Awesome place to do business with. Great staff.
These folks are the best. They will help you find the right tool for the job and will even fix it when you tear it up. So far I have bought 2 lawn mowers, chainsaw, blower, weedeater, and a power washer. They have some of the best brands too Toro, Stihl to name a few. Most recently bought my future son in law a mower for their new home.
I bought a 60HP Kioti NX6010H tractor from Straub today and the whole experience was great. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful talking about the tractor, implements and the different attachments. These guys are top notch and I will continue to do business with them. Highly recommended!
Went above and beyond Great job
Went there to get parts for my Toro push mower. The man at the parts counter looked up the part, had it in stock. He was very knowledgeable about the Toro mower, and was very friendly and helpful
Always good 👍
Great service, nice people
Store has all you need for mowers, trimmers, tractors etc. Always great competitive prices, but 1 of the most ridiculously bad attitude (DAILY) employee w/ tree trunk on his shoulder
Just inherited a Stihl weed eater and needed new line and 50:1 fuel. Excellent gentleman begins counter of Service dept showed me how to feed the line and even volunteered to put line on so I could watch and make sure I knew the procedure. Very courteous and friendly service. Would definitely return to them.
These guys got a lot of choices in outdoor power equipment, plus tractors and attachments. They carry some of the best brands available.
Best place to buy outdoor equipment
Friendly knowledgeable service. Went in to buy a couple chain saws and was not pressured into buying something I didnt need. Even recommended a used one to save me money. Ill be back.
Very professional!! Clean store, helpful staff!!!
Bought my ZTR Gravely. Very helpful in showing me the different models.
I have gone to Straubs for over thirty years. They have many parts in stock. They are always friendly, polite and willing to answer questions. They are willing to help find parts for older equipment. They are one of the finest dealerships in the area. I highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and their selection is great. They are my first stop for Stihl parts, Briggs and Stratton engine parts, Kawasaki engine parts and Tecumseh engine parts . I have purchased two different Stihl chainsaws from them. I am happy with both.
I was in a stressful place needing a part for my chainsaw. I had reason too believe this part was not normal service. I arrived at straub and as always greeted with a friendly service tech. I gave old part to worker and looked around in the showroom while he went to work on my delima. He returned in 7 minutes with my new part, wow I just cant say enough. I always leave straub satisfied and glad Im a customer. Thanks again straub.......
Went to look into buying a commercial grade mower. Guy wasnt interested in showing. No other customers there. I ended buying a Skagg from a dealer that actually wanted the business
Very helpful and polite.
Service was excellent and the store was clean and very organized.
Great place. Very friendly staff.. Helped us right away.
Its a long drive up on Highway 65 aka Big Cynthiana Road, yep they have good service, and a lot of variety as far as long as ours are concerned new and used, I understand why their prices are high because of so much overhead, pays to shop around..
Sold me the wrong blades for my mower, had to return back to the store, and pay more money for the correct blades. Not happy
Excellent service without pressuring me into buying anything
Scott and his crew are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Last year I had them do an oil change/ blade sharpening on my 2 year old mower. I received the mower back with too much oil in it and as a result it started outputting black smoke. I was told that it was a carborater and unrelated to the oil being too full because they said it was coincidental that I get the thing back broke. so I pay $40-50 to get it repaired again ($300 so far). this year I had them fix the drive belt, change the oil, and sharpen blades for $300. when I first got it back I checked the oil and it was a half quart too full again, within the first cut the belt fell off the pullie over and over, and the blades cut worse than previously (left little Mohawks in the yard). I called them and complained but received no apologies and only got attitude in return. now my mower is at Scotts lawn and getting fixed for another $300. straub will never get a dime from me again and I will not be content till everyone knows about them.
Great service
