This was our first time going to Meijer, the place is really nice and its huge!! The people who work there were really nice and help too. Unfortunately what we went there for, they were sold out of, and I was told they might have more in the back, but didnt go back to check for me. But they do have just about everything else you would want there, so I do recommend shopping here. We will probably be going back, I just wish I lived closer to it.

Absolutely love this place. Its got everything you can think of and some things you cant. Dont make the mistake of not grabbing a cart. Youll need it. Enjoy!

Convenient location and huge selection. Prices are good. That said, there seem to be issues keeping the shelves stocked. I truly cant trust that Ill leave with everything on my list as a lot of the shelves are empty every time I go.

We usually LOVE Meijer, but they were out of ground beef a few weeks ago and they gave us rain checks. We still havent been able to get any!UPDATE: After a few weeks, we finally got our ground 80/20.

Store associates very helpful...only went to grab a few grocery staples. And left...it was late evening...will update after a few more trips so I can experience the whole store.....i liked the layout of grocery section. Easy to find needed items. Once again. Staff makes shopping a plus and easy checkout as well. No long lines and waiting

Have never actually made it through the entire store but I am a big fan.I like their clothes selection because its not the same as other stores. They have an amazing grocery selection and everything in between. Go there!

The produce section is never fresh. OTHERWISE, you can get everything you need in one trip. Love it!

Seen a worker getting yelled at by a customer and cops got involved. The worker were great handling it. They also have fresher produce than other stores in the area. Its always clean and never super long lines

I went there to have scripts filled for my dog using good Rx which should cost under $10 for both scripts; the first lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She scanned my good Rx coupons so they wouldnt have to worry about it on the back end and told me my script would be ready pretty quickly, 20-25 minutes, if I wanted to wait for them. I said sure and started browsing around the store. 25 minutes later I went back to check on them and a very unfriendly, bored/irritated guy at the pick up area said they were still processing so I thought okay Ill wait a little bit longer and went to browse the store some more. I finally get a text that my scripts were ready an hour later. The same bored/irritated unfriendly guy is at the pick-up and says my total is going to be $32. I explained I had the good Rx coupons. He got more irritated and said oh, well you should have given me those so I could run them through. I said oh, Im sorry. I thought you already had them because the lady at the front scanned them. He then proceeds to tell me that they did try to use the coupons but they were refused for some reason. So I waited almost an hour and a half for nothing. I just wish someone would have contacted me and let me know what was going on so I could have made a decision on whether or not I wanted to sit there and wait at the store or go home and figure something else out. This is not the first time that Ive gone to their pharmacy and been treated this way. Most of the staff that Ive encountered with the exception of the girl that took my scripts in the beginning seemed very unfriendly, flustered and irritated to be there. If the coupons through GoodRx werent so cheap I would never use their pharmacy again.

I love Meijer, I think it is a great grocery store in general. It is very clean and organized. I prefer it when it comes to grocery shopping. They also have great clothes that are actually in style and not too expensive. I also love the home section which is similar to Target but cheaper. I love the candle section (well I love candles in general) but their is a wide variety and cheaper candle options.

First time visiting, excellent store! Very clean, and so many choices! The employees i dealt with were all very friendly as well.

Meijer is the cleaner alternative to Walmart and cheaper than Target. The employees are friendly, though they can be hard to find when needed. Shelves are generally well stocked, though there are definitely better times to shop.

Curbside pickup is much better since they moved it closer to doors. Used to feel like I parked in the back 40 and if it was snowing or raining staff had to dredge thru it to get to my vehicle.

Meijer sushi is top notch. Im not big on grocery store sushi but I have to admit I enjoyed it from there.

Shopping at meijer is always a good experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars but the selection isnt always the best but understandable with the way the world is right note

A great grocery chain in a great location. Their produce is top-notch with an ever expanding portfolio of diverse foodstuffs from around the world. This Meijer location has definitely made significant strides since its grand opening in 2016.

Manager Jean is awful and snarky to not only the employees there but also the customers.She screams at everyone and makes you feel like a criminal when you are not.I shop at Meijer every week for my groceries and have for years. Ive never had someone there treat me anywhere close to as bad as she treated me and my husband today.Shes sarcastic, snarky, rude, and has ZERO customer service skills. She would be better off working at a prison.Too bad because the other managers and staff there are wonderful.

They have done a really great job with the pandemic. I have felt as comfortable shopping as possible. Pick-up is really convenient and I have had awesome staff every time.

Like to shop here but they never have anything in stock from the ad. I understand some items but almost all of the sale items they dont have so to me thats false advertising.

The grocery store is clean and efficient but its hard to find things.. the pharmacy needs work. They do a good job and do try but they always are out of some meds I get every month and arent super accommodating when it happens.

I absolutely love shopping at Meijer, theres always deals and sales to find. However, I went back to the pet dept just to look at the fish while I waited for a friend and this is what I saw. I felt sick, there were literally dead fish in every aquarium, and not just 1 or 2 like youd expect. I know stress can kill a fish and transport is stressful. These have been in there a while, Im an aquarist and its one of my favorite hobbies. This was heartbreaking. Please get someone who knows how to take care of the little lives in your care.

I always enjoyed Myers because it was something different than Walmart and Target but every time Ive ever been there I feel like Im being stalked and watched like a hawk and its never failed when Im looking through the clothes or something that I just give up and I leave because I cant take that feeling anymore has anyone else felt this as well?

This store is bigger than I thought it would be. Has pretty much everything you would need for a quick trip.

During Meijers initial years, I loved shopping there. They had a massive selection of grocery, produce and general merchandise.Since the pandemic, I have found the selection and inventory levels to be very disappointing. Staff members are nonchalant and apathetic to customer needs.

Had to check myself out and bag my own groceries. When I asked an actual employee for an antibacterial wipe to wipe the conveyor belt she appeared to be put out by my request! At least she was getting paid, I did all my work for free with no discount or help for that matter. Doubt I will be returning.

Have a lot of good stuff. Sushi is good stuff. And there pizza at the deli. The cheese stretches. That is how you know it is real.

The bakery was very poor at communication. I ordered a 2 tier cake 2 weeks before my Schitt’s Creek birthday party. When I arrived to pick up the cake, I was told that my order had been canceled. I did not even have a cake. I was told I was supposed to get a confirmation that it was canceled, but I had not been informed. I asked the bakery to put on my cake “Oh Schitt. She’s 21!” I understand why that could not be put on my cake, but I was put in a difficult situation. If I knew this, I would have had the bakery leave off the personalization. I was not even offered any kind of cake for my birthday. I ended up going to Schnucks where the bakery was more than willing to do anything they could.

A man greeted us at the front and was very generous! We found what we needed to cook tonight. Though the produce could be better most of the time we go to Meijer.

Prices are not competitive.. Meat department needs to be better organized.

And the argument that self checkouts is taking someone’s job? It’s not. The argument could be made the same for online shopping. Pick your battles. Best store in the world but dont use their grocery pick-up. Its awful and the pharmacy staff are rude. Otherwise store is clean, and grocery store is well organized. I like the seafood dept. And their kids clothing department is great.

While I love this store for its selection, Im a bit annoyed that changing rooms are still closed. I never buy clothes without trying them on. I figured since the signage wasnt up that it was open again, but no. I had to put everything I had back and leave. If you want clothes just skip it for now.

It would be great if they opened more registers. Great items and layout but expect to spend 30+ minutes in line to checkout.

Very clean store with large selection of items, from groceries to clothes to electronics. Prices were fairly reasonable and they appeared to have a number of sales going on. The layout was a bit confusing and it took some navigating to find items, aisles were small.

Have good variety of food to choose from

I buy Clausens Pickles. For the past few months they have not been on the shelf. Also the Meijer brand Diet Cranberry soda is always out of stock. I guess I like what everyone else likes. I have been buying rotisserie chicken a couple of times a month since the pandemic.

They may want to train the employees what the word fraudulent means. My fiancé and I bought alcoholic items and I had her wallet with me. I handed the cashier her ID card and she looked at both of us several times and stated she couldn’t use this ID due to the fact that I handed it to her. I then proceeded to hand her my ID. Seems a little excessive that I couldn’t hold my fiancé’s wallet for her.

Pharmacy just cant get it right. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO PICK UP SCRIPTS, THEY ARENT READY OR THEY DIDNT RECEIVE FROM MY DR. went there 3 times after receiving text that meds are ready for pickup and guess what? They werent ready. Changed pharmacy today

Evansville Indiana store is awful!!I would love to give zero stars but unfortunately Google hasnt given that option.Do not and I will repeat DO NOT do online grocery orders with this facility.I have done online orders with many businesses throughout this pandemic and I will tell you from first hand experience with a total of five orders completed with Meijer that not a single one has ever been smooth.My final order with this company and my absolute last, resulted in awful choices of getting the usual substitutes because this store is typically out of stock of several items anytime that I had the unpleasantry of ordering with them due to conflicting times available at other retailers.When I got home I found that I was given upgraded meat which is a typical standard for substitutes but was also charged more money than the advertised price on three total items.I was overcharged $35 on my online order and when I called the store for a resolution, I was told that I have to call a customer service phone number in order to discuss the mistakes made by the Evansville Meijer store instead of it being handled directly from the store that made the mistake to begin with.After 2 hours and 8 phone calls to the customer service department because typical wait times are 15 minutes or more, I finally got a resolution and a refund acknowledgment that was supposed to take 7 to 10 days.Much to my surprise, when I called on day 10 because I hadnt received my refund, I was told that it was not processed properly and given to the right department so they would have to reauthorize the refund and send it to the correct department but it would be expedited and I should see it in a few daysIm on day 14 today and after calling the customer service / corporate phone number again and having another 30-minute conversation, Im being told that it will take another 7 to 10 days to get my refund and that there is nothing and no other solutions available that could get my refund to me any sooner.Its no secret that Meijer prices are higher than every other grocery store in this area and its also no secret that the shelves are always empty but that is why I ordered online so that I wouldnt have to find empty shelves and I could shop the sales items quickly and not waste time trying to find items that they just dont have in stock.I probably should have just taken the risk of going inside the store and wasting my time finding empty shelves rather than doing an online order because their customer service department is much more incompetent than the store itself.This isnt something that I will have to worry about anymore as I would rather starve to death than shop at meijer again.I did however want to send a warning to anyone who has thought about using this store or its grocery ordering process.Feel free to take a look at my other reviews as I dont just put negative reviews, I put honest reviews with many positive experiences in my many reviews posted on Google.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.Evansville Indiana store.
