They upsell on items you dont need. I specifically asked for an item, and sometimes unless its a higher quality item I dont want a lesser quality product just because you guys have it in stock. If you dont have something in stock just say so...I wont be offended 🤦‍♂️

The owner or manager tested our battery and told us it was bad and sold us another battery. When the new battery didnt solve the problem we called to say we wanted our old battery (core) back. He called the next morning saying that he pulled the old battery and tested it again and it was in fact still good. He knew it was good when he tested it the first time but wanted a sale. Very dishonest! Will not go back.

I contacted Pacific Power Batteries for an emergency service when my car battery expired at the wrong place and time. I was in the Providence Hospital in Everett when I decided to call PPB. I was not sure if they render on call service outside the store they are located. Travis arrived at the hospital parking garage to replace the bad battery. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much. I appreciated highly your commitment in providing satisfactory service.

Brought my battery in for a recharge and to have them check if I potentially needed a new battery. The first guy that helped me pretty much told me what I already knew then told me my battery would be done, charged and ready to pick up by the end of the day. I called back about 6 hours later and was answered by a very rude impatient associate. All I wanted to know is if my battery was ready to be picked up. This guy left me on hold for about 10 minutes just to come back and tell me it won’t be done until the next day. There is a huge lack of care and customer service and a huge wait for something as simple as charging a battery. Next time I’m going to O’Rileys.

I brought my motorhome in for rv batteries. Matthew replaced them for me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the choices and did not try to upsell, I couldnt be happier. The price was good and the installation very reasonable . I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

For a hobby i repair watches. I needed 6 different batteries and they had em all. I didnt stay to look around but it looked like they have a large inventory of supplies. Ill be back

Ive been coming here since I moved to Everett, for my car, truck and motorcycle batteries, today I stopped by before they closed thinking Ill just buy a new battery, because the female thread on my side mount was stripped and wouldnt hold my post to my positive side, I talked with Matt, he was very helpful, he went outside to look, he was very knowledgeable about the lead wires to the double battery system that was installed, he did all the work and took the old parts inside and found a longer post that worked, with a spacer,, I thought I was out for the price of a battery he could have easily sold me one, but Matt made it work! Thank you Matt and Pacific Power Batteries.

I bought a converter which blew after 2nd use which I attempted to exchange. Upon purchasing i was not told I could not return products if not in the system. After 15 minutes of clerk messing w computer I was denied return. On top of that the manager in charge was patronizing. Evidently Covid isnt the only thing killing small business. In this case a complete lack of customer service is the culprit.

I was at the Gateway surgical center for my husband having shoulder surgery. While he was in surgery. I discovered that my car battery was totally gone. Jumping battery could not get it started. Across the street from surgical center is Pacific Batteries. I called and got a very nice young man ( Conner). He looked up and located a new battery for me. Then went out of his way to find me and install my new battery. I was in a panic on what to do before talking with him.. Conner really helped me out of a jam. The service, kindness and thought fullness was truly appreciated !! This customer service and helpfulness will never be forgotten. Pacific Power Batteries will always be a 4 star company in book. I went in to get a battery for my old Corolla on Sunday where Lexie helped me. I told her I didnt need any expensive brand because it was for my junk car and she recommended a 2019 second battery that was only missing a handle for around $70 after the core charge. Mind you, if this review was only on Lexies service and hospitality it would be 5 stars, and she is the only reason for 2 stars and not 1. unfortunately when I got home and put the new battery in my car it wouldnt even start, unusual for a new battery but I assumed it had been sitting a while so I jumped my car to start it, drove it around and turned it off, low and behold it wouldnt start again. Thought possibly an alternator issue so 3 jumps later to o reileys they tested my alternator and said it was fine but that my battery was bad. I took it back to power Pacific and this is where the problem arose, who I am assuming to be the manager, older gentleman tested my battery and said it had a bad cell and that its because I decided to buy a second battery. Like it was my fault, sorry aint nobody paying 70 dollars for a bad cell battery that cant hold any charge. I paid the difference of another $54 for a replacement. And in front of me was telling other workers that the battery couldnt even go back on shelf. Maybe I just misread him but I didnt like feeling blame put on me for the headache I endured dealing with them. Maybe If they tested the battery initially when I first bought it we wouldnt of had any issues.

Very disappointed in this company...I have purchased everything to maintain, charge, and connect my batteries from this company.To include; new cables connecting to and from the alternator, starter, and to the battery, also including all grounding cables, custom made by them, $500+ just in cabling. $300+ battery + the extended warranty.That being said, they also tested my alternator, no problem there.Then how is it that an manufacturer defective battery that wont hold a charge, cant be exchanged (considering there extended warranty (2 years)+ manufacturer warranty (3 years )) after two years?This is the third battery that I have had issues with over the past 4 out of 5 years (different vehicles ), that have all been tested by the company. To make sure that the vehicles, or the way that the batteries were being maintained were not at falt.All that being said...They have decided not to warranty there product, and replace the defective battery (as I purchased the extended warranty ).Conclusion.I am boycotting this company, and telling every single person in my very extensive collection of wonderful friends & colleagues (military, car community, car club, car enthusiasts, mechanics, salespeople, and business owners)...To buy some place else, where they have the customers interest in mind, not the ole mighty dollar.

Ummm NO thank you! Hubby called today for a battery which we needed so very desperately and was told $125...so we drove to the local Walmart & walked out 10 minutes later with a $50 battery (after taxes and $12 core refund no less!!). Im all for supporting local retailers but a girls gotta feed her kids too ya know...

This place is awesome!!! Kind owner and staff. They recycle batteries, computer parts and monitors here for free. If you did not know this costs money elsewhere. Also they have a lot of really cool tech parts for sale that can solve your techy needs. Anything power even solar systems come in and check it out.

Ive purchased large 4D batteries for my boat twice, and the staff and owner have been amazingly polite and helpful, they sold me what I needed for a great price. They had what I needed in stock, helped me with general advice on battery care, and were open on Sunday for me to pick up my purchase. Cant beat that !!

Ordinarily they are awesome. Today, tried to give me wrong battery, didnt test load test and voltage like usual, kind of unhelpful. Their a-team must be on vacation today.

I bought 2 new batteries 3 months ago for my pickup,they were good at first then they got weak and would not crank it over very fast so it was getting hard to start.I took the batteries back to them and they checked them.his exact words were they were a little weak but not defective I told him they should not be weak after only 3 months so I would like my money back. He said he couldnt do that because they were not defectiveSo they will not stand behind the junk they sell.I would not recommend any one buy car batteries from them because they are junk and they will not stand behind what they sell.

These are wonderful people to work with. I desperately needed a very unusual battery and they were very accommodating. I hope to never buy another battery elsewhere.
