Too pricey, I real like ace and always will. Warm knowledgeable staff, pricing could be a little more competitive, not price matching, I will paymore because the service sets Ace apart.

This place rocks! I love it. Im new to the area. Its attached to a great grocery store that reminds me of home. The employees are so friendly and seem happy, very sociable and helpful. The prices are great. I cant speak highly enough about this place! Really great service. I will continue to shop here first rather than the other usual stores, simply for the customer service experience. Also, if they dont have it in the store they can order it. It took two days for my order to arrive. I pick up at the store. They had it out, ready to go, and helped me load and secure it. Great folks!

Ace Hardware is one of the greatest places to go the prices are very good compared to even Home Depot Lowes or Menards I am happy to share this information they have a great spot off of Morgan and the people are friendly very helpful and I appreciate the fact that they carry the products and services that they do

I was in Ace Hardware and IGA on Morgan about an hour ago. Every time I come into the store your staff is so wonderful. Today I was checking out with some balloons and they got away from me. Your wonderful staff got a hook and got my balloons down from the ceiling for me. I am sure in many other stores they would have ignored me but your wonderful staff was so willing to help me. I just want to say Thank you so very much. You have a fantastic staff. In many stores you are just considered a person but in your store you treat customers like family.

Went to the first store to get children safe roach killer that was listed on their website as a stocked item. They were out.I asked if they had another store they could check to see if they had it to save me driving there. The second store never answers their phone so off I go 10 miles down the rode to get it. As you may have guessed not only did they not have it either, there was no one else in the store. There is no customer service at either if these locations

The Associate was very friendly & helpful. They had what I was looking for. Just came from Rural King where its hard to find someone to help you. You have to walk all around the store before you find an employee. Very happy with Ace Hardware.

I love their hush puppies and coleslaw. Fish is good too. Prices are a bit steep and drinks are not included with price of meals. Staff is polite and they bring food out to you. What other fast food restaurant does that?

As soon as I walked in the door a gentleman greeted me and asked if you can help locate what I was looking for. I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where it was. Good customer service.

Super friendly if not always super well-versed in their stock or hardware in general. Tool selection is a bit spotty. Stock levels can be frustratingly low. I recently had to give up trying to find four matching 4-inch clamps of any kind as they simply didnt have four of any one clamp (just an example). Ive had to walk staff through the difference between NPT and BSP threading on pipes and fittings and explain that No, galvanized and iron pipe are not the exact same thing. But the prices here are good and if you already know what you want and dont need their help figuring that part out, this is definitely a go-to place.

Just called ACE Hardware on East Morgan ave, Thank God I got an employee named Luke, told him EXACTLY the same info I explained to the Mount Vernon Manager, he instantly typed the UPC into his gizmo and said they do sell them but when I asked if he had two boxes in stock, he walked right over to the shelf, explained none in stock, and placed an order for two boxes to be there on the next truck .Now I know where to go, If you think ACE is the place, I suggest you try Evansville E Morgan ACE/IGA, no problems, no argument about the SKU, not too lazy to walk over and check the shelf, just good old fashioned service.Maybe the MV store can get some lessons in customer service as well as their equipment, when Luke typed in the UPC, he said it showed the item as well as the SKU that the MV mgr found so elusive .

They made keys for us. I had to come back because one of the keys didnt work and even though it was late at night and a different associate they redid it for me with a smile.

It has a limited Supply as far as a variety is concerned because its small. Some of the stuff is overpriced. But they do sell Craftsman tools. Its okay if youre in a rush and you want to grab something real quick.

Twice I have gone to this store and sat for at least 10 min at the registor waiting for someone to check me out. Nobody ever came to the register so I walked out and went to Rual King. The sad thing is that I saw the person in the back looking at me through the one way mirror. This is no way to run a business. There is no excuse for this.

They have a variety of things that I liked. Just there before they were to close and couldnt find anyone to help me.
