The process of getting the quote to installation was great! We were originally told that the install date would be mid-May, but they were able to get us in this week and finished in 2 days. Since we were not expecting them this soon, our yard was not prepared for the deck and they even pull out a bush for us. Zach and Brandon were great to work with and their finished product is beautiful! Can say how easy it was to do business with! Highly recommend!

Backyard Fences & Decks did a fantastic job installing a wood fence at my new home. Prince specifically was very helpful when helping me decide where to run my fence, as we had some easements to work around. He was patient, knowledgeable, & helpful, and ultimately made me feel much more comfortable with my decision on where to run the fence.His team then came out and did flawless work installing the fence. I’m very happy with the quality of their work. But even beyond that, I texted Prince following the installation thanking him, and asking for advice on staining, and he called me with all kinds of great advice for how I could go about that if I chose to do so.I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for someone to install a fence!

Our wood pool fence was really bad. I was convinced that vinyl would be too expensive. They gave an amazing deal. Leo and the rest of the crew was very professional and they did an amazing job. My only regret is not calling them sooner!!

I would recommend 100%. I had a wood fence that was only 3 years old. My poor fence was in rough shape for 3 years old. I had Backyard Fence come out and give me an estimate for a vinyl fence knowing it would last longer. The owner came out and throughly went over everything. The estimate giving was a great price. The crew came out and before the even started to put up the new fence he went over everything. I felt at ease knowing I didnt have to worry about anything. The professionalism with the crew was way beyond my expectations. He walked over every placement of where the fence was going. Rob and his team redid our fence 4 years ago after a tree smooshed a huge section of our fence. The new fence still looks perfect after 4 years. I just had them cut a new gate into a section of it, after some home renovations, and again I have nothing but good things to say about BF&D. I would recommend them to anyone, they are professional, get the job done in a timely manner, and do quality work.

I chose Backyard Fences & Decks to install a vinyl privacy fence at my new house. The price and quality of material was spot on and the fence looks amazing. I had no issues with getting a quote and the looks and quality of the fence itself.I did want to bring up one issue I had with my experience and why I gave a lower rating. When my fence was installed they used a gas auger to dig the holes for the posts as expected. Unfortunately the installers gas auger was leaking gas so every where on my lawn they set the auger down it killed my grass from the auger leaking gas. So I now have about 10 round dead spots through out my lawn, which looks terrible. I mentioned this to them when they called and asked how the install went and all the representative said from Backyard Fence and Deck was she would let the installers know. No offense but for what I paid for the fence, to now have to go back and replant grass is unacceptable in my opinion. I would of at least expected a manager to come look at what happened and make some kind of compensation for all the dead spots in my lawn now.Great fence and would recommend but please monitor the installers for this issue so it does not happen to you as well.

What a great experience. Installed a beautiful aluminum fence along with multiple gates on our terrace. Completed in just one day, even though it was a BIG job. Crew was great and Rob did a great follow up process and worked great with our request. Gates on the terrace were custom and fit like a glove.

We install a vinyl privacy fence at our house. The quality of the material was good and the fence looks nice. However, ever since it was installed, there were two sections that keeps falling off often. I had mentioned this issue several times. Every time they come, they put the panels back and thats it. Few months later, I would have the same issue of those sections falling. The last time they came was last year and the representative said that he will be back to put something that make those sections stronger and he never showed up. Last month the same sections fell and I called several time and I had no one coming to check on them. Every time I call, they say that someone will come to look at it and after almost a month no one came. On the website, the company says that customer satisfaction is their top priority but it does not seem like it:(

Guys Seriously!!! We went from a huge janky old fence to a Fantastic new one!!! and Quickly!! These guys are workhorses- showed up on a rainy disgusting day- took the entire beast down, hauled it away and came right back to set new posts ALL in 1 day!!! I couldnt believe it. It had been raining for days and this fence was saturated and HEAVY (all 1000 ft of it) Day 2 we had a brand new Gorgeous fence by 3pm. This was a job and a half with both sides of the yard on a constant slope (not easy at all and Im speaking from experience bc I helped put the original up). They made ridiculously quick work of a nightmare job in the gross weather while trudging through the mud. All involved in the project from Diane that answered all of my questions in the office to Rob who did the estimate for us to the crew that physically did the labor- All fantastic people to work with- when its time for a deck- I know who we will be contacting!!!!

Very bad experience, with each windy day the fence falls apart. You need to call few times to get response if lucky. My fence got damaged after couple of years of installation and in the same spot they come and fixit then it falls again and again... they claim 10 yeas warranty which is not true at all. I do not recommend this business to anyone. By the way there was no storm just regular windy day just two defective areas getting damaged twice a year meaning bad installation

If I had the option of giving no stars I would!! I had an appointment on February 14 (yesterday) to have someone come out and look at my backyard to give me an estimate on a wooden privacy fence at 2p. At 2p I was sitting in the window and I saw their business truck pull up and park on the opposite side of the street from my house. It sat there for about 20 seconds and then it pulled off down the street. About 2 minutes later the truck came back and parked right in front of my neighbors house for literally 5 seconds and pulled off again. I figured he was lost so I called the business several times to see what was going on. On about the 10th time calling the receptionist finally answered and I told her what happened and she said she would contact the worker and then let me know what was going on. I thought he was just lost which is totally understandable. Well the receptionist NEVER called me back so almost an hour later after standing outside waiting I called her back to see what was going on and she stated that something came up with the worker and he will just measure my backyard on google maps and send me an estimate via email. I am very upset and disappointed in this company. I made this appointment a whole week in advanced and canceled a lot of things on my schedule just to be available for the day and they dont even show up. It was very unprofessional for them not to call and inform me of what was going on. If I hadnt been in the window and seen the truck pull up they probably would have lied and said they got out and knocked on the door and I didnt answer. This is definitely a place I will not give my business or recommend to anyone else for that matter. They showed me that they are untrustworthy and unreliable!!!!
