Bought a used Suzuki DL650. The bike didnt come with an owners manual. The salesman ordered me one and mailed it to me. It cost the dealer over $25 to do that, but they didnt charge me anything. Nice!

Got a passenger helmet at a great price. Then went to the parts department and picked up some spark plugs for my Shadow 750. Service was great, and very helpful. New motorcycle owner and had everything in one place for me.

Purchased some tires for a CT90 build as they were the only shop that had the tires I wanted. It appears that one of the tires had been sliced with a box knife. Sent photos and a replacement was sent two day air the same day. Awesome service from Cameron in parts.

We were working with Thad and he was great. We were dealing from a very long distance by phone and he was very patient with all the phone calls. When we drove up, everyone was polite and helpful, not pushy or anxious. It was unfortunate we did not like some things about the vehicle itself or we would have made the deal. We were very happy with the attention to detail and service and Thad was so nice. They helped us with directions to a hotel and checked out our own vehicle to make sure it was ready for the trip home. Now that is great service and how you should treat people! I love coming here! Staff are always friendly. I remember in April, when the pandemic had just happened. And the staff were so helpful with my shopping experience. I was down to the wire for purchasing some t-shirts and a hat for my dads birthday. They always have great apparel on hand! Wish they diversified a bit and leaned towards can-am so I can shop for myself! 😉

If your buying a Husqvarna, GO TO EVERETT POWER SPORTS! This guys (Service and Part dept. staff) knows Husqvarnas motorcycle extremely well! Landon helped me understand my bike and what is important and or not do. My son has 2021 TE 300i, we stopped by after riding and spoke to Landon and thankfully to the time to look at the issue on my sons bike, Landon immediately corrected the issue on the spot and dialed other things in that the dealership my son bought his bike from did not inform him of i.e. what fuel to use etc. Thank you Landon for your expertise and professionalism, we are loyal customers going forward because of you mainly and your team. Ive been going to Everett Powersports since moving to Seattle area. Ive purchased many gear items from them over the years. You can find some great bargains in clearance items. Ive purchased many parts over the years. Knowledgeable staff and they can suggest alternatives. Ive had three motorcycles serviced over the years. Always very thorough inspections and very communicative service personnel.I recently purchased a used motorcycle from here. Sales person Chase was amazing to work with. He worked around my schedule for viewing and test riding. He was patient while I secured financing. This has been a fantastic vehicle purchasing experience.

Anyone else, when I mentioned an older California Side Car trike kit the answer was a resounding No. Not these guys. It was absolutely, bring it in, well fix it. Ive got a couple parts from them, and have had a good experience all those times. But the last time I went, I asked for a specific spark plug, and they didnt understand what spark plug that was. I told them my bike with exact year and model and said they have plenty. I go there and they give me the wrong spark plug. The plug was for the older years of my bike (7 years older). The only bad experience Ive had here, and am willing to go back because of my past good experiences.

I called around 11am on a Saturday due to a flat tire on my 2002 Honda Goldwing. After realizing my AAA doesnt have motorcycle towing coverage, John was at my house in about an hour. He called me to tell me there were two recalls (on my 18 year old bike) and they were doing one that day, and calling about specifics for the other when they open again on Tuesday.At 4:45 I picked up my motorcycle with new tires, oil change, and new master cylinder with a ridiculously low towing charge. The same day!Super friendly, over the top service, and working hard in these difficult times to win repeat customers. They certainly have one more.Thank you for everything. I will certainly be back.

I went there to get a new front tire. They have first come, first serve, on Saturdays, in the service department. I was in and out, in no time. I got a great deal on a tire, and a complementary wash. It was great!

They are why I refuse to buy from internet parts stores!

Highly recommend! Had a great service experience. On a Saturday I was moving to the Seattle area from Idaho for school. While towing my motorcycle at a stop just 2 hours out of town I realized I had a blown fork gasket ring and it leaked all over my front brake pad. I start school Monday and had no way to get there. I called Everett Powersports they said come in and we’ll see what we can do. Dan talked to his manger Matt and they found the correct parts on hand and managed their team to rush to see the job done in time. Or else it wouldn’t get worked on until Tuesday. Not only did they take care of me as a walk in with a 3 hour job to do but they completed it the same day!!! Unreal. Cedric, the service tech, even came over and showed me a neat trick to keep it running during very cold days. Enjoyed their service very much!! 5 stars

Hands down the best Motorsports shop in the North End I would say probably in Western Washington. Great staff all the way around very helpful, courteous knowledgeable and they always have a smile on their faces. Quick turnaround time for parts ordering.

Excellent place, every worker in the store greeted me to make me feel welcome. The parks department got my parts even though the store was about to close. My wife spent all the money in the bank account so I was $0.96 short the gentleman at the counter covered my ninety six cents. I dont know why I ever go to cycle Barn.

Dan completely exceeded my expectations. I was in for a tune up and Dan was very detailed in his explanations of the service. My bike was ready sooner than I was told which is always nice. But Dan went above and beyond. I had my 8month old daughter with me and both during drop off and pick up he took care of unloading and loading. That brought his customer service to the next level. Everett Powersports is an anomaly these days. They are a family owned, mom-and-pop shop that puts customer service above all else. The majority of their employees have worked there for years, and that experience really shows in the customer service and product knowledge they provide when you deal with them. The employees know the industry and anticipate the needs of their customers.Ever gone in to another motorcycle shop in search of that one part your bike needs to get you out and riding this weekend and been told by the clueless twenty-something behind the counter that they have to special order it? That kind of thing doesn’t happen at Everett Powersports. If you ride a Honda or a Suzuki and you need a common wearing part, chances are they have it on the shelf. They are willing to invest the money it costs to retain experienced employees and carry stock on hand so that you can go riding this weekend, not in five to seven business days. You will get the correct parts the first time, no drama.The bottom line is this: This is an honest shop with good people working it. They will take care of you. It’s simple as that. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Very service oriented... sold us wrong battery, yet came back and gave us exchange and extra pointers and recommended other actions.

From start to finish working with Kevin was a fantastic experience. True story, I came in the minute they had opened up and he greeted me with a big smile and even though they didnt have the motorcycle I saw in the add he said he would take care of me. He left me with such a good impression that after I had been to 4 other dealerships throughout the day I returned to Kevin at Everett Powersports to make my purchase of the perfect motorcycle for me. He kept his word to the end and did take care of me.

Sales people are born not made and Kevin makes the grade. I recently purchased a go fast from him for my son. Kevin gave me a fair price and made the extra effort to see that the bike was safe and reliable. The one negative aspect of the dealership is the service department. They seem to have short memories, are activity challenged, or just can’t seem to take and keep notes on customer requests and scheduling. Not a deal killer just frustrating.

Great place to buy motorcycles, Ive bought two bikes from them just in February of this year. One of the bike Ive bought from Kevin who is a great salesman, and so is Chase for the other. They answers all my questions and is helpful in picking out the right ride for me. Theyre very knowledgeable about the bikes and always steered me in the right direction. Angie took care of the financing for me, made the paperwork process super easy. The entire staff are polite and friendly. Will be doing business with them again.

Amazing service department! Amazing parts department! My wife and I were passing through on a 16-day motorcycle trip up the Pacific Coast Highway. We pulled into Everett Powersports to pick up a part for our comm system. We then went back to service with two issues: The right floorboard for the passenger needed to be tightened and I did not have the correct tool. The second problem was even more serious: The left saddlebag would not open. They took the bike back and solved the problem in under ten minutes. The cable needed to be adjusted so the saddlebag would open. When it came time for the bill they simply said: Youre good. Have a great trip. It is important to note that the reason it took so little time to repair is because Everett Powersports knows motorcycles and how to fix them. In fact, when the mechanic came out to look at the saddlebag he said: Ive seen this before. If I lived in the area this would be the ONLY place I would go for parts, service, and gear.

Got exactly what I wanted, a little custom since Im needy. Chase provided incredible customer service during the process and was very accommodating. Candace did a great job helping my blue collar attention span understand paperwork etc, and knew what she was doing without a doubt. I would buy again here for sure. Dont tell my mom :-)

Very nice showroom. A sales associate introduced themselves right away, but left us alone to browse. They have a pretty good selection of clothing/helmets/gloves for dirt to street riders. I doubt that I covered it all. They would be my dealer if I lived here.

Brought tires in off my bike. Got the new tires on and done within a day!! Got my wifes bikes tires off and took in when I went to pick mine up. They had her tires done very quickly!!!

Brian went well out of his way to help me with ATV parts and service before this Memorial Day holiday weekend (in which, I am sure they are very busy with many hot ticket items). I have an early 2000s model Honda ATV with aftermarket parts so finding a solution was a bit tricky, but Brian would not quit until we had a solution in place. I am very thankful for his patience, insight, and his great attitude. Due to his diligence and friendliness I will definitely continue to come back here for my motorsport needs and I will also recommend Everett Powersports to anyone & everyone. Thank you guys!

My husband and I bought two motorcycles from them recently. They were so helpful and friendly. We were in and out very quickly. They had our bikes ready to go before we even got there and as soon as the paperwork was done they helped load and tie down our motorcycles. They also taught us how to tie them down. I recently bought a helmet there and the employee gave me an attitude the whole time there. Love the product but could of got it the same product with a much better costumer service. I did buy some parts as well and the people over at parts were much nicer. **Little update** I spent 800 bucks on a helmet and since I am a new rider I wasnt sure how to wear a helmet but the one she told me to use is too big for me.

Went in without an appointment because I needed a tire put on a wheel, they were very nice and worked me into the schedule.

Not many motorcycle stores around the state to choose from this being the closest to me that sometimes has the parts I need and a service center to install them. The staff is great. Only wish they would have more parts on hand for my bikes so less wait to get them fixed!

This is the first bike I have ever purchased brand new and Everett Power Sports and Chase made an awesome experience. From financing to signing I was loaded up and out of there in an hour. Chase never tried to oversell me, he just gave me the facts and let me make my own decisions!

In February my 2003 GL1800 needed to be picked up for major repair. My rear end was making noise and I did not feel safe driving it in for repair. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I got from the service team here. I first had them pick up my bike and was met by a very professional individual that made sure my bike was securely strapped down for safe delivery to the shop. After just one day I was notified of the diagnosis and repairs needed for my bike. After giving approval for them to perform the repairs I was called the following day to inform me that my bike was ready for pick up and all repairs had been done. When I went and picked up my bike I had my invoice reviewed with me as to the repairs done and it even came in at a lower price than I was quoted in the beginning!. I would recommend Everett Powersports to any of my motorcycle friends. I found them to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and very good about helping you to get the very best pricing available so that you can be assured that your motorcycle is running at top performance level. Five stars for this shop and I would give more if I was given the opportunity. Thanks for everything you did as a well staffed shop. I am riding my motorcycle with great confidence knowing that I got excellent mechanical workmanship done on my bike.

Went in to buy a Husqvarna 300 The woman in the gear department was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking at helmets unfortunately they didn’t have the model I was looking for. The big guy that helped me look at the Bike was not interested in selling me a bike, asked to be educated on it and he had almost no details on the bike and didn’t know any of the specs even down to the weight of the bike and acted as if I was wasting his time..... I purchased one elsewhere

I am very happy with the service I received here after an accident that wrecked my bike and gear.I would like to thank the service department who worked well with my insurance company and I to handle the situation with my bike.I would like to particularly thank Marley for her excellent service in helping me quite a bit to make sure I was able to find suitable replacements for the different pieces of gear I needed and that it was to my liking. She did a great job, working with me to find exactly what I wanted and when it turned out their distributor was not able to get them the jacket I had ordered, she again worked with me over the phone, offering other jackets that were as similar as she could find and was patient while I looked into those on my end. Thank you!

I brought my Honda NT700V in for a valve adjustment. I was pleasantly surprised on their attention to detail after having the same service done by a competitor. The valve measurements were legible, they adjusted them to the center of the specs. The bike was clean, with no greasy fingerprints. The job was done promptly as requested. This may seem minor, but all those items were not delivered by the competitor. Ill bring it back for the next service.

Looking for a dual sport bike and nobody had time to talk to me . So I left.
