Owner Jeff is very knowledgeable about his products and staff members are extremely well-informed as well. They are very responsive and take time to explain how things work. They have a large active showroom and have provided excellent follow-up service, even though we are quite a few miles away from their location.

After checking out the other guys in town, I’m so glad I followed my friend’s recommendation of Spa City. We ordered our hot tub with $500 down and the rest due on delivery. Spa city kept in contact and delivered ON TIME as promised! (Even during crazy COVID times)They recommended electricians so we were wired and ready to go. From delivery, to set up and maintenance these guys get 5 stars! The girls were a great help with figuring out care and answering our questions . We love our new spa... Thanks Spa City!!

We were in desperate need for a pool this year and Spa City was all sold out like everyone else. They contacted me couple weeks later they got some in. We purchased the Splash pool 13 x 25 and like they said easy to set up, just the two of us took about two hours then ready for water. These pools are awesome. I highly recommend one and the people at Spa City were so nice!

Great customer service. Very helpful. Delivered our hot tub for free and set it up. Best priced hot tubs in all of Indiana. And trust me, my husband drove over 200 miles and called many places. The quantity of our hot tub is also great.

The best service we couldnt possibly expected, and then some! Delivered our new spa, and hauled away the old one, in less than three hours! Financing available.

I wasnt sure what to expect or how much it would cost so I went here to just look around. The owner actually showed me around the place, took time to explain to me about each one and the features and explained how financing and everything else works. I had a great experience and will be back here in the future.

Walked in girl sitting in office asked how she could help us? Told her we were looking for hot tub. She told us to look around ..... Everyone of the units had a sold sign on it. She never came out of the office to help answer questions. There was another couple looking but they did have a salesman with them. As we were leaving the male salesman who was talking with other couple asked we we found want we needed??????

We shopped around the Evansville area with several hot tub companies... Spa City by far had the best customer service. No complaints here!
