Smaller store but still a decent selection. All the customer representatives were very friendly and helpful.I wish the cotton bolts with kids trademark prints were organized like the store in Lynnwood / Edmonds. It was really hard trying to find the characters I wanted because they were not put in sections together. Its much nicer when all the characters are put together like Harry Potter, Paw Patrol, Pokemob, Disney etc.

Its my first time ever shopping at Joann’s, and I’m so glad i went to this location. It was super calm, everything was labeled with big letters (I have bad eye sight), lots of sales and sale areas, no one was pushy or rude.I would like to thank two employees, firstly Candice helped me choose a fabric, gave me step by step instructions, cut my fabric and encouraged me I could do it. I must have looked clueless but she didn’t judge me and made me feel confident i could execute added sleeves to my dress by the end of our conversation.2nd Theresa, she checked me out and provided me as a new customer a lot of info including the app, the text to get a discount and was the sweetest person ever.Thanks ladies for making my day and making me feel confident I can alter my bridesmaids dress!

Great merchandise. I wish they wouldnt mark it so expensive just so they can pretend to have a sale. I guess that is a minor annoyance. Service can be a bit slow but its worth it to get what you want that many other places simply dont have

This is a great JoAnns store with lots of stock. Its in one of the strip malls so theres tons of parking. The employees are friendly and know their stock well.

This is a great place for buying fabric (not that the name didnt give it away lol). The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store also has a lot of other things like art and craft supplies. My only complaint would be the few items other than fabric we looked for were really hard to find and not where you would think they would be.

I am not a sewer or anything and was simply asking for some help and was given attitude from an associate. They had very few employees working and no one else even acknowledged me or were too busy to help. I put back the stuff I was going to get and left. Not giving them money when they can’t spend a few minutes helping me.

Jack helped me today and he was so kind and knowledgeable! Great place great staff!

Found what I needed (thread) and got patterns too since they were on sale. But they still have way too much seasonal decorative crop. Dont forget your bag or theyll charge you for a plastic bag!!!

I went there to see the fabrics, it was amazing, so many different types, definitely going back.

Great customer service, love all the items, lovely fabric choices, and great deals on acrylic paint for 99 cents.

I was able to get all fabrics and notions on my list plus as usually a bit more.The check out clerk found a coupon on my phone and saved me at least 1/3 of original price on my order.

There are always sales on holiday decorations. I always come out with more than I originally went in for. Great variety and selection.

The store itself is fine but whoever does the staffing should be FIRED. 3 employees in the entire store to serve 50+ customers?? And two of them were only cutting fabric. It’s unfair to the employees to put this much stress on them. I will just drive farther to Lynwood where they actually staff their store

The JoAnn fabric store in Everett was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how they set up social distancing at the cutting table. I was in and out in a jif because of their help in finding what I needed.

This place has everything that you need for fabric

OMG. They have created frames from heavy HUGE plumbing PVC and strung cheap clear shower liners across.... its hideous, distracting and how the HECK be safe? How do you clean those cheap thin curtains? Seriously? I have covid proofed classrooms and labs, what they spent on PVC they could have bulk purchased plexiglass. IMO it shows lack of support to the employees.

Pretty nice overall, nothing standout good/bad. Just smaller than other Joanns.

Polite, friendly staff. The store is always being stocked and cleaned. Very happy with this store.

Its understandable, during this time of pandemic, that the inventory for some items is low... Elastic, white threads and some material. With that being noted, it would be helpful if there were signs posted as to were extra items are if the item, such as elastic is not stocked in its regular spot. After watching and wondering a loud, I was told it was at the cutting counter. Also, there were no numbers for assigned waiting. Thats okay, but I think it would be easier on the staff and customers if a sign or signs were posted in order to help direct customers; you could put a sign on the ticket dispenser... The ticket dispenser sees a lot of action; people stare at it, comment and then you hear an associate mutter, No numbers, wait in line. Then, customers are sprawled about and at times unable to distance. I think the mostly stellar staff and customers would be better served if they had a bit more help and room. Having an associate or two whos primary responsibility is helping with directing traffic and providing direction would be plus.

Only giving a one star, would give zero if I could. No proper marking for where the check out line is, Ive been in the store more then once in the past month and have had multiple problems with people walking past where the line is supposed to be and be cut off. When I talked to the manager about putting up a proper sign I was told they will think about it.

Good selection of flannels here. Watch the quality, it seems to vary from bolt to bolt, but many are pretty nice. Never pay full price here, theres always a sale and coupons available online and in their app.Their selection of quilters cottons has improved in quality over the last several years. All in all its a pretty good place to shop. They also have a big selection of crafting items.

Always have plenty of supplies but the staff except for a few members, have zero skills or unable to answer sewing questions. Good thing I can sew and know what to look for. A customer stopped me after getting nowhere asking a clueless young man a question on fabric blends. She seemed happy with my help. But the store is close and that important to me.

They have a good selection of arts and crafts supplies and some nice decor. Customer service at this location left much to be desired. The staff couldnt tell me where simple items were located and couldnt be bothered to help me search.

They are the Number 1 choice for a wide collection of fabrics, sewing patterns under $5.00!! They also carry craft and art supplies, hobby kits, stickers and rubber stamps, etc. Customer service, other than the sewing/fabric area, were two young men neither with much energy. One stood at the front door register while the other hid in back. Not busy on a weekday. Good prices, lots on sale!

I know these are difficult times, but I’m very disappointed with the quality of service at the Everett location. I placed an order online for curbside pick up because I needed sewing thread. The process was so disorganized and required me to be closer than 6 feet to people. A few weeks ago I had a safe and easy experience at the Lynnwood location.Avoid the Everett store at all costs!I’m not the type to leave bad reviews. But I wouldn’t have placed my order at this location if I knew. Last time I went the the Lynwood location I called the store and told them my order info over the phone and the man brought it out to my car, he came to my passenger window to give us both some space. This time in Everett I had to wait in a line, give a woman my info that was sitting outside the door. Then wait around more people also waiting for their curbside pickups.The employee assisting us outside was not polite to the customers. A lot of customers seemed very frustrated.I wish I would have just paid extra for shipping to my home.

Favorite store for kids arts and crafts.

This store is always staffed with friendly associates, but the store itself can be very difficult to navigate. It feels very small and the selection isnt always the best, not to mention theyre often out of things.

I ordered pick up at store thinking it would be faster! Haha was the joke on me! 2 days ago I ordered 8 small balls of yard, have not heard your orders ready so I called the store, said that it will probably not be ready till next week!!!! What?? By then I am sure they will be out of stock on some of it! Ugh not ok!!!!

This is my first time visiting the Everett location, cause I have recently moved to Mill Creek. Very clean and organized and the reps are helpful and nice. I always find what am looking for, even though it is somewhat on the expensive side. For crafts, it has everything u need and then some.

Amazing! I was at this store about 8 years ago and I thought they were going to go out of business for sure. The shelves were always bare, it didnt feel clean, and there werent a lot of people in there when I went. However, when I went about a week ago, it was a complete transformation! They offer so many more products and their fabric selection (and affordable prices) are one of a kind

Went in for oil based paints and canvasses and they dont sell oil paints. What kind of arts and craft store doesnt sell oil paints? Huge selection of acrylic paint is available. Their canvasses were way too expensive too. Ugh...amazon wins again.

I went in today for a couple of things and I couldnt find anyone to help me (who arent helping other people). The store was pretty busy. But as I was wandering around the store, I realized that they have some awesome seasonal stuff! Tons of crafts for kids and home decor. I will be going back to look at the Halloween and Thanksgiving stuff again! Not to mention theres always coupons you can use

Love this store--o ly wont take my wife. Hate feeling rushed. Its the sort of store that I can spend hours and hours. Fabric over here, craft paint over there, no sew kits way over there, ready to buy very reasonable price decor. Love love love, only wish everything was in stock on my list :)

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Couldnt find exactly what fabric I had in mind, but the cutter helped me stick with the type I needed, and I ended up finding something very similar. Excited to explore the rest of the store on my next visit!

Great store, great service from the staff. I always spend more than I came for bc I see so much cool stuff there. Only complaint is that they really pared down their paints. No oils and barely any acrylics or brushes. I will be going to Michaels for those from now on.

A bit pricey but they have great sales and monthly coupons for people on the mailing list to counter balance those prices. Staff is friendly and generally have many great tips and ideas.

Ive been in here several times for multiple projects and was always able to find what I needed, tons of different kinds of fabrics and sewing supplies. The staff are also incredibly helpful when it comes to any questions you may have.

No matter which store you shop at ..in any town..you will always find exactly what you are looking with a nice discounted price.

There was no where to find assistance, aisles were jumbled, unmarked, just completely disorganized. I almost walked out after becoming impatient, at the last minute I found what I needed. The cost of the item seemed much higher then other craft stores.
