Great place to save money of good food.

The Morgan Avenue store has the most friendly and helpful employees. The first avenue store should be the same way. I drive across town because of how the employees treat their customers.

This store has recently changed store managers. The former one is now in Henderson and it shows. Employees doing whatever they want. And acting like your intruding in their life to answer a question. So unfriendly and unprofessional

You need to bring your own bags or pay 0.11cent a bag. Then you have to bag your own grocerys.

They have very good products at great prices. Never over congested or hard to shop. Can get in and out quickly and pay much less than you would expect for lots of quality items. I have not had anything that wasnt good there.

I like the prices

Any time I have been there they open check out people if the lines are long. I love that. Because Im always need to get out quickly. The people who work there have always been nice and courteous. The prices are excellent.

Great prices on almost all inventory. Quick and friendly service. Megan was my cashier and she greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude. One of my favorite grocery stores.

My go to grocery store

Shopping at Rulers is our favorite grocery experience. We are always pleasantly surprised by the low total.We also like that the store is small enough we know where all of our items are yet large enough that it has everything we are shopping for.GREAT STORE!!!So glad it is in our neighborhood.

I cant say enough good things about RULER FOODS. Affordable. Decent selections. Big aisles and laid out well. If youre shopping on a budget RULER FOODS is the place to go. Their prices are amazing and customer service is good. They put Walmart to shame!

Im a Kroger kid. I grew up in the Cincinnati area. They have the best store brand products hands down. I was very happy to find Ruler when we moved to Evansville.

I shop here constantly. NO Frills, no carts unless you pay, no bags... bring your own. If you are on an unlimited budget this is NOT your place. Some of the food is better than the stores you pay more for. It depends on your priorities.

We love shopping here. Great Kroger products. Produce is minimal and not the best, but dry good and frozen have a nice selection.

Convenient and really good prices. Be sure to bring your own bags. And look out for quality on veggies and fruit.

How do they sell their milk so cheap I dont know but its a good deal

This Rulers was fully stocked; even the $.98 lb strawberries! The one by my house usually runs out. We were the 3rd in line, and according to their stated policy, they opened up another checkout. Very clean.

The sign says if the line is longer than 3 customers they open another register which is untrue. Sometimes they have very long lines wrapped around and only one or two lanes open. Other than that good food at cheap prices and check cashing fees are only $2 so its a great place to shop... Just plan on being there for a while.

Definitely NOT one of the better Ruler stores. I live right nearby but still drive to the Green River Rd. store if Ive got the time. Ive found the store to be dirty, disheveled and all around nasty. Their produce is awful and you will find lots of things still on the shelves that are out of date. The employees are rude and Ive stood in line for 10 minutes or better before the cashier asked for someone else to help. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the price of their dairy items are the cheapest in town.

Ruler Foods is an excellent store for great savings on quality products. The Kroger store brand items are really good.

This location is near my home and I shop here frequently. The staff is friendly but it is a smaller store then one on the east side. However foremost basics it is adequate. Their produce particularly fruit and tomatoes is not very good at times. Most recently all the bananas look to beat up and the tomatoes were moldy. Thats the first time Ive seen that at this store so perhaps something happened to the shipment.

Rulers has great products the Kroger brand has been around for years sometimes lines are a little slow but the quality and price is worth the wait....

I love Ruler Foods. Gallon of milk for $1.09. Amazing! Pullups(genaric brand) for $4.99. These are much better than name brand Pull-ups at half the price.
