Jordan on the West Side of Evansville was able to fix the horrible events and reprogram my devices from Greg’s mistakes from the East side location. Greg’s setting hurt my ears, and claims he did nothing wrong. Greg is full of anxiety and does not listen to his clients. He kept saying “I hate technology, I hate technology”. Well Greg get out of the hearing device business, because if the devices are not set right they can do more harm than good. Thank goodness Jordan was able to get me back on track. I have been a Beltone user for 5 years. Greg is new to Evansville, and I DON’T RECOMMEND HIM.

Husband & I both have hearing aids, his were purchased at the beginning of pandemic, we were not pleased and tried to get return them within a few days. Unable to reach Anyone due to shut down. Follow up visits did not offer much help. This took place at Beltone Eastside office.I on the other hand purchased mine several years ago from Jordan at Westside office. Husband having more issues with his so we went to Jordan on West. He resolved the problem immediately and offered suggestions to enhance our experience. My husband has dementia so process more difficult, Jordan was very patient with him. We will always go to Jordan with any issues, he is an asset to the Beltone company and hopefully they treat him that way. Margie and Gary
