I just love shopping at this schnucks. Everyone is so polite and ready to help you with anything.

Love going this location but also love Schnucks in general the people at this location are very nice and great selections of food I do wish they would bring back the plate lunches to go. My only complaint would be the prices are on some things in the deli like meats and cheeses are a bit high especially for those on fixed incomes trying to get the most out of there budget. I will most definitely shop at this location again.

Had a good selection of meats. Shelves wasnt full like it use to be, saw some bare shelves. Prices higher on lot of items. Friendly cashier.

A three star rating is unfortunately lower than what I would like to give. But unfortunately the change in hours of operation due to Covid which has ended and was a year and a half ago now, they have still kept their shortened hours. The grocery store is phenomenal, and the only store anywhere near our area, BUT Closing at 10 PM, especially on weekend nights, is unacceptable! They used to be open until midnight on weekends, and 11pm on weekdays or maybe even midnight On those days too. Huge disappointment! Huge inconvenience! And and unfortunate deterrent from wanting to shop at location if they can’t resume normal business hours when society has been back to normal for sometime

Store pushes you out and locks the doors at 9PM. 7 days a week.

I had used this location’s bakery for previous events (including a wedding) & just recently did again for another. The management has changed in the department & it was a poor decision.I called three weeks before my event, I asked her what size would be appropriate for the number of guests we had. She recommended, I followed & ordered. She asked for an emailed photo of what I had in mind, she would call me if she had any questions.Fast forward to the week of the event — due to living out of state, I called on Monday, stated I wouldn’t be able to pick it up Thursday evening as planned, it would be Friday morning. They said no problem.Friday morning (I’m leaving my home to pick up my order) the bakery calls. “What was the photo you were wanting on the cake” ....” I did not order a cake with a photo on it.. I sent you a photo of what I wanted the cake to look like.” She apologizes, asks that I text her the photo, she is going to decorate it now, “my manager was out of office yesterday” — but it will be done when I arrive.This cake was the size of a toddler’s smash cake. It was for a 50th anniversary party, serving 40+ people — yellow, with a turquoise bottom. The cake I intended to order, but clearly no one took notes or looked at the email they asked for, was to be gold & navy.The poor teenager who tried to give me the small cake saw my face when she brought it out & said “you want me to get my manager, don’t you.” From the initial call to picking it up was a disaster. After I showed the photo again of what the cake was to resemble, the manager said she would redo the order — I sauntered through the aisles trying to think of how I could just make the cake myself in the four hours before my event. The manager then, instead of calling me, hunts me down in the aisles to tell me “it won’t really be gold... but we’ll mix some brown into the yellow” ..... THIS CONVERSATION WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT THREE WEEKS AGO.After an hour — they call me back to look at it. It’s leaning, melting, cake is everywhere. Still yellow, mostly blue. The line for checking out was into the produce department, I asked if I could pay for it there, she took my card information. I finally left.An hour & a half was wasted of my time.

I really really love this Schnucks. They have a great selection of specialty items. I do wish they had a bigger selection of frozen food items, because they do not carry turkey sausage patties. The store is always very clean and the staff is friendly.

My husband and I are disabled. Everyone went out of their way to be extremely helpful. We could not have accomplished our shopping without their help. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Fast, friendly, Very professional, And they do a great job! I have made this oil changing spot my all time favorite place to get in and out and to keep my car on the road ! Gabby, ( Gabrielle), was one of the techs..... she well informed me of any concerns about vehicle, and knew her stuff. I had 3 people who could literally be their own Nascar pit crew, working on my car. Changing oil, one checking fluids, one entering information and replacing air filter and checking pressure on tires. I Absolutely Love Valvoline Instant Oil Change Facility! I live north of this place and it is totally worth the time to drive to it. I highly recommend this place! Thx to the employees for doing a great job! 😀😁🤟👍🤠👏🤜💪👨‍🔧👩‍🔧💪The Men &Women!

The counter was closed I had to go to the florist for them to refill my tank The lady was rude.

Always find more than I need, selections are diverse. In person check out line was 10 carts deep, only waited 8 minutes.

I have NEVER had an employee be so rude and disrespectful to me ever, in any store let alone Schnucks. The woman working the self checkout, which is already a slow and frustrating system, was so rude and condescending.

Very clean, well stocked. Single line at checkout leading to several attended registers that were accually attended. Out very guickly.

My husband and I rarely use any self scan registers and different stores have different systems set up. We only had 5 items and thought wed do the self scan because the cashiers line was backed up. Not knowing that the items, after SCANNING and SACKING, had to stay on a shelf until paid for, we put the sacks in the cart, ( like we would at other stores) and the order wouldnt process. The assistant was very rude when we asked for assistance as she told us what we did wrong. Im sorry we didnt know what to do, but there was no excuse for her rudeness.

Schnucks markets are always great places to grocery shop. This one is particularly outstanding in the produce and meat department.

This is a clean, well run, well stocked store. It is big enough to have a good selection to choose from, but small enough to go to if you only want one or two things. I recommend it.

Love this store just wish we had some of these in Eastern Kentucky, they keep the best produce and food choices Ive seen in a grocery store

To the rude employee working the self check out on 1-15-2020 @11:30am. No I dont know how to use the obscure look up system for apples. Because I dont work here, nor was I trained. So cut the attitude plus I did have a valid question about the $100 issue with the machine not accepting them. Since it clearly stated no $100 accepted see attendant . But Im supposed to know that the Machine does accept them after all.I love this store but that just SMH.......

While we were in town for a local event we came here to get sandwiches for lunch every day. The deli was very convenient and fast. There was a large variety of options to make any type of sandwich you could want. There were also great sides available. Everyone was very helpful also.

The people who work there are courteous and very helpful. Noone there had a bad attitude like some other stores.

They dont help on meat and seafood side. They are rude.

The distance wasnt being kept and the young cashier didnt clean very well after the customer left and then waited on me. Hardly no one was wearing masks and I think it should be done. They where low on stock and empty on a lot things.

I understand things are sideways with the covid-19 protocols. But when you have over 20 people in line and three registers going and it takes over 45 minutes just to get to a cashier then you need more cashiers.

The produce is always good, and lasts... The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind!! We hardly ever shop anywhere but Schnucks, because you can count on them to always have a fresh, as well as wide variety of items!! They also carry my FAVE at this location, sushi, and its always fresh and delicious!!

I hate going to the grocery store in general, but this Schnucks is far better than other grocery stores. I love all the things they have for kid...the tiny shopping carts for kids to push, free cookies, and a free piece of fruit. It seems very clean, the produce is fresh, and they have a nice salad bar with many options and fresh ingredients. The aisles are wide and checkout line are usually short.

Very clean. Nice assortment of produce, but too much of the fruit is just not ripe enough. Its misleading, because it has the color and appearance of ripeness but isnt ripe fruit. Picked way too green!

Love Schnucks Darmstadt! Employees are helpful & kind. I bring my own bags & always have plenty, but the men want to stuff everything in one bag, when 3 is necessary for the bags to not be so heavy.

Schnucks has the best selection of food and during the corona virus panic, they worked so hard to stay stocked and keep up with increase in customers.

Good store. Produce section was very fresh and full. The meat is an incredible value. They have the Big Box Deal which is 4 packages of meat pre-wrapped together all for $19.96! We got $33 of meat for less than $20!

It is a grocery store. It has a wide variety of food. It has a bakery. The employees were friendly and helpful. They have self-check out stations. Was in and got what I needed in about 10 minutes.

Id never been here till we came to Indiana for Thanksgiving. Its not a bad place to shop. They had some really good prices and selections.

I hate going grocery shopping, but this is my favorite store in town. It’s always super clean, the layout makes sense, and the staff are friendly. It’s also close to home but even if it wasn’t I would drive to it. It’s just a lot nicer than the others in town.

Its the only store I like going to, its convenient and very clean
