Ryan is our UniFirst Service Rep, and he has always been pleasant and responsive when we have requests or need to make any changes. His follow through is remarkable also. It is worth noting that during the pandemic, Ive appreciated the limited exposure and consistent mask-wearing also.Kim and Shane has been very helpful with billing issues or helping to communicate requests to Ryan outside of our normal route correspondence, too. I could not ask for a better uniform company. The driver is the best I could ask for. If there is ever a problem or a question he responds very quickly and solves what ever issue or question I have.
