Great selection of quality plumbing supplies. Customer service was so so. Kind of like we were a bump in his busy day. Needed a good Kitchen Faucet and when I got it home before I installed it I immediately saw that it would hit the soup dispenser. Took it back still sealed in the box to find a better fit. I was told he was doing me a favor by letting me return it. I guess if you are going to advertise to the general public you should actually cater to them too. I will say that Im very happy with the faucet though.

Great people. They have everything plumbing. The Lynwood store didnt have it in stock. So they had it in Everett. I didnt have to wait more than 3-5 minutes. Plus, they are an SOG knives authorized reseller. Huge A+

Dont go here unless youre a contractor. Horrible customer service. They were very rude when they found out I didnt have an account and was only ordering a small amount of parts. I wont give them any more business until they get some new employees who dont have an attitude problem. Too bad since I live so close.
