 2 hours before I received a call from the guy told me his car isn’t work. So I wait for one more week guess what ? The living room wasn’t correct. So wait for another month. Friday morning received a call again from the installer guy his car isn’t work again. so now I still waiting to receive a job I paid 3 months ago. What a serious company .
Extremely unhappy with the products and service here post-design. Our in-store consultant was very helpful. However, the installer arrived and discovered that 1 blind had a factory defect. He had already removed our existing blinds, so now we have a window with no blinds at all and no update on when this will be fixed. One of the other blinds was installed improperly and is completely broken/unusable only one day after installation. The chain and cord mechanism is loud and looks cheap. I cant emphasize enough how dissatisifed we are with the products and service.

Purchased blinds in 2006 and the drawstring finally broke in 2021. Brought it in to be replaced and it was ready in a couple days. The best part? There was no charge! Great customer service.

I had a great experience with the staff, especially Mohammed who came to my house to measure and install. I’m also very pleased with the finished product, love the quality and sturdiness of these blinds, and it was a quick turnaround for them to be ready to install.I think the one thing holding Blinds To Go back from joining us in the 21st century is their manual payment methods and paper record keeping. They were unable to take my credit card number over the phone so I could be charged for the deposit, meaning I had to drive to the store to do it in person which is really unheard of these days. The amount of paper record keeping is also inefficient and environmentally unfriendly. Despite these inconveniences, it was well worth the trouble to go through for the finished product.
The staff, service, installation, and price at Blinds to Go are all quite good... The problem is currently the supplier of the plantation shutters they are selling (apparently). After several months and 2 reorders, we have part but not all of our order—2 out of 5 windows’ shutters installed. I’m not sure how the supplier is staying in business, given that the majority of the product arrives broken and in unusable condition. It’s particularly frustrating because the packaging problem is just not that hard or expensive to fix, especially compared to the expense of so much lost product. The installers and even the customers are actually willing to help figure out a solution, so I really wish the folks at the factory would accept that help. Maybe I’m missing part of the story but that’s my impression.

I have to wait for one year for my shades to be installed. Very hard to communicate with the local store. No service all the time. No one returns the phone call to schedule time. The person who installed the shades for us is extremely irresponsible. This is one of the most terrible experiences that I have ever had!! I strongly don’t recommend this store.

Installation? The order was placed in December 2020. My installation has been canc the night before 4 times. Finally an installer came out on 3/31/21 and the measurements take in December were wrong. I am beyond frustrated.Terrible just terrible.....

Quick, efficient service to order, super-fast turnaround, blinds look fantastic! Have now ordered blinds for 8 rooms (12 blinds!!) with this location and have 1 more to go! Have had them installed through B2G, and also installed myself. My bathroom contractor commented on how easy they were to install, too! Will recommend this Blinds-to-go every time.
Price was great. That’s about it. It took three separate trips with an installer, over a period of two months, to get this handled. The first trip, the order was completely wrong and for the wrong windows — and we PAID to have that part done professionally with an installer! The second trip the blinds were the wrong color, specifically the cartridge was NOT the color what we ordered. Blinds to Go was pretty insistent that what is there is what we ordered until we produced the original receipt that showed very clearly the original order. No credit, no we’re sorry, nothing but delay after delay! Finally, after three trips everything seems right. About a month in, and our fancy new shades have a problem with the tension control mechanism, so the shades regularly don’t stay shut on two separate windows. Are you kidding me? You pay for what you get, so I’d strongly recommend passing on these jokers and ponying up for a quality experience and a quality product.

This is a wonderful store! When it comes to blinds, this company will meet your needs. And the staff is professional and friendly. Most importantly, their warranty is excellent. If, let’s say, the cord lock on your blind suddenly stops working, it will get fixed at no charge. I highly recommend them.
Got blinds there three years ago and over all was good experience. The guy that helped us was easy to work with. However, I am certain I was told they would keep our measurements on file if I paid 40$ for measurements. Called just now for new blinds and they “don’t keep measurements longer than a year.” Perhaps you’re thinking I’m being cheap by complaining about 40$ but I paid 1500$ on top of the 40 for blinds there. And that’s in addition to the inconvenience of taking time out of my schedule to get someone to come out to do the same measurement again. For this kind of money I don’t see any reason they shouldn’t keep those records around.Also want to clarify the blinds there are good quality and have lasted very well for the last few years. I’m only interested in measurements because I want to do the second floor now. Which was the plan from the beginning.

The installer Mike Thompson. texted me the morning of my appointment 2 8 21 to cancel appointment due to the snow storm. His message stated I would get a call in 24 hours from BLINDS TO GO. . Have not gotten a call as of 2 10 21.
We are very pleased with the Blinds-To-Go service and product. Everything was ready for pick-up incredibly fast, within a couple of days, and every blind fit perfectly. Installation instructions were very simple and clear. The supplied mounting brackets are of a fantastic design into which the blind-rail easily snaps into place. We did an inside the window frame installation. Because all 10 of my window frames were the same design, I made a cardboard template for both the left and right side bracket locations to mark the drilling locations. That made the installation a breeze. If there was one thing that could be improved it is the quality of the mounting screws themselves. They should be made of harder steel. The heads easily strip with minor slippage of the screw-driver or when using a Phillips head drill-bit to screw in the screws. So, a word to the wise; be steady and firm while screwing. :>)
This is a great place to shop for window treatments. Their merchandise is top quality and their staff is knowledgeable. The quality is so much better than that big discount home store (you know who I mean!). A little more expensive, but totally worth it. I trust Blinds to Go.

This B2G SUCKS! The service I got here was absolutely abysmal - When asking one of the employees for advice on how certain blind mounting works, her answer was no. Like thats not even a response to my question let alone a helpful one! The manager was even worse... she was downright rude to us, and clearly was doing everything she could just to get us to leave since it was almost closing time. Ive worked retail, I get what its like to want to just be DONE at the end of a long shift, but thats no excuse for rudeness to a customer who is an existing client.At the end of our visit, we left with two samples to compare and the number of an installer in the area to contact, given to us by the manager at B2G, who said it was up to the installer to work with us directly. We spoke to the installer about the unique skylight were working with. She came back to us a few days later to say that shed check with the store [that we had been shopping at] and was told by the manager to say NO to our project request.Absolutely unbelievable. I will NEVER use this company again and will advise anyone I know looking for Blinds to avoid this shop, and B2G, with no regrets.

Staff here are all decent. Customer service is very good. The reason for only 2 stars is that the product is very low-quality. We bought several cordless aluminum blinds here 2 years ago. Since then, every single one of them has had a cord break, making the blinds useless. They DO stand behind their lifetime warranty. Every time that I come in with another broken blind, they take care of it with a smile and I usually get the repaired blind back within a week. I just wish that I didnt have to keep coming in every few months to have another blind repaired.

We ordered 2 material blinds and one was perfect, the second one was measured incorrectly and when it was remeasured it still came in too short. I have not heard from Blinds to go about a replacement even though they said they would replace it.

The worst customer service possible. Was told they can refund my card i used to put down a deposit and charge the full amount to another card. The manager pretended that was undoable and i was asking for something unrealistic. Will dispute charge and they can keep $2100 worth of blinds. Totally useless!

Went to this place for the first time to get blinds for my sunroom. The folks there were awesome! They told me how to measure, showed me samples, described the process. I LOVED the blinds so much, I purchased them for 3 more rooms! One of them was an oversized window, and the quality and fit were perfect. The shades are very thin so there is a gap on either side which allows light to shine in. After the shades were installed, when I called the store, the woman asked if the sales person had informed me that there would be a gap because they are inside mount. I had not been informed of this. Previously I had blinds that I had gotten at Home Depot, inside mount, they were thicker, and there was no gap.
Worst experience. Store people didnt go through order in detail and gave me two blinds for double window without asking me. I always intended 1 blind that is why i asked to have chain on right. if i wanted two blinds i would have asked for chain one on left and one on right. when i go back to them to fix it. they are telling me they cannot help because i signed the form. Beware guys.. worst store to go. i lost 500$ blinds with no help from blinds to go
