Staff are very helpful in assisting you with all your part requests and questions, theyll even mention a competitor if they dont have what you need. Simply put, you wont get screwed here. Make sure you grab a ticket number once you walk in, or youll be last to reach the register.

I went in here needing the tiniest screws for a military-grade phone case, and it turned out they had them! Not only that, but they also were able to sell me the screw driver and allen-wrench key to fit them! I really lucked out finding this place. I needed a tapered hex screw to replace the one that stripped out from my kitchen faucet. I checked several hardware stores that sold this faucet and repair parts, but none of them carried it. Tacoma Screw Products in Everett had it. Saved me from ordering one from the manufacturer. Knowledgeable employees here.

Messed up my order multiple times, I kept driving down before work only to find “oh sorry we forgot to order it” they then promised to call me when it came so I didn’t keep driving up unnecessarily. They never called me so I went to another store that had it done in less than 24 hrs.

Ive purchased fasteners for motor cycle repairs, ceiling fans purchased at lowes, repairs on vehicles, the list goes on. The personell there is always freindly and knowledgable. Ive never had to wait for the product to be ordered, theyve always had it in stock in the store there. I have and would recommend them to friends and family
