100% first class service.. From the first call, all the way through install.. Came out for measurements on time and actually came a day early for install which was a pleasant surprise.. We were on the deck last night trying to figure out how we went so long without the awning and drop-down screen.. Because they wouldn’t let me give them 6 stars, here they are.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are so happy we added an awning to our back patio. It kept our house cooler this summer, provided adjustable shade and keeps us dry in a drizzling rain. We have a new outdoor room to enjoy and feel safe with entertaining.Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful as well!

Rob, TJ and the Seattle Shade and Awning crew were absolutely fantastic! Rob came out, discussed ideas and options, measured, and BOOM! Supply chain issues! He was truly apologetic and even offered to let me out of the contract given he had no idea when product would arrive. Thankfully patience and practicality prevailed, and now I have an AMAZING deck cover. TJ and crew did a stellar job with installation day, including welcoming assistance from the dog. The cover is perfect - allows plenty of light in to the house, provides a TON of shade and helps keep the western-facing deck cool. We are thrilled to have use of the deck year round. Robert is amazing. He came to our house and was very knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. He showed us all the options and explained in detail each product. He is easy to work with. His crew did a great job installing a very big and heavy louver at our house. When the motor of our louver stopped working, he replaced really fast. I highly recommend Seattle Shade and Awning.

Rob and his team have been amazing. We have used them several times now as we have discovered how fantastic the exterior shades are. We installed more after our first order. They came back to help us when we had to redo windows with removing and reinstalling the shades. They were very responsive and helpful when we had one damaged in a storm. We met Rob Holt at the Seattle Home show in 2020 and we were impressed with his knowledge of awnings. He came out right away in February to give us a bid and in March we had a large 20 x 13.6 retractable awning installed on our Southern facing deck. We also decided to go with the LED dimming light kit as well. The guys that installed it were great and we really liked the electrician that they work with too. The awning looks awesome and it has really cooled down our deck area. Since the installation, I have had a few questions for Rob and he has gotten right back to me. I hired Seattle Shade and Awning to install five exterior roller shades and a roof-mounted deck awning on a lakefront home in Bellevue- Rob (the owner) was really professional, knowledgable, and communicative throughout the process. We hired Seattle Shade and Awning to repair our non-functioning, and quite ancient motorized awning after meeting T.J. at the Seattle Home Show.It turned out to be a great decision, Owner Rob and T.J. saw to it that the repair was done at the least cost to us (no up selling), and everything was handled with the greatest professionalism. T.J. Fischer from Seattle Shade and Awning actually sold and installed fully automatic sun shades for our Solarium from another company he worked for at that time. The awnings are fantastic and have made the Solarium livable during the hot summer months. Since moving on to Seattle Shade and Awning we have had several minor issues with the sunshades Every time that we have called TJ with one of these issues he has come out within a day or two and fixed the problem. We have been very pleased with TJ and his responsiveness to our issues, instead of saying that he is no longer with that company, he stands behind what he sold us that’s integrity and it’s a pleasure to encounter.
