I am new at running (six months). I have purchased pretty much all of my gear from Ultimate Fit. The street running shoes and the trail running shoes fit perfect and it took nothing for my feet to adjust to them. Recently I was waited on by Joe who did a great job of helping me pick out some cold weather pieces of clothing. Since I am new at this I was pleased that he was patient and supportive especially since I am 69. He took my interest and ability serious. Thanks to Joe and Ultimate Fit for assisting me in fulfilling a new passion even at my age. The top says Susan but I am Susans husband Ben.

I was skeptical about rather Ultimate Fit could help my situation. You see Im very flat footed! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Joe,and let me tell you he is very knowledgeable about his product. He watched me walk and measured my feet. He wanted to make sure that I got good arch support. When I left the store I still wasnt sure I could get used to them. After rotating my shoes for just 4 days, I cant believe the difference. I dont wear any other shoe now. Good job Joe, Ill be back.

Great place to find new shoes if you are having issues with your feet when you exercise. One of their fitting specialists, named Jesse, just helped me to choose a new pair of walking shoes(I have bought shoes twice before at Ultimate Fit during the past 4 years). Jesse is very knowledgeable and very patient. He spent a lot of time working with me to insure that I found the best shoes possible to make my feet feel more supported and comfortable. Jesse is very professional, while at the same time being friendly, courteous and attentive. Thank you for a great shoe buying experience!!

Customer service is alive & well at Ultimate Fit! Every person I’ve encountered really is knowledgeable & helpful & SMART about shoes & how they should fit & function.They didn’t have the color I wanted of a style they had, so they ordered it. Fantastic! It came in record time.Oddly enough, the shoe had a defect that did nothing reveal itself until after a week of wear. I took it in & they reordered & apologized. WHO DOES THAT? No one. Try that at any other store.This store goes above & beyond to truly serve their customers.They also sold me some amazing socks, AND I HATE SOCKS. I don’t like to wear them. Ever. If you haven’t tried FEETURES brand you should. Amazing. So many options & great compression!

Went in for some custom fitted shoes. Joe was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, which went by fairly quick. probably took 30 minutes tops. Joe knew what he was talking about and even found 4 different pairs that I mightve liked based on the data collected. Ended up buying two of the pairs he suggested. I will definitely recommend this place to others and to ask for Joe if possible. Two thumbs up, 10/10 service.

I went into the store and right away a young man named Joe offered to help me. I told him it was time for new shoes and that my daughter recommended them for a proper fitting. Joe then proceeded to take me through all the fitting steps and came up with some recommendations. The shoe I ended up with felt I believe as good as I have ever walked on. In my opinion the system that Ultimate Fit uses works very well. RUN WITH IT.

Jesse recently helped my parents, who were visiting from out of town, find new athletic shoes. My parents are in their late 70s and Jesse had so much patience and respect for what my parents were looking for. He fitted them with insoles and advised them on their shoe purchase and was extremely personable through the entire process. I went to Ultimate Fit to get some nice shoes to start working out in. I would definitely say I had a 10/10 experience! Upon walking in, I was greeted by Megan and we immediately started the fitting process. Megan was SO nice and very knowledgeable about the shoes that would best fit my needs. She made me feel very comfortable and she really cared about finding the right shoe for me. I ended up finding an awesome pair of shoes that are perfect for my feet. Stopped by Ultimate Fit for the first time about a week ago as I am writing this. The shoe selection was great, there were many different brands in stock and on shelves. I was looking for more of a flat road shoe. Employee, Austin Nolan, was able to help me find exactly what I needed. He was very patient with me and expressed good manners. He helped fit, and explain how the shoes would support me and gave me many options to choose from. He also went above and beyond by trying to make sure I got the colors I wanted, and they were even able to ship in different colorways for me. I am very impressed of the outstanding service that was provided for me. Ill definitely be back again.

Had the best experience with trying to get comfortable shoes for work since I’m on my feet 12 hours a day. Went in 20 minutes before close and was instantly greeted at the door with A1 service. Olivia was very helpful and informative every step of the way. She really cared about finding the perfect shoe for me and it was definitely appreciated. I went to get my son running shoes to help with training for XC from recommendations from family and other XC team members and ended up leaving with a pair for myself. Curt was so good to work with and I had no idea how much having a good running shoe is worth it. The shoes I was using are junk compared to the Brooks I ended up with. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I drove down from Bloomington today and Im sure glad I did. Austin measured my feet, took note of my gait, and analyzed my arches and pronation to ensure I ended up with the perfect fit. I left with an awesome pair of shoes and ordered a second pair to be sent to my home. Thanks, Ultimate Fit. My first visit to ultimate fit was very successful. Was greeted by a very nice young man named Marshall as we entered the store. Told him I was interested in a pair of tennis shoes That would help my sore heels. They have a machine that measures your feet, can tell about your arches which helps him know which style of shoe to pick for you. I have a very short but a wide foot. Was very impressed with how many styles, colors I had to choose from. I was in and out within 30 minutes I’m very happy with my purchase. Great customer service!!

BEST customer service experience Ive ever had!! The entire process was quick, efficient, professional, and personal! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Dillon who helped me with the entire process start to finish, and made everything easy to understand. I have been having foot pain so intense that at times I cant walk, but I felt immediate relief putting on the shoes and inserts they custom fitted for me. This is the customer service of dreams, and I wish every business treated their customers with such care and attention! I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars!!

After describing how much we walk he put him on a machine that analyzed his feet and stance and size. He suggested 2 shoes and after trying on the first pair we were ready to leave with the new shoes! They were just what he needed.Well be telling everyone about this store!

I tried Ultimate Fit today after several reccomendations from coworkers. I worked with Jim on finding my custom fit for shoes and insoles. I genuinely wish I had gone much sooner. The customer service was incredible. Not only did Jim do a very good job helping me but I noticed all the staff seemed knowledgeable and passionate about helping the clients they were with as well. I cant wait to test out my new shoes for work. I feel extra confident knowing that if they dont feel as comfortable as they seemed in-store I can take them back within 30 days.

This is the only place in Evansville I will buy my tennis shoes! They are very helpful and friendly and give excellent advice. I bought a pair of the new Brooks Ghost 14 today and Olivia helped me. What great customer service I received. She brought me out several pairs of shoes to try on and gave me advice on which ones would work best for my feet. I was very impressed by her knowledge of each brand of shoe. If you want to support local business and keep this type of service around buy your shoes here! You don’t get that treated like that at the big stores. Olivia made it a personal experience for me today. She even encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try a different color on my shoes that what I have been wearing for years. I love them already!

I went to Ultimate Fit to purchase a pair of shoes that would allow me to walk without pain in my hips and back. After being warmly greeted by Melissa, she asked questions about my needs and really listened to my detailed explanation of what I was looking for. Then she proceeded to complete a foot analysis. She picked out 3 pairs of shoes and had me try them on and walk around the store to see how they felt as she watched my gait and reaction. I couldn’t decide because all three were right on the money! Everyone told me to come here, so finally I did, I had horrible pain in my arch. I stand on my feet for 8-10 hours in a factory and needed better shoes, Melissa was amazing!!! She never rushed me or never made me feel like she just wanted my money nothing at all!!! I will never ever go anywhere to buy shoes again except here!! You have to try it it’s so worth the money:)

My 1st time going to this store. My feet hurt so bad from wrkn and another friend recommended that I go. The service was excellent. They take time to make sure theyre putting you in the right shoes. My recent experiences with Cory at Ultimate Fit were fabulous! I took my two adult special needs sons into Ultimate Fit on two separate occasions. Cory helped us both times. Aboslutely the best experience in town! I tried a well known shoe that is hawked on the radio. Turns out, this pair of shoes were making me worse. The folks at Ultimate Fit were fantastic. They examined my feet and showed me what the issue was. They immediately had a solution and put me into shoes which were fantastic. I’ve been using the pack for about a week and am super happy with it! Very happy with the service I received and will definitely be back in the future.

I thought customer service was dead…Joe, the Fitting Specialist at Ultimate Fit, prove me wrong!As I walked in limping, just came off a 12hr shift, Joe came from behind the counter to greet me and immediately we starting chatting like we knew each other. To my surprise…while chatting he measured my feet then he put me on a machine that basically tells you details about your feet. From there…we went to the fitting area. He educated me, advised me and he gave me options! Not once did Joe come off as a salesman! This is the most I’ve ever spent on shoes but it’s an investment. My feet is my money-maker…no feet, I can’t work! I bought the HOKA shoes that everyone is raving about and I’m excited to see if this is the answer to my foot issues. Great job Joe and thank you!!!

Had to have a new pair of shoes because my puppy killed my favorite pair. I was met by Austin who helped me find a new favorite pair. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the shoe insert need and helped me fix a high arch. Overall I was extremely pleased with the customer service and courtesy Austin provided. My new inserts and shoes are comfortable (as well as the new socks too) and address all the anomalies of my feet. I’ve recommended to my husband that he go there as well. Jesse is great! I dont take time to write reviews very ofter, but this was a great experience. I was not planning on visiting the store, but I had a small window of time to look around. I let Jesse know I didnt mean to seem hasty, but I was in a rush if I were to try on shoes. He was on it! Jesse was extremely helpful, personable and professional. I really liked this guy! Very calm, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, etc. Always mannerly and polite. I ended up leaving with shoes (and form fitted inserts) and made it to my next destination a couple minutes early. Jesse even gave me information at checkout for an app to help with some leg / nerve pain I mentioned in our conversation earlier. He just seemed like a great young man! Not only did they reply to my message, but also sent me pictures of what they had in my sizes in the brands I was wanting to purchase. Talk about going above and beyond for a customer! Melissa helped me tonight and was so patient and thorough. She took pictures of my feet and watched me walk to see how my feet move to see what shoe would serve me best. We arrived near closing on a Saturday and I was just going to check out the shoe selection. Melissa immediately greeted us and asked if we were looking for shoes. I mentioned I knew they were closing soon and she proceeded to explain it was no issue. She continued through the fitting process and was very informative and patient. I walked out in my new shoes and custom insoles and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IN EVANSVILLE IF DEALING WITH FOOT PAIN.Great selection and service! Coming here was a great idea! I didnt just shop for shoes, the staff here provided me with a shoe shopping experience. Staff had me walk away from them a little ways then walk toward them, all while watching my feet. They wanted to see what part of my foot hit the ground first, then how the rest of my foot landed, and finally how I initiated my step. They then took me to a machine that analyzed how my weight was distributed on my feet. I received an email with all of this information. Based on this information the staff recommended a few pairs of shoes. I tried some on, found the ones most comfortable, then selected a color. It was an amazing experience and well worth the money!

Wyatt spent about 20 minutes with me making sure the fit on my running shoes was perfect. The usual shoe I have worn for years had a major model change and it just did not fit properly. He was able to bring me 2 different brands of shoes with comparable support. This young man was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Ultimate Fit and it wont be my last! The store had exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Hadley was my associate and she took very good care of me. She was thorough and very knowledgeable about the products.

I was referred to ultimate fit as Ive had alot of trouble finding shoes that are comfortable as I am on my feet all day. I was greeted by Tucker who was very nice and he helped me pick out 2 pair of shoes after my feet analysis. Tucker is very professional, helpful and has excellent customer service.

Went to Ultimate Fit for new running shoes. I was immediately welcomed by Austin. He was polite and professional. Austin was very knowledgable about the various cushioning and motion control of the different brand of shoes. He found me just what I was wanting. I will definitely go back for my next pair of shoes.

Very customer service oriented business and I appreciate the touch. A congenial young man, Mitch, assisted me with my purchase. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and looking for while helping me find shoes. This was the first time shopping here but it wont be the last.

Highly recommend. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the different types of shoes they offer. Within just a few minutes of observing the way I walked, we was able to recommend a shoe that would work best for me. He also recommend the custom fit insoles, which I am very pleased with.

Went today to buy shoes for the first time and was blown away by the professionalism shown by the staff. The sales associate, Cory, who helped me was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
